Great product and the prices couldnt be better than they are now, $60-$70 shirts and pants for $5-$10, the ties are priced great as well. All the employees are great and very helpful. The only negative thing is that you are not able to try on clothing at the moment but thats not their fault. They have been very helpful in returns as far as the clothing is in good shape and the tags are still on.

Great selection of clothing. Awesome sales! Everything I bought was 70-80% off. It appears that other Van Heusen factory outlet locations around Oregon are shutting down, but I am not sure about this location. Would be a shame if they do! I have been shopping here for years.

BEWARE: Prices may not be as they seem. The manager placed blame on his employees for putting multiple shirts on a 70% percent rack while others of the same shirt were on a 50% display. When this was pointed out he claimed the 70% rack was not the main display, so it didnt matter that they had more than half a dozen of this item in varying sizes on the 70% display. If customer satisfaction was important to this store at all, they would have honored the price marked. But no, this store and manager simply did not care about fixing THEIR MISTAKE! I have had similar situations occur at other stores, and they have ALWAYS honored the price as they had it marked on their floor, even if they had the item in the wrong place. This inability to take responsibility for a mistake that is not uncommon in the world of retail was extremely off-putting. The manager claimed he has seen customers moving merchandise, yet that doesnt make sense to explain why there were so many of these specific items in so many different sizes on the wrong rack. That surely wasnt the doing of customers. While I am a big fan of the merchandise here, I will NOT be returning to this location again. I can find my Van Heusen and Izod merchandise at other outlets where the customers experience is prioritized when a mistake is made, rather than flimsy excuses.
