DIYers A Note Of Caution - Stopped in this morning, and spend some time with Brian, who was very helpful in advising me on some Majesty Windows. The only issue is that even if youre a an adept do-it-yourselfer, Harvey does not sell to the public... you need to go through a contractor to purchase. We have Harvey through the rest of the house so I wanted to do it myself for two windows. I do just about everything myself (and prefer to do it online) so it feels rather old school to go this route, but I guess Ill actually need to reach out to a contractor.

Unless youre a contractor or have one, these people wont even talk to you and will brush you off in a rude and unprofessional manner.I went in to buy 15 windows as a homeowner and was a cash buyer but they refused to sell.I guess they like to lose money and customers to competition.

Best branch around. Best employees. So knowledgeable and professional. I usually get helped by Jade and am always impressed with her knowledge and how she usually can answer any random stupid question i have, but all of the staff is just as amazing when i am helped by them. My last delivery was dropped off at my jobsite by a gentleman named Aaron who also was great and sooo helpful with the unloading and helping me move some oversized windows. He for sure was a great example of what a driver should be IMHO.
