THEYRE ALWAYS OUT OF MEDICATION, LIE ABOUT WHEN IT WILL BE READY AND IT TAKES THEM 2 HOURS TO COUNT 60 TABS. A CHIMP COULD DO BETTER BILNDFOLDED!

Pharmacy: Used to be fantastic to work with. This has changed in the past year. It’s like Northville and Wixom swapped staff or managers. Now everything is a hassle, and the staff are ignorant of laws, policies, procedures, and English. Except Northville was never this bad.

I use the Meijer Pharmacy in White Lake because it is close to my house the one thing there is no drive thru but not the end of the world and I still like the store and the deals they offer.

To the pharmacist that I inconvenienced by picking up my prescription at the drive through, I am so sorry. I understand that it maybe a busy/hectic day, I get that. But to the lady that sighed then rudely asked my information, whatever happened before me, leave it there. Fake a smile or a voice if you have to, If you’re going to work with the public you cannot act like that. It was a pharmacist that waited on me but couldn’t make out her name. I thought it started with an A, but she had brown, above the shoulder curly hair and worked on October 11th. People have bad days but do not take it out on a customer or sound like I’m inconveniencing YOU. Hope you don’t do this to other customers or you’ll be losing them. I’ve always had pleasant experiences with the pharmacy but today was not.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Every time I have needed to fill a prescription here a rude woman tells me that they can’t bill my insurance, “because my insurance thinks I have another insurance”After switching insurances, contacting my insurance, and using other pharmacies, I have come to learn that this is a SCAM!And after reading these reviews I see I’m not the only one who has issues with this woman!Absolutely absurd that they continue to get away with scamming/disrespecting people. 10/10 would NOT recommend! Run far from here and go to Kroger down the road instead!

In a word JULIE! She is one of the pharmacists there and if you have to deal with her youll see what i mean! So I suggest if you see her name tag save yourself a lot of grief and ask for someone else! She does not care about you or your needs and thats not something that a patient can deal with when their medications are time sensitive. Again her name is JULIE and she dont care! Its a shame too because theres a lot of good people that work there. But shes definitely not one of them.

I ran out of my prescriptions over the weekend. The doctor sent them in and with a call they were able to fill in an hour. I appreciate it.

I have been to this pharmacy several times & everybody there treats me nice & the pharmacy staff is really respectful to me. They treat me extremely nice. You must be the one with PMS!

My script is never ready when its supposed to be! 1) my script is on auto refill so it should automatically be filled and ready every month, 2) I also use the Meijer Pharmacy app to request the refill despite it being on auto refill, and 3) I wait a day or 2 to then go pick it up to give them extra time ..... yet I get to the counter every month and they say your script is not ready yet.

Never ever bother to call and ask about your prescription. They are too lazy to check their computer. You always have to come in. And dont use automatic refill service. Either you get them too many times or they dont have them ready when you need them.

They never have my monthly meds on time (even though I make a point to go to the pharmacy and double check with them once a week to be sure Ill have my meds), and ordering them takes several days which is bad when Im a person with meds I cant miss one day of. They take forever to fill prescriptions once they have them, theyll tell me 45 minutes but its 2 hours.
