Really nice and responsible staff, same can be said about the owners. They make it really easy and simple for me when I have to drop packages off or ship things out. Even make it easy for me to send any USPS packages out (of course they have to be small enough, but it is understandable). I will always come to this location no matter what. I went in to mail one digital camera and three lenses. I was in the store for 45 minutes literally (I counted because my son and husband were in the car waiting on me). I was already being helped and was assisted right away when I came in, but it took 45 minutes to package and ship my three items. The male employee was assisting a new hire. Instead of telling her to wait while he finished me up, he would do little things at a time, stop to help her with her customer, then come back to me. She assisted 5-6 customers while I was still waiting and watching them assist multiple other customers. On top of that the estimated amount was not my total. He waited until the last minute to tell me about misc fees which took my total from $44 to $80. I kept asking about the fee and why it was so much but he didn’t explain at all. Never again
Not sure about all the complaints for the FRANCHISE store on Beck & Pontiac Trail. I’ve had very pleasant experiences with all the staff there. I prepackage all my boxes, drop off, get a receipt (sometimes I want them) and leave. Never had I had an issue with staff. Sure when they’re busy, I drop my packages on the counter and head out, but all my items are scanned in (thanks to the UPS app for pre-tracking) and delivered in a timely fashion.

Did not have a good experience at this store. The lady at the store was very rude and I felt that she was discriminating people based on race.

I visit this location often for mostly amazon returns. Everyone is always friendly and takes care of what I need done. Due to the pandemic and the increase in amazon returns through UPS, there often is a line out the door, but I have never waited more than 10 minutes total. I am sad to see so many bad reviews. Everyone seems to come at lunch or after work and then get mad when there is a line, but the employees are trying their best and doing a good job. I happened to see the low rating while checking the store hours and wanted to weigh in with some positive feedback!

Long Haired late 20s Male Lost you my business forever UPS. I came in with a prepaid shipping label and you try and charge me 4$ more in fees to print your own label and ship it ? Computer usage fee ? Printing fee ? I have a prepaid label ....Ill just go to Fedex like normal.Bypass this place and their horrible employee .
Even when busy, they always remain polite and attempt to help as efficiently as they can. Even when there is a line, they usually move very quickly without sacrificing quality of service.
I had problem with ups pickup where the ups just marked as pickup attempted and failed which the ups didnt do. Then i went to this UPS store to drop the items. The person at the counter was very quick, in one minute my job is done. Very happy about their service. I just waited the whole day for the pickup, which didnt happen and i think the ups should improve in that aspect.
This UPS and I guess all ups in general refuse to allegedly ship firearms. Despite being in appropriate packaging and does not contain any illegal items like ammunition, worker claimed it was illegal (this is a lie). I would have been understanding if he simply state it was a store or company policy, but he insisted on lying about the legality of the situation. Will never use this company or office again.
The staff was very patient with my requests and provided me with apt solutions and sufficient time needed to ensure that I got all the documents in the right package.Great service! Good job
I brought in a return with the wrong label. They took the time to show me how to change the return for the UPS store. They also printed out the labels for me and sent my item back. Really appreciate it!

UPS delivery service has declined significantly in the last year. The drivers are lazy!! UPS no longer provides exceptional service, as they once did. USPS is way better..
I have used this store for years and always great service. I think many are confusing it with the UPS corporate location close by. Have always been treated great by the employees. Great customer service. Highly recommended.
$2 service fee even to use your own computer to print on top of the copy charge I dont think so. Its the nickel-and-diming that creates a lack of loyal customers
As many other reviews, the personnel at this store is very rude. They are not willing to be helpful with requests other than the most common services. Ended up going to a different franchise in Northville, where by the way took them 5 minutes to do a shipping with return label which this franchise said it was not possible to do. If you are going to ask any questions or need extra help use FedEx or drive to the closest UPS store.
Sign said closed at 5, pulled up at 4:57. Store already closed. Employees wouldnt even acknowledge my presence

A man answered the phone and answered my question which was if my package was there. However, I still had more questions and he hung up on me? Totally rude and unprofessional and now I have to go to the store tomorrow to receive my stuff and probably have to meet with this rude man.
Called to schedule a pickup, same as Ive done with almost every other store in this company. Man who answered the phone was abrasive and aggressive. Was adamant that arrangements could not be made over the phone, even though every other store does it. Poor excuse for a customer service representative. Would have told him my mind, but I dont want my package to be handled poorly as a result. Very disappointing. I expected much more from past experiences.
I attempted to return my Amazon textbooks today at this store and the owner refused my books at the counter because 2 were in the same box. This was my third semester returning multiple books in one box and I have checked before on the Amazon website and it is within their return policy to do so. Each of the other two times Ive done this it was at this same store, they always get really confused because they suck but it has always worked. Nonetheless, the owner would not take my books.So in my defeat, I called the novi store who immediately assured me it was no problem and just to go there. The novi store was able to take all of my books no problem, the same day. To my best knowledge I dont know why you didnt want to take my books wixom UPS, I really didnt feel like driving to the next city over and I really dont have the gas money as Im a college student and your store is walking distance. But, the semester is over, and I now have time - so enjoy your nice long 1 star review. Im not sure why you guys were so rude and unhelpful, but I wont be back anyways so oh well
Started delivering packages there for St9ckx and just now I had like 14-17 orders and was there at the last 3 minutes before the store closing at (3:57 pm). So I even called in advanced on the way there asking to please not close early. The white guy that I had seen there before probabaly 10+ times working at the counter let me inside even thought most the backlights were out and I asked for a receipt and this guy had the balls to say you shouldve been here early come on man and proceeded to slam my boxes on to the scale and by the 2nd box I told him to give me my items back if he was gonna handle them like that... Im not coming here anymore and hope neaither this moron imply gets to keep his job.

Every single time I come to this location, theres a sign on the door Be back in 15 minutes. I have come at different times of day, and theres the sign. Very annoying considering all I need to do is drop off packages.
Address and apartment number clearly on shipping label, along with my phone number, and driver choses to leave my delivery in front of my buliding, blocking access to mailboxes, the entrance to the building and the business next door, all on a busy business street!!!!!!!!A $600 mattress sat on a busy street for 7.5 HOURS!!!!!!UPS policy says if you cannot access the building, return package to warehouse. I called and complained to the manager at the warehouse. I plan to go down tomorrow with photos.Shall i mention that I had to drag a 50 plus pound box straight up a flight and a half of stairs. A hand truck, which UPS guys have on the truck would have been bloody nice!!Livid.

Crooks thieves, and liars. My son and I went in to ship an IMac he sold on Ebay. While at the UPS store in Wixom we where quoted 78.00. I explained to the man working at the time that that seemed high. He said that included all of the packaging material, shipping and insurance (we requested ins. in the amount of 1300.00 to cover the value of the computer). My son wanted to think about it for a minute because he only received 25.00 for shipping cost through his auction. We left for about 15 minutes and discussed it. My son decided that he would just go ahead and spend the extra money. I went home and my son went back to the UPS store in Wixom (literally 15 minutes after the quote). The same gentleman told my son it would take about 1.5 hours to wrap and said my son could come back later to pay. My son left the computer there to have it packaged and came back a few hours later. When my son paid for the services the same gentleman that quoted ME 78.00 charged my son 140.00 (mind you instead of the 1300 in insurance as quoted my son only purchase 700.00). My son being young paid the 140.00 and then called me. I called to figure out what was going on. The same man we had been dealing with all day became very cocky, rude and arrogant. His explanation was that the 78.00 was for 2 boxes and peanuts to package at 21.5 inch computer monitor and key board. HE HAD ABSOLUTE ZERO INTENTIONS TO TRY AND MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT TO CORRECT HIS MISTAKES AND DID ABSOLUTELY ZERO TO EXERCISE ANY PORTION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE..IN FACT HIS RESPONSE WAS THAT MY SON DIDNT HAVE TO COME BACK TO HIS STORE TO HAVE IT SHIPPED. I will be taking this up the ladder with UPS.

This ups location has a terrible customer service.They don’t look happy when you come in to drop off a package. When you call them to ask a question, they are rushing to answer you and tell you to call the Headquarter. Very rude people.
Will not handle ammunition at this location.
I would rather UPS throw my package in a dumpster instead of using the locker system.
Terribly slow and incompetent. Waited 20 minutes in line while the attendant bubble-wrapped a customer’s package. 4 other customers left in the meantime. Disappointing service.
Dont go there if your package needs a piece of tape. They charge you $1 if you need a piece of tape even on a prepaid mailer for a package they are getting paid to ship.
