I had a two foot hydraulic hose made at the Pirtek, Wixom location, cost $84.00, installed hose and it leaked from crimped fitting. I went down the street to Napa on Grand River and Novi Road, Milt the owner who has been there for over 40 years told me that the pirtek hose was not crimped properly. Napa made me a better and higher pressure hose for a lot less money. I tried to return the defective hose to Pirtek Wixom location and was told that sorry cant do that.😥

Wanted $250 to make a simple fix. NAPA down tge street did it for $60. They lost their minds...

They were very helpful in creating custom adapters to enable my 10 year old power washers proprietary fittings to be used with modern pressure washer replacement hoses.

I worked here at one point in time. It seemed like a great company to work for however as time went on, I was easily able to notice upper management issues. I cant advise any company to this one as the workers are over worked, and angry because of the lack of commitment from their superiors to support them.The technicians do their best, but turnover is a huge show in how this franchise operates. Huge turnover = many newer employees with maybe a couple that are experienced. Hope you dont get a new one with no help out in the field

Absolutely garbage. On site for 60 minutes. Charged for 3 hours during business hours.

Better Pirtek store in the area ... friendly helpful and wasted no time getting things done. westland area store is rude and 2 times didnt have items in stock that I needed waited 45 mins just to be told they didnt have the items

Pirtek did an awesome job repairing and replacing the hydraulic lines on my 1980s John Deere tractor. They came out to my farm and repaired everything onsite from their mobile work van. The technicians, Matt and Eric, were friendly, professional, and honest. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and cleaned everything up when finished.
