Love this store. Much of the employees and shoppers wear masks which I like. Clean store.

Booking an appointment for a COVID booster shot was easy, they administered the shot within 5 minutes of the appointment time.

I love this place!!! The employees are very courteous and friendly. Teddy and Latonya are just the coolest and such sweethearts. The store is always clean and I love to do my shopping there! Keep up the fantastic work guys!!!

I had a great experience with one of the employees named Becky B. She had a line and saw I only had two items to checkout. She slid me over and took care of me and continued with her line. Big props to Becky B.

I bought a magical dog collar for my band director to convince him to get a dog for his wife.

My spot to slide when I need someGroceries. It’s better than the Walmart and ALDIs that are in this area. They usually have everything I want with good prices. Nothing really bad to say about the store itself tbh ❤️

Probably my last trip to Meijers. There was a 20 person line for the self check, and only 1 of the sides was open. 2 actual checker lanes open. The no limit self check is a joke, it takes people 15+ minutes to scan, bag, and write a check.

Idk good FREE POP but.. you got to scan it and give money

Dimly lit spacious store. Kind service. It seems product has been sacrificed to create extra space between isles, which is nice in a pandemic, otherwise I grabbed the last loaf of organic brownberry bread. Wait in line for a register was minimal. Okay visit overall.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP SELLING BETTA FISH IF THIS IS HOW YOU ARE GOING TO KEEP THEM!!! The entire area smelled like old fish food and dirty water! Several had swim bladder infections and could barely move! The water was filthy and allllll of the cups needed to be cleaned. These poor animals are slowly dying from ammonia poisoning!!! STOP SELLING THESE FISH!!

I got some super great deals today. Keep up the good work. Love that they carry the Packos brand chili dog sauce. It reminds me of Toledo.

Theyre much better staffed then the kroger down the street and the shelves are way better stocked then them too

Meijer curbside is just great. Prices and selection at Meijer have always been wonderful and the biggest downside are long lines. Curbside pickup solves this! Shoppers do a good job with substitutes, you can buy items from the large selection of general merchandise (I even got night crawlers this way!) and the staff are polite and never expect a tip. Big fan.

Basically a self entitled Walmart for Karens that charge more for a better shopping experience. Yeah. No thanks. Ill stick with my gross and more diverse Walmarts.

This Meijer of always a hot mess. Good luck of you are shopping after 8pm.. Shelves are empty. The staff looks like they couldnt be any less interested. Never have any aisles open except self serve... As I write this review I have been in line just to cash out for over 15 minutes... Seriously keep one register open with a trained employee. You did not train me to be a cashier....

You know, I have always been a Die-Hard Meijer Shopper. For the first time I am seriously thinking on moving my main shopping elsewhere.Why? It is a mix, mostly I feel the quality of fresh perishables have taken a downward trend next to other stores I have began to visit in the area. The other reason is the employees just seem agitated by the customers. It is more about tone, not anything rude. They just seem sad, which then makes me feel really sad.I have went to a couple competitors down the road, and there are more smiles. Aisles are cleaner, less obstacles to navigate, and something tells me there is less selection. I feel like I am not at Meijer of old, but one of the low budget stores where you just expect it. The store (Novi) just seems tired and old. Not fresh.There is not a particular person or instance that makes me feel this way, it is across time. I have shopped Meijer for over 50 years and I am really not happy about this feeling I get. I am very much a non-complainer.I am hoping management reads this and looks around at what the competition is doing right, and the opportunities Meijer could make to save long term customers that may be feeling this way.What do you think?

I like the store its self. However I dont care for the people who work in the store. Mainly at night. Theyre rude and they watch you like youre going to steal something. Its rediculose for real.So the store is great. The people who work mainly nights suck and they should find new people who are not so rude and stuck up. so sorry I cant give five stars.

Meijers in Wixom has been affected by Covid. The veggies arent as fresh as they use to be and the lack of organization is mediocre.🙁

Everything was good except checkout. The girl was very nice but having to do too many other things and not enough help for her

This meijer has solid produce, frozen, and world food sections - which is all I really need tbh.I highly recommend using the Shop & Scan feature if you use your own totes.Its convenient, finds coupons for you (because FORGET trying to remember to bring the damn things), earns you rewards worth MPerks without having to fiddle about at the checkout, and tracks the price as you go - so you can decide whether to get that one thing you werent sure you could afford WITHOUT doing math.

Love Meijer. Like everything under staffed, not there fault.

Great fruit and vegetable selections. Meats and pantry items are also conveniently available.

They have a lot of great items to choose from all over the store. But it would be so much better if the cat food aisle was stocked better. If youre looking for cat food and it is during the evening, youre not going to find a whole lot of selection.

Dont get me wrong its a great Meijer, Yet while I was there Ive wacthed many of the staff go to little sitting area outside in the parking lot. Then proceed to smoke marijuana on break.

Only place I can walk in and find my size in WOMEN WORK PANTS. I hate wearing men clothing. I brought two pair. It’s hard to believe that I’ve been multiple stores from Roseville and Detroit looking for a pair of women’s work pants

Shelf were sparse. Its going to be a long winter!

They have a large selection of items with much to choose from. The staff seems exhausted. The building is far from the road. Plenty of parking. Many of the shelves are sparsely stocked. Vegetables and fruit run expensive at this location.

Like many businesses they are clearly short staffed, but the employees I encountered handle this with grace and patience. This is my go to shopping center.

Have been shopping at Meijer for years now and always have me coming back. Produce, products, cleanliness, friendly employees and customer service.

Meijer needs to add more cashier lanes, since they are all about the people.

I was pleased to see that they all were wearing masks and constantly cleaning and they had everything!!! I didn’t have to go to different stores for once.

I do all my grocery shopping at Meijers. I prefer it over any other store. Other stores Ive got there lunch meat and it went bad in the 1st few days & had to throw it out. Meijers is always fresh.

Always a nice store as are all MEIJER. You have to respect their mask rules even though the governess’ dictates are unconstitutional which has been proven and will again. Prices are reasonable. Sure, you can find lower prices for a specific item at specific stores elsewhere if you want to run around. 4.5 stars...5 if masks not required but, they have to do what they need to keep the gestapo off their backs.

Its a meijer same as the rest. Some departments are very understocked. The fishing section has not been stocked in 8 weeks at least.

Please be aware at meijers if you come into the store with a bag they will question you at the door if you buy groceries and go back into the store to grab something else with your groceries they will search all of your bags and stop you at the door be sure if you leave the store with groceries dont go back in with your bags because they will stop you and embarrass you and search your bags its best to leave anything you buy at the front of the store

Good prices and a different selection of items than the other big box chains.

Props to the evening stock crew! I was looking for a specific item that was empty on the shelf right as the pallets where wheeled out. Two crew members graciously tore apart two pallets to find a single box I needed. Greatly appreciated!

The Wixom Meijer was clean, had a large fresh food selection, and lots of lanes open for quick easy check out. It was not crowded and staff were available to answer any questions. I will return again.

Been online shopping here for over a year and sadly the last month May/June 2021 the quality of the produce selected by the Meier shoppers has gone down. Often I get over and underipe produce and expired or expiring soon goods.

They were pretty well stocked in this store. There were a lot of rude customers not obeying any kind of 6-foot rule a lot of them didnt have their noses covered with their mask either. They already started putting out their Valentines stock if anyone is interested

Generally they have decent service. However they dont give a dang about their disabled patrons. Every gosh darn electronic scooter is either short charged, out of charge, or broken. Its ridiculous. I prefer the fresh produce, international aisle, and frozen foods. Often Meijer is only place I can get decent priced Pet items for my 2 cats.

Ordered a cake 2 weeks ahead from thier bakery but it never got made. The order sheet got misplaced. Wont take that chance again especially with a full sheet cake order coming up.

Three people (including myself) were just in line at customer service to return expired products we had just purchased. CHECK ALL YOUR EXPIRY DATES CAREFULLY! Once is a fluke, but 3 of us in a row for unrelated products means you have major issues.

How you have only TWO LANES OPEN and you have people lined up all the way past the clothing section is unacceptable. Waiting 30 minutes in line to check out is ridiculous. Get it together, when you see lines of people get someone out here and open some checkout lines... this store always has issues with a lot of people and no lanes opened.

Didnt have to wait in like like I have at Walmart. Also the set up makes everything easier to find. This Meijer is well stocked unlike Walmart. This Meijer is by far my favorite and I live in Brighton and rather shop at this store.

This is my local Meijer store. It is a medium size location. Occasionally I visit larger locations that carry more speciality items. This location is great for my everyday shopping.

Always been a fan of Meijer. Theyve been doing well through the pandemic and seem to be keeping everything in stock. They could always use a bit more staffing.

Love this store. Shelves are always well-stocked and the store itself is clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. Produce is the best--fresh and reasonably priced.

Very patient and efficient staff at the gas station. They put up with so much negativity but still treat the next customer with friendly service.

Was pretty clean, not real busy. Enough checkouts were open, that I only waited about a minute to start scanning my stuff. Over all, good experience. 👍

Great store for sea food, good prices

Ive literally never had a worse experience in a Meijer. Incredibly rude staff. Due to an issue on their end (products not ringing up at the correct price) they acted like I stole from them by using a self checkout and catching a price error. Returned my entire cart worth of stuff because I was treated so poorly. Regularly come here because its next to my work but this will be last time.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude, condescending and obnoxious attitude from the lady at the self check out and the manger Chris. Could have made their point respectfully but instead they used me to get their frustrations about Shipt out.

Big variety of items, kinda pricy, on sale deals only, super clean inside and out, restrooms dirty and out of order. Shoe and garment departments are my favorite.

Good prices. Consistent. Very Covid responsible. In and out quickly with everything I needed. Got held up for a couple minutes because the Cashier forgot to remove a security device causing an alarm as I walked out the door or it would be a 5 star. Still.... nice clean Meijer location. Very polite, helpful employees. Ice is frozen like ice should be....Pop nice and cold. Grabbed a few items I wasnt planning on but it happens. Will definitely be back.

If you are going to lock your doors 20 mintues before you say your closed, then close at 11.

First off, it appears that mask wearing is not enforced in this store. So, shop at your own risk.The phone app and online ordering is not updated with the available stock in the stores. So, its a hassle because they take your order and then cancel it later as they dont have it to begin with.So, I went to the store to do the self checkout and made the grave error of scanning one item incorrectly. I got scolded by the attendant for being ignorant.Also, I noticed that there are hardly anyone on the store floor to help the customers. When I spent some time looking for one, they were really annoyed and made me feel like a fool.
