Great community with reasonable lot rent fees and affordable living options for a wide range of incomes. Clubhouse and pool are nice and always well kept. Maintenance has been doing a fantastic job keeping the park clean and well landscaped. Newer trailers are being added each year while the older ones are on their way out or fixed up/refurbished to nice quality standards. Lot fees do increase $50 after the first year, but they only increase once, unlike many apartment complexes, and other affordable living options. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new or previously owned property.

Rent is too high! It keeps going up & up every 6 months to a year. Too many drug dealers & sex offenders in Commerce Meadows! What happened to the background check before moving in? I have to take a garbage bag to clean up glass to let my kids play at the playground. So many other problems I could write a book!!

This place is a joke. There is a new manager who is on a power kick. He loves writing people up for nonsense! If you have kids, be careful cuz he likes taking pictures while youre not home too. Today, my husband and I returned from getting groceries and our eldest daughter who is 13 told us he was creeping by the house taking pictures of our 3 kids playing on our porch (he was sitting in his white truck, 2 houses down when we got home, and quickly sped off when he saw us pull in...very suspicious).He also tried writing us up for my dogs cage being outside while we were reorganizing our living room. I do not recommend this park. Id rather pay more than to live here and be treated like a child or like Im in military camp.

I purchased a manufactured home in the park. Really nice place for my two daughters and their kids to live.

I have lived in a Quality home for 2 yrs now and I love my home in Commerce Meadows!!!
