Ordered and paid for 4 seat cushions online and paid the $30 delivery fee. Only 2 cushions delivered. When I called and spoke with Lance he said they only had 2 in stock and he decided to deliver those without asking me if that was ok. As I dont want mismatched cushions I asked if there is anything he can do to help (like locating 2 from other stores and waive that delivery fee, or refund my delivery fee as I will need to pay it if ordering from another location). He said no and offered no solutions. He said I could drive all the way out to his store in Wixom and maybe theres something they can do if I was there in person and bring the print out of my receipt that they gave me. After my call they adjusted the price as they still charged me for 4. We asked them to come pick up this partial order they had delivered. Still waiting on their decision. Poor customer service and no willingness to work with their customers to resolve an issue. Such a big difference from their wonderful team members at their Bloomfield Hills and Troy locations. Will dispute this charge to my credit card.Lance just called us back. He said he spoke to corporate and that they said they cannot help with our issue. Corporate told him not to pick up the 2 cushions and that we need to drive the 45 min to their store and return it ourselves, even though we didnt approve this delivery. .. Typical Lance.

Huge store. Great variety of decorative items. I love the seasonal section. The reason for the 3 stars is the furniture like end tables and entryway tables is way to expensive for the quality. They are poorly made. HomeGoods has a smaller selection but better prices for better quality.

Make sure you have enough time to shop when you go, the store is quite huge!!! They have everything you need for your home, holiday & outdoor seasonal decor. The wall decor section is close to 10 aisles alone just filled with pictures, frames, mirrors, quotes, signs for every room in your home! Their rug & even lamp shade collections have many to choose from.

The shelves were virtually empty. Didnt find anything I was looking for. I can usually find a wide variety of livingroom and bedroom decor and sheets. Just plain and simple was all that was there. Very disappointing.

Really not my kind of store. It was like targets home section if it was just a warehouse. I probably would have rated it better if the smell in there wasnt so strong. I was in there with my Kn95 mask on for about 5 minutes and the smell of air freshener cinnamon was so strong I just couldnt even look around anymore. Not much worth looking at to buy even the kids stuffed animals the size of my hand was around $20.

Clean. Organized. Some items overpriced. Some of the furniture needs to be wiped or vacuumed. Dirt marks on chairs. Staff is great.

This place has great home decor for pretty cheap. Its not always the best quality (for some items), but if youre looking to spruce up the home this is a place you should certainly check out.

Purchased a large cream area rug for my living room. It was originally priced for 600., we got it for half the price. Sales persons made it easy for us to arrange for pick up. Love it, and love the every day prices for entire home.

Really nice store. They just need more cashiers and registers open. Only 1 young lady checking out guests is really sad for such a huge store and on a busy Saturday. Other than that the products were organized and the store was clean. Just pack your patience for the checkout lines.

The store has plenty there, but the line is ridiculous. My boyfriend and I were just there to return a mirror and they don’t have a separate line for returns so we were stuck waiting in a line that went halfway through the store just to return a mirror. A return desk or customer service desk would make things so much easier because waiting in line for 30 minutes to return a single item is irritating.

Went for a lampshade and they had a large variety of all types! Huge art selection and great prices. It really is anything you need to for your home.

Not enough time to walk the entire store. Its a bit daunting. Did not find what I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay. This store really does have a HUGE selection of everything for your home. Check it out - youre bound to find what youre looking for and probably things you didnt even know you wanted!! Give yourself at least 1-1.5 hours to make it through this jam packed home decor store.

I visited this store for the first time during the COVID-19 pandemic. They were only doing curbside pickup, so we ordered online and were able to pick our items up the same day. Bailey was the young lady we had the pleasure of working with. In addition to being quick and helpful with all of my inquiries, she was an absolute sweetheart! She helped me get exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to resolve a small issue I was having. I will definitely be shopping at At Home again, thanks to Bailey!

Nice selection of home decor. Ive never purchased any type of furniture, so I cant say how the quality is, but the decor quality is good for most of the items Ive purchased. They have a huge selection of Christmas decor, ornaments, trees, etc., which is nice around the Holidays. The store is quite large and there are a lot of different, sometimes unique, items.

First time here, its a really big store. Its set up like a warehouse with the metal shelving wide isles not real fancy but they have everything. I didnt even get all the way through it. Will be going back. Masks were wore by all.

This is definitely the cleanest and best maintained At Home store that I have been to! They have a great selection of many items and things are always changing. I like this store so much I drive almost an hour to that one and passing two other stores in the process. Trust me you won’t be disappointed with At Home Wixom.
