This store has a lot of variety of items ranging from candy to anime figures. They offer some manga but you would be better off going to a specialty store for these items.

The store has a nice vibe and its perfect for people who cant find what they want at Hot Topic or Spencers

Im glad i checked my receipt! Your store in Woodbridge Va told me i was signing up for free coupons to join your program LIKE EVERY OTHER BUSINESS and i see you were going to start charging 11.99 to my card every month! I didnt sign up for that at all nor was it explained to me. He repeatedly said FREE and kept messing with my credit card reader. Is this how you run your business scamming people? Even worse they charged me $25 for your little club and then they were going to add that $12 scam charge a month. So 150 to 200 a year to get back what...10%? Im never shopping at this store again and everyone else should boycott this place too for its shady business practices. Really they need to fire that cashier.

I have always loved this store. I recently started funko collecting and I must say they are taking my money and I’m not complaining. Found some pretty good funkos. The staff is always friendly, helpful, funny. The reason for 4/5 stars and I’m sure it’s not the stores fault. However, some funkos I didn’t get the boxes aren’t in the best condition for a collector, or it looks like some funkos have been taken out and put back in the box. That doesn’t stop me from making this my very first stop in the mall, just make me a bit sad because sometimes what they get is limited. No worries, the staff is always helpful in looking anything I have wanted online and referring me there for any funkos I couldn’t get. Would recommend.

Great place to go for all things pop culture! There is a ton of variety on the kinds of things you can find from Game of Thrones to Rick and Morty to Harry Potter. You can buy clothes, candy, movies, and all kinds of other stuff, all with your favorite TV show characters slapped on it.I will say that the prices here are a bit high for my taste (I cant get into buying a t-shirt for 20$ 😓) but its nice to dip in there and buy something nice every now and then on payday. The employees are usually pretty nice and know their stuff when it comes to pop culture so it has a friendly atmosphere.

This has to be one of the most diverse stores Ive ever entered. There are electronics, snacks, games, shirts, LOTS of collectables, and much more. And Everything in the store is reasonably priced. One of the best stores Ive ever been too. 5/5 stars from me.

A great store for looking around in for a long time. The various knick knacks from different franchises and fandoms were very interesting to look at and had great variety. I was easily tempted to buy multiple items from here.

An alright store. When it first came put it was much better then it went through a renovation and has nothing except for Harry Potter and anime. Im kinda mad because when it first came out it was amazing. Hopefully they fix it but for now its 3 stars

They barely have anything music anymore its most overpriced cartoon stuff. The store itself has changed tremendously and unfortunately Im not a fan.

I go to FYE to see what bluray they got in clearance. The selection is not bad. Employees are always nice and courteous.

Touch a $50 movie set they will help you. Want to buy a Pop? Bring a table to sort them out on 😕 pit they have time to grab at the counter amongst themselves.

Called this morning and talked to a gentleman and told him my daughter broke her headphone we bought christmas and I bought the warranty but didnt have the receipt, he said just bring them in and i will swap them out for you. I wish i would of got his name. Thank you so much. Your customer service was greatly appreciate

Asked if they offered a military discount and was told they had one (25%). I showed my ID and asked for the discount. But the clerk wanted me to purchase their FYE club discount card...offers a 10% discount. I said no and asked again for the military discount. I went to pay and I was charged full price. Had to ask for the military discount again, to a disgusted look from the cashier. I received the discount in the end, but after amazingly poor treatment.

Visited store on 2 September and attempted to purchase Blu Ray disc encased in anti theft device. Employee tried half a dozen times to open the case but was unsuccessful, so I told her it wasnt a problem and departed. Had I been willing to purchase regular DVD I could have done that because it was not in the anti theft case.

Because it doesnt have the variety of merchandise like most fyes do. Id recommend the one Im Fairfax

Really nice selection for those into comics, popular tv shows, and general nerd swag, to put bluntly. Has some video game collectables and variety of t-shirts, hats, socks, and more. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Friendly or checking if you are not stealing ? Everytime we come here, we get followed. You cant even shop in peace. Thats why I prefer to just buy things off Amazon, its cheaper anyway.

Had a amazing time shopping at this fye was helped by two extremity nice people luis and i believe her name was lesley they said hi to me right when i walked in and asked if i needed any help told me about some cool deals we chatted for a bit before i checked out all and all i would rate them 10/10 and highly praise them for how nice they are vs other stores in that mall like hot topic

This place was really full and i was there to just browse but even in the empty parts the place had close-spaced aisles. Price wise the range is pretty big from things that are 2bucks to a full 200 dollars but nothing good unless youve got 10+ to spend... Theres a lot of rick and morty stuff there but nothing rare that i know of

Fun little shop of geek stuff including games, anime, movies, t.v. shows.Just beware that if you sign up for the FYEVIP you will be charged unless you call, or login to cancel it. The staff on board dont really want to disclose that information to you when you wanna sign up even telling you its free. But after reading the fine print you realize its a monthly charge to your card you used, luckily for me I knew something was up needing two signatures at time of check out and canceled minutes later.

They have alot of collection of gear but they need to bring back the CD rom racks ...I miss buying me a EDM CD from them
