Absolutely one of the better shopping experiences ever. I came in late in a rainy day with my daughter and really wanted a vehicle. I worked with Mr. Alonso Alvarez and received great customer service and ultimately a great deal. I was very satisfied with the numbers. We didn’t have to go as much back and forth as all was clear. It was my first time buying a vehicle here and I can only recommend this place for anyone who’s looking for great customer satisfaction. It was the smoothest traditional car buying experience we ever had, thanks to Uris. We submitted an online inquiry for a new Nissan Rogue that that we liked from a recent rental, and within 15 minutes, we set up an appointment to test drive 2 available Rogues. 3 hours later, we drove off the lot with our new Rogue, and the financing was just right for us. Be forewarned, these are typical used car sales people, the kind that give used car sales people a bad reputation. As another reviewer pointed out, if there is a car that you like, be prepared to add $3K - $5K to the price tag. And when you sit down with finance to sign the final paperwork, be prepared to get pressured to buy all kinds of additional items. And I mean pressured, not just here are some options, I mean 30 minutes or more of additional discussion if you decline.Additionally, if you have any issues after you walk out the door, good luck getting anyone to take care of it. I had an issue getting permanent tags which led to several rounds of temporary tags. At one point I was told that I couldnt be issued a 3rd temporary tag, which was not true. Whether this was incompetence, and honest mistake or just a lie - who knows, but led to me getting a $100 parking ticket. Would they consider reimbursing me for the ticket even though they could have issued the temporary tag in advance of the issue - general sales manager David Herrara says no. $100 means nothing to them when the issue was on their side to keep a customer happy but that apparently too much out of their pocket.You know who posts reviews - unhappy customers. I am happy with the car and Felix was good to work with, but just be forewarned that you will overpay and good luck after the fact. If you can find the same car at a different shop, chances are youll pay less and be happier if not everything goes as planned.

I had an amazing experience at Cowles Nissan with the help of Alonso the wonderful sales person there. I was not sure what type of car I was looking for but with Alonso help he took the time to show me different cars and their features. He answered all my questions honestly and took the time to follow up on how I was doing with my new vehicle. I would like to thank Alonso and the Cowles Nissan team for making the entire process easy. The entire staff was very helpful and supportive. Altogether it was a wonderful experience.

Buying a used car is always a nervous experience. You want to make sure you’re buying a good quality vehicle. From start to finish the guys here made the process super easy. Even after I drove the car off the lot and noticed a minor issue with the vehicle, these guys bent over backwards to quickly get it taken care of. If you want good service from a team that actually cares about customer satisfaction, you can’t do better than Cowles.

Josh was very helpful. I had been trying for months to get my car serviced at a Nissan dealership but was experiencing difficulty. After speaking with Josh, I had all of my questions answered and worries alleviated. He let me know that service performed on my car was still covered under the factory warranty. Worst dealership Ive been to! If I could rate negative stars, I would.Staff dont care about customers, lots of dubious hidden charges, Staff rude, they only care about their pockets and are very dishonest.I went with a friend and they ran my friends credit without consent after we specifically told them to hold off.Very dissatisfied and disappointed. They dont want you to finance with a different financial institution but with them.The only reasonable Staff was Micheal, he was honest and helpful.

After calling numerous time to ask if they could complete the service requested I was told yes. When I leave my truck up there to have the work done they call me later in the day to tell me they cant do it not only that but after telling them prior to them calling and on the call that I am busy and this why not only am I in a rush now but was in a rush leaving my truck they continued to try and keep me on the phone to discuss other opportunities. Unless all you use them for is routine maintenance to keep a warranty and arent willing to drive to another I would highly recommend you call literally any other nissan service center.

Nissan just want customer money in return no service and help. I am driving my car with engine light on. They requested to fix the bumper and other body work. Taking more then a week to get appointment.Went for engine light came on my dashboard. They told me car had accident in the past and cant open front bumper. I took car to local body shop and fixed all the part suggested and went for engine light diagnostic again. They have been told me I will get free diagnose in month because already paid once $169. They refuse to diagnose again and give me appoint after 1 week so simply nissan wants to pass the 1 month time so i will pay again $169. Paid $169 and they keep the car for one day but not gave me one single code in paper writing that came out on first diagnose

There is always a friendly and helpful atmosphere at every experience of mine there. Great experience. I went in for normal express maintenance on a Saturday and they discovered a major safety issue with my vehicle. My wife wanted the 2021 Nissan Rogue but the monthly price was to high. We left and before I could get home Teddy and the finance team worked it out with the bank and got it down to where it was affordable. The salesmen at this dealership get very angry when you bring in your own financing and their pricing is anything but transparent.After negotiating a price for a vehicle, I was asked to fill out their credit application. When I said I had my own financing, the salesmans attitude changed completely - they started to get much louder and repeatedly said they cannot do the deal because the price online (both on Autotrader and their website) was only valid if you used their financing. This stipulation was not mentioned on either their website or the Autotrader ad, so I was somewhat blindsided by it. On top of that, it seems rather scummy to place an ad for one price and demand another. In order to make the deal possible, they said they needed to add ~$2,000 to the price of the vehicle. I promptly left, went 15 minutes down the road, and had an amazing experience at another dealership.If you hate playing the typical dealership games, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I should have written this review months ago when this all transpired, but I never made it a priority until today. Although the overall buying experience was good, the follow through on Cowles promises is close to a zero. Cowles Nissan agreed to provide me with the owners manual and a second key. Weeks had gone by and I never heard from Cowles. So I started calling them and asking for the status. Finally after two months Cowles had the owners manual. I made the 20 mnute drive to pi it up and while I was there, they told me the guy that makes the keys would be there next Tuesday. So the following Tuesday, I took off work, drove to Cowles and was told that I needed to tell the guy that makes the key, that I had lost my key. This way there would be no charge. Well, I wasnt going to lie, so guess what happened.... thats right, I didnt get a second key. Although this charge for a 2nd key is minimum, its the principle here that matters. I was insulted that they wanted me to lie so that they would not have to spend the $120 for the 2nd key. They should have been up front from the start, Oh well, my mistake for not getting this in writing, but this troubles me, for I ask myself what has happened to us as a society. We now say things, knowing that we are not ever going to follow through on our promises just to get a sale. This is what gives dealerships a bad reputation.

Our salesperson - Jannie Lloyd was very professional. She knew everything about the car and was very patient when teaching us how it all worked. Jannie listen to what our needs were and found the perfect car. We had to order a tow package and will have to wait for it to come in before towing our trailer to the forest. One of the reasons we bought the pathfinder was that it tows 6,000 lbs. It did take a long time to complete the transaction - Part of the reason was finding a gasoline station where the they could fill up the tank. We got a fair price for our trade. We are extremely happy with the car and the platinum level of service we got from Jannine.

My experience with Cowles Nissan started off very negative, but ended up a very positive experience thanks to Uris. I decided to give the same dealership a second change with another salesperson and I could not have been more happier. I am not sure of too many people that like the whole car buying experience, but this was by far the BEST experience I have had. I was in at 10:00 and out within 3 hours. The cars I originally test drove (Nissan Altima SR and SL) did not pan out, however, Uris showed me an Acura TLX and upon test driving, I knew that I was leaving with the car. Finance was a breeze, thanks to Paul and I even got my hard tags. I would stop past and give Uris a try. He was patient and was not pushy like most people in sales and believe me, I have zero issues with walking away. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, Uris at Cowles Nissan is your guy. If it was not for his professionalism, I would have NEVER went back, but I believe in second chances and I am glad he was there. Tell him Paul sent you. He will remember me:)

Make sure you question all service department must do repairs . They took advantage of a Soldier giving him a long and expensive list of repairs, threw in mileage must do services and didn’t even bother to fully explain it. Shame on us for not questioning more but shame on the service department for taking advantage of someone. Get your repairs done somewhere else or at least get a second opinion.

When meeting with the sales person, I indicated that I wanted to finance through NMAC. The credit check was done and I was given two options as far as monthly payments. I was then asked to meet with the finance rep. The monthly payment he stated was more than $100 over what I was told by the sales person. When I asked about the difference, I was told it was due to service contracts that were added. At this point I had not been given any information on service contracts nor asked if I was interested in any service contracts. They were just simply added to my agreement, possibly in the hopes that I wouldn’t notice. I felt that we were taken advantage of because of the additional down payment I was able to make with help from my Father.I don’t remember exactly when, but at some point before anything was signed, I was informed that my loan would not be going through NMAC but through a Credit Union I’d never heard of. I was told it was because they offered a lower interest rate, which is great, but I would have preferred to have been presented the options instead of having the decision made for me. If the difference were insignificant enough, I may have chosen a higher monthly payment to stay with NMAC, a company I knew and had worked with before. The finance person seemed rushed, which is probably why the paperwork had to be printed 3 times and half of it still isn’t right. If I had not needed a vehicle that day to get to my dialysis treatments, I would have walked out of the dealership and taken my business elsewhere.

I will never go back to Cowles Nissan Service Center. I needed an oil change and annual inspection on my 2013 Nissan Versa. After an hour of working on it, the service advisor came out and told me I needed to have the steering control rods replaced in order to pass the safety inspection, an $1,111 repair job.I refused, and told the service advisor I wanted to take my car somewhere else. The service advisor told me my car was unsafe to drive and the work needed to be done immediately. He scraped my inspection sticker and refused to replace it.Then I told him I did not have the money that day to pay, and asked to come back another day when I had the money. The service advisor then agreed to give me a 15 day “Fixit Sticker,” a failed inspection report (“suspension failed”) and allowed me to leave.I took my car to two other mechanics. Both stated there was nothing wrong with my steering control rods. I did receive a passed inspection sticker.Nissan Cowles lied to me, and tried to force me into an expensive repair I did not need. I will never do business with this company again.

We went to Cowles Nissan to look at a new vehicle for us. We were very disappointed with how they treated us and the service we were given. They were not personable, fast talkers, and were gone for extremely long periods of time. We walked in with high hopes of leaving with a new car but left feeling scammed and not taken seriously at all due to our age which was quite demeaning. We know a good deal when we see one but this place definitely tried to pull a fast one on us. Would not recommend.
