We have a house full of windows we need replaced. Just started the project in August, 2020 and began with replacing just 8 windows. We purchased the Marvin Brand, in flat black, and love them. The installers at WindowPro did a terrific job, cleaned up after themselves, and were friendly. Well be calling them to replace the next 8 windows. Mike, who sold us the windows was terrific. Very knowledgeable, engaging, and new what we wanted.

Got a whole house full of windows over the summer.Pros-*Salesman was great/responsive/helpful.*Installers were polite and accommodating as they worked around my family and I for the better part of two days*Quality of Installation appears good from my laymans POVCons-*The windows were left an absolute mess. Smudges, caulk, and a waxy substance were left on most windows.*Installers failed to tap in all the little screw caps throughout the house. Not a huge deal, but an added pain on top of necessitating my wife and i to spend hours cleaning up the windows.*Installers had my wife sign a checklist that said there was a walkthrough and windows were cleaned. Installers checked everything off and told her to sign. While she should have demanded a walkthrough first, the tactic of filling it out in advance with a were done, sign here and give us a check felt a little like they were pulling a fast one.*We were left with nothing other than a receipt and a generic product pamphlet. I had to reach back out to the salesman to see how to register my warranty.Lastly, and most frustratinglyI had my salesman relay my concerns to the GM, and i also responded to an automated email message which stated reply to this email if you have any issues After being ghosted for a couple weeks I went back to the salesman and he was able to answer my question on the warranty and get me the direct email to the GM. The GM replied claiming the marketing email isnt monitored. The marketing email portrays itself as the GMs personal email and literally tells you to reply to that address. Also, my salesman had relayed the message weeks earlier so this response came off as disingenuous to me.I responded again to the correct email and now, weeks later, i can only assume the GM is ignoring me quite intentionally as Ive heard nothing. I am very laid back when it comes to these things and would have been satisfied with a simple email acknowledging my concerns. But unfortunately that didnt happen and Im left feeling ignored, which isnt a great feeling for such a large project.For these reasons, Im unable to recommend WindowPRO, primarily due to management ghosting me.

2009 I had nine Marvin awning type windows installed in our bedrooms, with a 10 year warranty on the trim and caulking, I love the Marvin windows! After about eight years the windows and the trim began to fade and the caulking went bad. I called Window Pro many times they gave me the number of Marvin, Marvin came out and painted the windows beautifully but they would not paint the trim. I called Window Pro many times,They wouldn’t return my calls and finally with the few months left of my 10 year warranty the man called and said they would not repaint and re-caulk my window trim. They do not back their warranty. I love the Marvin windows but I would never recommend Window Pro!

WindowPRO did a very clean and neat installation, handled by professionals who took their time and did it right (no callbacks required). The Marvin windows were the best I could find, and was happy I went with them as a long term investment over some of the poorly made vinyl alternatives that certainly would not last as long. I had an issue with sunlight in the living room, and even in winter on a sunny day it would make me sweat. Marvins low-E windows solved that and made the room much more comfortable. I also live by a major street, so noise was an issue even at night. The Marvin windows were also much quieter, leading to a better nights sleep. Add the WindowPRO lifetime guarantee along with the quality of the Marvin window and it provided the best value solution for me.

Very professional. My particular job was very challenging due to the large size and height of my windows. They were very considerate as we did work video conferencing from our home. Trim work looks excellent and they cleaned up the job sight well. I would recommend them.

The new door unit and casement windows are especially high quality. The style is modern and functional. Sales person was professional and open-minded. The tech that followed is very smart and helped us with an ergonomic issue - opening the door inward was much better than our original plan. Installers worked very hard to ensure unit was stable, level and sealed. The crew worked tirelessly for 9 hours the first day. They came back about 2 weeks later to replace bent cladding and complete the work. All workers were friendly positive and professional. We cannot hear traffic or airplanes in our kitchen. It looks lovely. Thank you for your work and for improving our lives.

We are very pleased so far with the look and performance of our new Infinity windows. No more window sweats or cold areas in our home. The guys that did the install did a very good job and were very neat, luckily the install days were kind of mild for December (for them). Don’t be afraid to get new windows during winter, it wasn’t as big an issue as I thought it might be. 🙂

The Marvin windows are great. I choose the Marvin Infinity outside white look and natural wood finish for the inside and they look good from both the outside and the inside. I had done some research beforehand to choose the right product/make. Marvin and Anderson compete right at the top on best windows. In discussions I had with some independent repair shops (whom dont care about brands, they work on all type of windows), most claimed Marvin products were the best built and by far those they repair the least among all brands.The windows are one thing, but the installers are the other part of the deal... Window Pros installers did a great job, worked quickly and professionally. The complete house was done in less then a day and they cleaned up after themselves before leaving. The worked fast but made sure the finish was perfect. Even when I pointed out a slight gap between one of the window frame and the casing, they made sure everything we properly re-aligned before calling the job done. They answered any technical and engineering question I had as they were installing the windows.One of the window had been built too wide by the factory (dimensions taken by Window Pro were right, the factory did not built to spec). Window pro had a new window rebuilt quickly and came back to complete the installation few days after.All in all, I can say I am fully satisfied with the product and the work. Thanks Window Pro!

Great to work with. Still have a small issue with one of my windows not being square and a broken lock. Covid has delayed this being fixed.

Can not say enough good things about this company- I heard of them through word of mouth, was offered same week home consultation. The consultant was courteous and did not rush me through my questions. Detailed measurements came quickly and was contacted few weeks ahead for scheduling installation. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I had a bad experience with Marvin dealer from Bloomfield hills, this company really exceeded my expectations.

Excellent value for the money. I shopped around and the windows that were installed are top quality, good looking, and saved me money. The installers were friendly and very professional. They took their time and did a great job. I had a problem with one window and the warranty man was here next day to fix the problem and show me how window works.

We met Mike Greco at a home show in Novi a while back. He helped us get beautiful french doors put on the back of our house. We were taken care of every step of the way. The install guys were nice and did a good job. We got white Marvin doors with straight brushed nickel handles and my mother loved them. Unfortunately we have moved since then, leaving the doors behind, but we would love to put those doors on our new home as well. Will be using WindowPRO again.

We used WindowPro in a previous home to replace our windows with Marvin Infinity. We were so pleased with the product, installation and service from WindowPro that we used them again for another whole house window replacement, plus front door.Our daughter’s family also used them for a whole house replacement from our referral, as well as our next door neighbor.They replaced all the windows, plus the door in 2 days. I purchased windows here, from Paul W. He is great to work with and understands many aspects that are helpful to a homeowner who may only buy windows once in their life. The windows were delivered and installed by my builder- who did a poor job... but in came WindowPro to replace the damaged parts, even though it was not their fault or their problem. A sales rep came to our home offering to give us a free quote. We clearly needed windows. They stated they were doing work on our next door neighbors house so I figured I’d give them a try. Before the appointment I asked the neighbor what they were having done and they were doing and they stated they weren’t doing any work with windowpro. Very deceptive tactic. When I just called to cancel the appointment because of the deceptive tactics before even coming in the door rather than apologizing for the error the representative justified it by stating they had over 10,000 clients then hung up. A simple I’m sorry for the misunderstanding and let me make it right could have fixed it. Very unprofessional!

While the crew was removing the original slider windows one of the new windows was blown over and left a couple of dents on interior window trim. Fortunately the window did not break.The screens to the slider windows were delivered at a later time but never installed. Following the owners manual instructions the screens delivered cannot be installed. I have contacted WindowPRO regarding the screen issue but they have been slow in response.3 weeks later the salesman came to the house to install the window screens which took over 30 minutes and difficult. One screen had a defective part and he said they would order a new screen and have Steve make the installation. Nothing has been heard since.

The installers where so knowledgeable and experienced, they even went over and above than just installing the window. They actually found additional problem areas and just fixed them, instead of telling me I need to hire another contractor. Thorough review - get ready. . .Phenomenal experience from the first phone call to the final check in. We purchased a new home and all doors and windows needed to be repaired . . . ALL OF THEM! We chose WindowPRO after ample research and they did not disappoint. The initial walk through was thorough and they explained all material and finish options available - so we could make the best decision for our budget. Windows were then ordered, delivered and the crew installed in record time. Most important to me, they worked around my kids nap schedules and catered the flow of the install to be least disruptive to my very busy family, laying blankets and tarps all over the house to ensure they did not disrupt the floors. In addition, their trim and finish work was top notch, as we converted a door wall into a picture window and the interior and exterior work they did was gorgeous and makes it look like the window was always their. The sales man who came out for quote was very unprofessional.Never took out the shoes till I asked him.His mask was down all the time.When I told him that your quote is more than double of Andersons, he got offended.Slammed the door and left with a very bad attitude.

Our leaking window was causing damage to a header. WindowPros skilled crews repaired the damage and wrapped the structure with waterproof products that solved the problem. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Out of all of the contractors I have used, this has been the worst. The salesperson Paul was not only unhelpful once the deal was made, he was verbally abusive and failed to take responsibility when the wrong door and broken windows were delivered. Jake the owner was equally unhelpful. He ignored and tried to downplay my concerns. He offered a $100 refund on a $26,000 order of doors and windows and promised they would be fixed. The window that arrived broken was superficially repaired (not replaced) almost a month after it was supposed to be repaired, which greatly delayed our project. I also received the wrong door and it still has not been rectified two months later. Further, I have not even received the measly $100 I was promised even though I was promised almost a month ago that the check was mailed. Do not use this company. They are dishonest scam artists. Their customer service is non existent. Dont trust a word they say.

However, all my concerns were addressed, and I only wish for company to have more efficient and clear communication with customers going forward.-------------------------------------Original review:In short - probably good windows (too early to tell), efficient and detail-oriented installation crew and very much so-so service.I had twelve Marvin Infinity windows installed in August of 2018. Sales process was traditional “buy now and you’ll save XXX” pitch. Nothing interesting here. Installation took 4 days, and I do not complain about it. Installation crew (Mike and Josh) took time to address any issues in surrounding trim and to do their job properly and to high standard. At the time of writing (December of 2018) everything looks good, and as far as I can tell by looking at my heating/cooling bills these windows are certainly better than what I had before.Now comes not so good part of the service. Shortly after installation I was painting interior trim and discovered multiple scratches on the glass. Scratches were outside, on the second-floor window, so it certainly not something that could have been accidentally scratched. Windows come with lifetime no questions asked warranty, at least I was told so by my salesman, so I am covered. Not so quick. Gave a call to service department. Spoke to Steve Sleeper. He basically blew me off. Are you sure this is a scratch? – Yes, I am sure. Can you see it from 6 feet? If you can’t, we are not fixing it. And we are not sending crew to inspect your window because most likely it is just dirty.Dear Steve, would you be happy to have scratches on your new car, that cannot be seen from 6 feet, but are visible from 5? Would you let it go if scratches were deep enough to catch you finger nail, while dealer told you that car simply needs a wash (without even looking at it)? Cost of twelve Marvin Infinity windows is comparable to cost of new modern compact car. You just told me to go away with my scratched glass issue, even though you claim that glass carries lifetime warranty. I am left wondering what kind of treatment I will receive for more serious problems.James Grebeck from Service Department requested pictures of scratch and promised to follow up. So far his “follow-up” is the same in nature - “Can you see scratches from 6 ft? Were windows cleaned?”At this point I can tell anyone who is debating Marvin Infinity vs Marvin Integrity because of lifetime warranty vs 20/10/5 – save your money and go with Integrity series. Warranty is not there. If defect cannot be seen form 6ft it seemingly is not a defect. I still have first floor of the house to replace windows and patio doors. Most certainly it won’t be Marvin Infinity from Window Pro for that project.

I absolutely love my windows and I was completely thrilled with WindowPRO. As a single woman making a big purchase for my home, I was very concerned in the beginning about picking the right product, choosing the right company, and not being taken advantage of. I met with several companies and Im confident I made the right choice by going with WindowPRO. The process was worry free from beginning to end. The Marvin Infinity windows are not only beautiful, but truly a high quality product. Their salesman was knowledgeable, did not use pressure tactics and worked to provide a fair price for my 18 windows. Their installation crew was top-notch; clean, courteous and quick! The foreman was fabulous. I did not purchase new doorwalls along with my windows because they are newer and did not require replacement, but he knew the old moulding would not match the new windows and suggested his crew replace them. I happily paid the VERY reasonable cost and Im thrilled that everything matches and all the dark trim is finally gone. I would definitely recommend WindowPRO. Yes, fiberglass windows will cost more, but if youre staying in your home and looking for the right solution instead of the cheap solution, Marvin Infinity replacements from WindowPRO are the way to go (And I didnt have to wait 3+ months for them to be ready like the ones from Majic).I love that there are no corner seams and that fiberglass can be painted if I decide to change the color of my house in 20 years. I wasnt even aware of Marvin windows, but thank goodness a friend recommended I get a quote from WindowPRO. I also spoke with/received quotes from Renewal by Andersen, Wallside and Majic. WindowPRO was the winner hands down.

WindoPro’s all fiberglass window construction was just what I was looking for in a window frame. Their experienced installers provided a quality installation and it was all completed over the timeframe that met my needs. I’m very pleased with my WindowPro windows.

Great service and product!

Please choose another company to order your windows through. They sold me a window for a basement bedroom that did not meet egress requirements. I asked them several times if the window met requirements and they assured me it did. It was only after it was installed that I found out it didnt meet the requirements. Initially, the company refused to provide me with a window that did meet requirements without having physical documentation of the conversations between me and the sales person (some of which were over email but most were over the phone). Finally, I got them to replace the window but they refused to warranty it (despite the fact that I paid for the original window) and refused to install it. They had initially promised me to install it and assured me they could do so without disrupting siding, insulation, and drywall. Well, once they came out to look at the current window, they flat out refused to install it for me. This company has the worst customer service and is dishonest!

Had all my windows done and could not be happier.

Strange to say the least.
