They always have a great selection of mens larger sizes which most places do not have. Worth the drive to Woodburn. The last trip I picked up 2 pair of shoes, walking shoes and Merrell version of the Crock for my hubby and he liked them both and they both fit! No returns Yahoo! I got lucky that trip.

I have been buying Merrell for many years and absolutely love them.I’ve never had problems with bad service anywhere with Merrell until yesterday 9/7/20 when I went to the Woodburn store.The staff ( from the manager to the sales people ) couldn’t be bothered to help me. I stood in line for 20 minutes for an exchange. I was the only other person in line. The manager walked by several times with an open register plain in sight and didn’t even say someone will be with you.I asked if she could do the return since the people in front of me where doing multiple transactions at the register with no end in sight. She just replied:“ No, you have to wait”. No apology, nothing. The other two sales people were even less helpful.They seemed demoralized, indifferent and even hostile. I was trying to buy a few more pairs and had boxes and boxes of shoes trying on to see which fit.NOT ONCE, someone asked to help me.If people hate their jobs so much, why don’t they get another job they can be happy with?Why do they drive away loyal customers like myself in these hard times? I ended up buying shoes because there are no other stores near me. I LOVE Merrell shoes but will have to drive out further to go to a different store.To Merrell company: there are many many people who are jobless. Please hire people who care about your customers and products.You can do better than this. Your products deserve better sales clerk.Thank you.

1st time visitors here, found a great sale, then buy a 2nd pair for 50% off & added a 3rd for another 50% off.. Happily walked out w/ 3 pairs of Merrell for a great deal.. Thank you, peace ☮

Great quality, prices relatively fair, however the Barefoot climbing shoes with Vibrum soles were weird. Got them wet once and good Lord the smell! Ive NEVER had smelly shoes or feet until these. Tried to contact the company about this and they needed the receipt, box and date of purchase but I had lost them between purchasing them and the smell issue, so no help. Just a heads up. Ive heard great things about their other shoes though so maybe Ill try again. The staff at this store werent very helpful and didnt have answers for our questions so we had to look online for answers.

My dog ate the tie cord of my husbands shoe. I emailed the company to see if it could be repaired. They sent me a replacement cord, parts and directions. Im so thankful. Youre a stand-up company and my pup is no longer in the doghouse!

Great service. My truck driver husband bought some Merrells about 3 months ago from this location, and they started coming apart on the side (never happened before, and weve owned lots of Merrells). Bryce helped him with a quick swap, and now were on our way to the beach!

Great hiking shoe deals$!

They put the shoe in a different box. I ended up looking up the name of the shoe on the box for reviews on my phone and it had great reviews for a walking/hiking shoe. I got home and look it up more, just to find out its not the same shoe that I bought. The shoe I bought is for water sports. I dont part take in any damn water sports. This place is over an hour away, I just lost $80.

Got a pair of hiking boots on Feb 5th. 2019They have started to break and fall apart at the seams after wearing them for... 6 weeks. Not even every day wear. More like 3 days a week.Also, as a 33 year old, I was VERY disturbed to have my first instance of athletes foot. These hiking boots only hold in sweat. They do not wick at all.Overall, Im pretty dissappointed with this 140 dollar pair of hiking boots.Shoes should not break down like this in a matter of weeks doing what they were meant for. Hiking.
