Part of my birthday celebration was to be new earings from Swarovski from the outlet store in Woodburn. The sales people ignored us and instead, focused on a young Asian woman who walked in 5 minutes after we arrived. They asked what she was looking for, showed her items and had her try things on. When she left without buying, the sales people continued to ignore me and my friend. Another woman walked in and was also ignored. When I asked for help, I was told the price and the sales girl walked away. I asked another question and she ignored me. When I repeated the question she said, oh, were you talking to me? I was so insulted, we left without buying anything. Clearly these sales people have no idea how to treat customers. I wont be back and I will advise my friends of my experience.

I found the sales clerk Susy to be rude! I spent a lot money so I don’t know why she was so rude to me.
