I was searching for a part for an old version of a General Pump and had know idea of what it was called and couldnt find an owners manual. I sent Rick a photo of the part. He immediately followed up with me via email, explained the part, said he could order and I could either stop in and pick it up or he would ship it my way.The part was ordered and arrived on site at my house in less than five business days. These guys are patient with you and explain everything in detail. He took me on a tour of the shop and hooked me up with all new gear. My build is about 14 days out so they are letting me rent one of theirs for free in the meantime.

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about this company. Family-owned, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Both father and son could not have been more honest, and nicer.
