Marques was so kind and helpful during my visit. He went above and beyond at every step to help me match my basement trim color even to the point I had the words “basement trim” written in sharpie on my old can and he printed a label for me on the new can to remind me it was for my basement trim. Very nice person, he needs a raise! Thanks for a great experience.

This was by far the worst experience ever. The new employee had no idea what she was doing. Poor training. Not her fault. 30 plus minutes for my paint on a Saturday. The Manager on duty was completely not helpful until the Associate dumped my paint on the floor in front of the mixing machine. I only ordered 2 gal of Wordly Gray and 3 gal Custom Match. I spend $25k per year in this with Sherwin. Your always short staffed in all stores honestly. Unacceptable in my opinion. Please train Associate or she will quit. Throwing her in front customers in not gonna work. She deserves better hands on training with showing her how to do it repeatedly.

Whether good or not really depends on who is the one thats helping customer. Tried to match the paint couple of times here. First time didnt match well, came back to adjust, a guy helped to adjust it. But It was still slightly off. So came back another time, this time a lady seemed not interested in doing free and challenging work so she called her boss. I showed them the picture of not so good matching paint on the wall. They were like oh I can barely tell, thats just new paint. The boss was not helpful at all and impatient, with some attitude. Eventually they did nothing this time. Just telling me its what it is, its your technical issue, our matching is perfect. BS. The 2nd star is for that guy who helped.

I had ordered a gallon of paint through my contractor. They advertise curbside pickup. I called to add on a 1in nylon paint brush to the order and they wanted me to come in and take it out. I said just get me a 1in nylon brush because you guys require masks and I dont wear masks for medical reasons. He was rude said he had other customers to deal with so I just said forget the brush Ill get it somewhere else. Poor customer relations. Now I have to go somewhere else to get a brush that he could have just added to my order and brought out with my paint. I wont be going back there again. Ill go where people value their customers.

Had a great experience at this location - the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I almost bought a very shiny paint finish that I would have hated (recommendation from someone), and the associate at check-out made sure to ask what the paint was being used for and then explained to me why it wouldnt be the best choice, and pointing me toward a different finish that is MUCH more appealing.

Helpful Staff. Called an order in. They helped me with everything over the phone. Picked up the paint after work and was in and out unless than 10 minutes. Thank you!

The service was fast, and the products are of the best quality. It was very convenient to have the store open on Sunday. That allowed me to proceed with my project. The pricing is high, in comparison to the big warehouse stores, but the experience was better.

As a designer I ALWAYS specify SWP for my projects. I brought in one of those old screw on lid gallons from 2009 to touch up a small part of a repair on a very large, but very prominent, wall in my geodesic dome home. I was fully prepared to have to repaint the entire wall (rent scaffolding, etc.) above my new fireplace. I selected my existing color in the Interior Emerald matte finish. I didnt even have them color match the color; only use the old paint code with matte finish on the old label. I have never had such a perfect match to such an old finish (the old finish is never in direct sun). You cant even discern where the old and new paints can together! Kudos to SWP! xxxooo

I wish I could give them a “0”. Employees have no personality and are not helpful whatsoever. Even if this store is closest to you, drive to another Sherwin Williams - guaranteed you’ll have a much more pleasant experience.

The first employee didnt have any advice to the question I asked. The second employee gave me the wrong advice and I bought what they recommended that didnt do a single thing to create the look I told them I was trying to achieve.
