Ive never had a bad experience visiting this location. Out of the several stores in our area, its my favorite. Well kept, clean, and nice staff!

Always has what I need and even things that I want. The Lego knockoffs they have work well with the official license building blocks. Adult and pre-schooler tested and approved.

Got things I need love the store

Looking for Sure Scents. Asked a blonde employee, she was stocking shelves. Turned to me, wasnt wearing a mask, just stared, went back to stocking. In a time crunch, asked one more time, glares at me, doesnt speak. Real butt hole. The front of the store looked clean, back isles were dirty. Food bags spilled on floors.

The only problem I have with dollar tree is each one may have a really great selection of one area, but the others dont. The one in Edwardsville has a great craft section that is triple this one. The Wood River store has a much better selection of auto/tools/electrical items than the one in East Alton, etc.

This location has a pretty wide selection which is great. The crew is in good spirits and very patient with my 2 year old as my most recent trip was to let her shop. Any place that will engage with the kids and make them feel like a part of things instead of being annoyed that they extend the process gets and A in my book. Keep up the good work ladys!

Always spend more than I expect to in the Dollar Tree lol

So I just went into this store and there is a sign on the door saying all customers must have a mask on. I do my shopping and get to the register and the cashier doesnt have a mask on. Why do the customers have to wear one but not the workers. It doesnt make any sense. So if yall can answer this question I will continue to shop at all of the dollar Tree stores. Until then yall are screwed

Only 3 stars because it was so crowded and only 1 checkout open so the line was so long.

Went in to get some gifts and balloons fir my grand daughters. Their mom was doung a little something for them for end of school year. The check out lady was really unprofessional. She rang up all my items then proceeded to laugh and tell me she couldnt do my balloons they didnt have any helium but i could drive another 10 miles and go to bethalto or east alton . so i told her if i wanted to go to 2 or 3 different stores i would have that i wanted to get and pay for it all at one time. She just laughed right out loud. VERY RUDE. Then i saud maybe they should post a sign on the door so people would know. She said they really didnt want them to do that cause then people would go on to another place and not come in and buy stuff. Guess the almighty dollar is more important to them than people.

Employees very freindly. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I enjoy shopping at this chain of stores. You can nearly always find something suitable for the occasion you are shopping for.

I usually love Dollar Tree, but this visit was awful! The clerk who rang me out was slow, couldnt make change, couldnt use the intercom to call for help! She finally gave me $1 and said be on your way..... so I made some change.

Its a nice place to buy cheap little decorations 4 things you know will be used once and throw it away I always like going and looking to see what they have it is interesting just to look which I never come out without at least spending $20 I think thats a good deal☺☺

I thought part of the store was very unorganized & I had a hard time finding a few things because of it. Also, I thought the floor was dirty. I went in the morning and thought the floor should have been vacuumed before closing the night before or before opening the store.
