Very disappointed. I called in June to reserve two units because I am moving from South Carolina to Wixom. Just called today to make my deposit and the guy answered and said our reserved units were given away and they do not have any more that size. I am moving two huge moving trucks and now have no storage units. That is why I planned ahead and reserved them for August 20th back in June. I am now upset and have no where to put my stuff. This is unprofessional and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Why give an option to reserve if they cant keep a promise. Thanks for leaving me with a terrible moving experience.

My wife and I have used this facility before when our apartment was damaged a few years ago. Now we need to clear some things out to make more space. We chose a bigger storage area than before and the facility is always clean. The storage areas are well marked and secure that is why we went back again.

The facility was very clean and impressive. The manager, Janaia, was very helpful and did a fantastic job explaining our options. The rates are reasonable for climate control storage.

The place is clean, well lit and I never have issues. However, I have had my storage unit for just about 1 year. They have raised the price 3 times. Today, I emptied my unit because that is just 2 price increases too much in a 1 year period of time.

This place is great. Staff is very helpful. The place is clean and well maintained. I like that you can pull your car into the building to unload if you have one of the storages that can only be accessed from inside. They also offer carts to load your boxes on to pull them to your unit. Would definitely recommend this place.

I must say that JAY (The lady who works there) is absolutely AMAZING. She stayed past close on a Saturday to make sure that I had my office/storage unit that day! She was extremely friendly and went beyond and above to make sure that my needs were met. I HIGHLY recommend speaking to JAY before you rent at any other facility. This facility is the cleanest I have ever seen! We have always used outdoor units until now, but I don’t think we can go back! In addition to the awesome customer service, our stuff didn’t get covered in dirt, pollen, and the general grime like an outdoor space, and the elevator made it super easy to get our stuff in and out of our unit. Jay was super helpful and already had locks for our units ready when we got there! Best experience ever!

Great experience! Needing a storage unit was a new experience but they did a great job walking me through the process, explaining the code to get in/out of the building and were happy to show me multiple sizes prior to deciding on which unit I needed. The units are all clean, there are moving carts available as needed, elevators and a pull-in unloading space - very beneficial for cold weather and different elements! Great prices also compared to surrounding storage options and offered many deals as well. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

The facility is nice and big, hallways are clean, and it always smells pretty good. The staff seems incredible, J helped me out tremendously when transferring into my unit. The loading area is covered, which is great, but can get crowded, so be courteous to others and loading/unloading will not be too much trouble.

Manager is AMAZING. Im currently going through the hardest time in my life and she has been ABSOLUTLY AWESOME! Not only are the storage units very nice, very secure but VERY clean as well!! Also the cheapest storage around compared to size and climate control!! Super impressed with how much Jade cares and is on top of EVERYTHING making sure this is as easy on you as possible.

I recently moved to this state and I would highly recommend this storage facility to everyone. The temperature controled units are just what I need, and the fact that they offer hand carts is great. The building is spotless both in and out, and yes! Clean bathrooms too. The outside is kept clean and lighted, and I feel safe there at night. Also, the property manager goes out of her way to help.

I had a great experience with SSS, Ive used many storage facilities before and this one was by far the cleanest place to store my belongings. I am using it for a short time and it was easy to reserve a unit online and bring al my stuff in and store it all in one day. No other place is as simple as simply self storage.

Very nice and clean....great pricing..Ive paid more for non-climate controlled facilities...got a unit was in and out in about 15 minutes....that includes a tour and the paperwork...overview...climate controlled...long hours to be able to drop things off and pick up from unit....keypad entry...and you pull in to add or remove things from unit....win win win....!!!

First two weeks have been great. We signed up for a storage unit and we’re given a proper walkthrough and a breakdown of hours and various other policies for the facility. The property manager, Janaia, was extremely kind and professional. Thus far, after two weeks, we have used the secured-garage loading zone numerous times with carts and freight elevators only feet away from the loading/unloading area. The location is key for us and the climate-controlled environment is a big bonus. Thus far we have no complaints!

The storage units are clean and easily accessible. Plenty of carts to ease the transport of your stuff and large elevators. Prices are quite fair and you get your first month free. Great location with low traffic and only a mile off the highway.

The cleanest facility in the area. After storing for several months, I did not find my items to be dirty inside from dust the other facilities can accumulate from lack of hallway cleaning. I also dont have to deal with unwanted critters. The bathrooms are always sparkling, smelling fresh and stocked. The manager, J, has this place so clean and tidy it should be featured in a magazine! She is responsive and always available, so if any immediate concerns should be addressed, she is easy to reach. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Seriously one of the best decisions Ive made, I leased the office attached to the storage unit and I cant be Happier. Climate is perfect, Lighting is perfect, access is OUTSTANDING! Truck well, drive in to unload, moving carts, pallet Jacks! Everything I need for my business is here. Oh almost forgot......Customer Service is 100%. on it !!

We recently moved to Chicago and needed a storage space to keep larger furniture items here in MI. It was easy to reserve a storage unit online and J in the office is super helpful. The storage units are climate controlled and the whole building is incredibly clean. All doors are secure - with each tenant using a unique security code to enter. There is a drive in garage for loading and unloading - and there are carts and elevators to make the process quick and easy.
