Anne in the beauty section at this Walgreens is the best customer services I have ever had, since I started shopping at Walgreens. She helped me patiently with every detail of my transaction. Absolutely do not go here if you need any type of prescription. SOMEHOW THEIR SYSTEM IS ALWAYS DOWN. AND THEY NEVER RECEIVE ANY PRESCRIPTION SENT FROM DOCTORS. So frustrating

Great place, and good phone service! I was able to switch appointments for a covid vaccine from one location to the other with ease and able to get my vaccine in less then 20 minutes with no problems.

Vaccination took over an hour… why set an appointment for a covid shot if you cant even properly organize the shots????? This is terrible and the people behind the counter looked dead. Like they were tired of doing their jobs. AVOID AVOID AVOID go to CVS INSTEAD

Horrible Experience. Went to pick up medicine for a respiratory problem. I am exempt from the mask requirement and I was treated with absolute disrespect. I was yelled at and ridiculed and told they would make “suitable accommodations” for me to pick up my meds. Reminded me of all the “suitable accommodations” made for certain groups by other groups under Jim Crow. I had the governors order with me and scoffed at when I pointed out the exemption. I would give no stars if that were possible.

I wont be shopping here, ill give my business to someone who actually cares about their customers.I went in the other day to buy formula and they were out of the one I needed, its way over priced for a generic brand first off. Secondly, I went to buy makeup with an orange clearance tag. There was a ROW of tags, the guy at the front wanted to give me a darker foundation bc THAT was the one on sale. Um. Why is a lighter shade of foundation a different price??.. they fought me tooth and nail over it... i backed up the line and felt really bad. But when the manager was called forward she didnt even bother to look and make sure it wasnt on sale. She literally said, well, some shades are marked down that one isnt. OK... i found it to be totally rude and made me feel like I was trying to cheat them out or something. When in reality someone had misplaced the tag, or put the shade in the wrong spot.

We made an appointment for a vaccine online that gave us a 10 mins window. We arrived and had to wait in a long line at the pharmacy with people picking up orders (so why make the appointment) After nearly an hour and a bunch of forms asking the same info several times (and after the consultant already asked us all the same questions too), we are still waiting!!UPDATE: once we finally met with the pharmacist he was so nice and so helpful!! He explained it does actually take about 30 mins per person (my husband and I) and while I realize it’s not his fault, I do think Walgreens could do a better job at letting you know how long it will take to manage expectations when setting up the appointment. They could also consolidate some of the forms.Thankful to the pharmacist though!

The pharmacists are excellent! I have NEVER had an issue where they did NOT go the extra mile.They show sincere empathy and concern. I really appreciate them, their customer service and the fact that they seem to really enjoy their careers.- I would like to personally THANK each of them for all of their help!

Walgreens will hire anyone. Tia took 12 minutes to count $323. Kept telling me I overpaid for a $323.74 purchase. When I still owed $.74. She hands me back $3 after both she and the Pharmacist counted several times. I now question my prescription and whether Im getting the right amount or even if Im getting expired prescription. Will not be visiting again. Im embarrassed for her. Simple math!!!

In pain fresh out of the hospital trying to get antibiotics, the younger pharmacist with pink lipstick and curly hair assumed I couldnt afford my medicine and told me to go to cvs, I was in pain so stepped away. When I tried to drop off the other two she told me to just wait. I dont drop off prescriptions much, but when youre hurting I think you want a polite person at least. Never filling scripts here againEver.

The pharmacy use to be good. Today the pharmacist. Told me i took to many pills when the instructions read take 4x daily as needed if you take 4 its to much well whys it say that, shouldnt it it say take 3. AND WHY DIDNT THE CATCH THAT UPON FILLING. she then decided to tell me how much pain i was in. Btw i had updated script from the doctor. As a person with an disabilitiy i dont appreciate someone telling me how i feel. During the course of our conversation she says i dont know why your asking these question its Because your the pharmacist thats the point. Obviously they become to bored with our monthly to bi weekly vists to entertain our questions. Good luck to you hopefully the dont miss a drs mistake and kill you. Of course theyll blame that on the law too. Cvs just called to say its ready bye Walgreens transferring everything

First I would like to say I usually Shop at CVS. My Husband and I have a 4 year old son who is allergic to Red40 (Its an artificial dye in foods and most medicines) We have to keep on hand all the childrens medicines in case of something. He went to Walgreens. Usually when I go to CVS I have to play the run around game searching for DYE FREE medicine. When my husband came home he found each item exactly as I asked. DYE FREE and at a GREAT Price!!! Since then I have become quite familiar with Walgreens. I needed to refill my sons medicine and I decided to go with Walgreens. I called to make sure they take my Insurance. Indeed they do!! I dropped off his prescriptions to be filled after I spoke with a woman by the name of Melissa. Let me tell you a little about Melissa, She has to be one of the most detail oriented, customer/ patient focused people I have met. I was WOWed by her service. I picked up my sons prescriptions on Black Friday since that is when I would be back in town. When I went to pick up the prescriptions, Melissa had brought to my attention that the Doctor had prescribed a dissolving tablet when my Son has only had chewables. She then asked me if I had a preference and I said I would like him to continue taking the chewables. She proceeded to fix them. It only took nearly 3 minutes! I asked her how her Thanksgiving was and It was so nice to speak with someone who actually had a personality. It makes you feel comfortable and they start to feel like family! I called back on Saturday, I was so impressed with everything the few days prior. I was due for my Hep B Booster (I work in the Dental Field and its required) I spoke with Mary. I asked her what my portion would be with my insurance she told me it was covered with no copay. I asked her when a good time to come in was and she said anytime before 5:30pm as she would want to make sure I didnt have an allergic reaction. I came in about 45 minutes later and I had asked her over the phone how often I should have a booster and she said they arent needed (YET) as long as you have had the three doses. When I had arrived she had done the research and told me the booster lasts for nearly 20 years. I was also very impressed with Dr. Marys bedside manners. I have considered them family and I look forward to becoming a regular simply just to pop in and say hello! Thanks again Ladies!!!

Bad deal in this store.they infringe on your privacy, limit you on purchases, even when they are on clearance!!!they should be fired or sent for training or stop selling electronics..i shop at many retailers but this store is horrible!!!!!
