Kelly gave terrible service and ruined my shopping experience!! Very rude and bad customer service. I drove a very long way and she was very unhelpful. She did not seem to want to do her job and closes the store at her convince and would not allow me to shop during store hours. Wish I could lids zero stores just because of Kelly and I definitely will not come back to this location

Bad experience as I’m walking to the store they chose to close an hour before closing time and didn’t say nun and ignored the fact that I was trying to walk in. Don’t come to this lids location.

Nice selection of hats here. I will stop by whenever I am in town. Never know what you will find here.

Your store is locking its doors and closing 15 minutes early before theyre supposed to close. Two employees in there and wont even look at me through the window because they know they shouldnt be closing yet. Horrible employees you have running your store. Ive added photos of your employees.

715 on Wednesday nigjt. June 14, 2014. Store is NOT open. Sign says back at 700. Store supposed to close at 800. What the hell? Called with NO answer. Bad business

I went in there today to buy a few caps, and so I asked for sizes of some caps that were at the very top; the person gave me this look like he was being bothered. He ended up just ignoring me and acted irritated by everyone else in the store.POOR customer service is an understatement, the store manager and regional manager is doing a bad job at training their employees. Buy your caps else where.
