Callie Tein at Modern Trousseau designed my dress and I don’t have the words to describe how perfect it was and how incredible I felt. I received compliments all night long. My mom and I had so much fun designing my dress from start to finish, we looked forward to each fitting. Agnes our seamstress went above and beyond making every little change she could. Designer Callie and Monika are beyond incredible. I went to MT after trying on so many gowns and not feeling like any of them were exactly what I imagined. I am now in the process of having a custom gown and veil made and have traveled to CT to meet with Callie, Monika, and David twice now. They have all been so incredibly patient with me. They are as much of, if not more of perfectionists than I (which is hard to imagine). They are approachable, kind, TALENTED, and have made me feel so important. I am beyond confident that they will make it perfect. Thank you Callie, Monika, David, and Kelly for being a light during this time and for the experience of a lifetime!

I had a wonderful experience with Modern Trousseau! I originally hated wedding dress shopping and found the whole process stressful, but then I went here and started to really enjoy it. Their dresses are gorgeous and the level of customer service is amazing. I don’t even feel right calling it “customer service” - I was really made to feel like a friend more than a customer. The designer herself was there for my appointment, and she and my mom had a great time while we all sipped champagne. The entire process - from my first time going there to the final fitting - was so easy and fun. And most importantly - the dress was SO gorgeous. I still can’t get over it, and months later I’m still getting compliments. And it had pockets! I really couldn’t recommend Modern Trousseau more.

Purchasing my gown through Modern Trousseau was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. You are the only appointment in the salon and they really take the time to listen to what you want. I was also able to completely customize my dress with the top of one and bottom of another. The best part is the muslin fitting in Woodbridge. You are able to build the dress how you want it. And it is all included in the price of the dress which for a custom gown was totally reasonable. You don’t order a size and get it tailored- the dress is made to you! Everyone from the consultant to the designer Callie herself were very friendly and made me feel so special. I highly recommend Modern Trousseau!

I had the best experience here! It was super intimate during our appointment and we didnt feel rushed at all- which sometimes happens at commercial bridal places. The focus was on us the whole time. Hayley, the bridal associate, is an absolute doll and was beyond helpful during the entire process of helping me find my perfect dress. She is simply the best! I HIGHLY recommend this place for wedding gowns. Everything is timeless and classic and is made with love from the greatest quality. None have compared to the personal attention my daughter received at Modern Triusseau! Samantha was so great and helpful.
