Great guys do an Excellent job. Had nail in our tire no other place was open cause it was on a Sunday. Even though they were extremely busy they plugged our tire for us and did it fast too. Very nice guys up there highly recommend.

Usually I go to dealer for oil change and all the maintenance services but this time I decided to use Firestone Complete Auto Care. I had some good experience at the one in West Bloomfield when I bought my tires but I found this newly opened one in Wixom which is also slightly closer.Im glad about my decision. Not only the place was clean but the service advisor James was polite, honest and didnt oversell anything.The experience was great and I think Im gonna come here from now for my other cars as well.

Very unprofessional. Deceitful!After booking my appointment online it was repeatedly rescheduled to a later time & I was always informed at the very last minute.At one instance, after reaching the store they let me know that they cant honor the appointment because technician had left early for the day.Being considerate, I asked for calling me the next day to confirm the appointment. This was 2 weeks back & I am still waiting on the call.Moreover, now when I went online to book the tires I had originally scheduled for, the price has gone up considerably. This leads me to believe that all of this was done on purpose to ensure I dont get the tires at a discounted price.

I have tried this location twice and both times I have been disappointed by the service. I dropped the car off in the morning and when I came back at 5:00, it had not been touched. They claimed it was as problem with fleet management company, but a call would have been appreciated. I then bought the vehicle back a few days later and dropped it off again in the morning. When I came back around 4:30, surprise it wasn’t ready and they had not ordered parts they needed to complete the repair. As of this posting, it 5:30 and still no idea when they will finish. I have used other Firestone in the past without issue, but I suggest you avoid this location.

The guys did a great job helping me after I had a tire go flat on I-96 & was towed to Firestone. Of course it was planned to be a full day of Real Estate appointments for me when the unexpected delay occurred.Firestone effectively, efficiently and professionally found and replaced my tire,... and I was back on my way!😁👍

I had a great experience here! The service manager was great to deal with. No hidden gimmicks. I came in because one of my back tires was losing air. I was needing new tires but thought I couldnt afford one, let alone four. Ralph Dumo made it happen with great quality all season tires! I was in and out within the time he said it would be done with four new tires! Thank you!

My husband and I were driving from Grand Rapids to Detroit and ended up with a flat tire on the highway... we were able to make it to the closest tire shop which was Firestone. My husband asked the person at the counter if he could please patch our tire. He told my husband “We don’t have time for you”. We were not offered any recommendations on where to go or even an ounce of empathy. We were just brushed aside.We ended up making it safely to Monro tire down the road and we were well taken care of! They were kind and quick.

Went in for an alignment. They took and hour to do so, but my truck drives true. All in all a good experience.

Ralph and James were a great help with fixing my car. I had a part stolen and they were very understanding and very fast with ordering the part I needed, fixing it, and getting it to me. They allowed us to go in and take the pictures we needed. They were also great with explaining what exactly I needed and what damage was done.When I picked up the car, they were honest in telling me that I needed an extra part for my car and they gave me the part for free because they didnt not tell me about it beforehand.Overall, great experience and would highly recommendUpdate: Went in to fix struts, ac, ties, leaks in my car for a really nice price! Again, staff is wonderful, They show you exactly what they are doing.

They took care of some emergency repairs on my wifes vehicle late on a weekend day. Ill be taking my other vehicles here from now on as well. Thank you for the spectacular and speedy service!

Originally had an appointment at the Livonia location at 9am. That location jerked me around and I called the wixom location and they said as soon as I could get there, they would get the job done. I pulled into the parking lot at 10:35am and the front desk attendant met me in the parking lot to do the check in and had my vehicle inside by 10:45. And had 4 tires mounted, balanced, front end alignment checked and back out the door by 12.

My tire was really low on air. On my work break, went to put air in my tire on my own and just couldnt get it corrected, went to firestone near by in Wixom, think his name was Jacob came outside, told him my tire was 10 under in air, and he had it fixed in a couple minutes, very nice and professional attitude and made it back to work on time!!

Great service auto care

This was my first visit to Firestone in Wixom. Location was easy to find, in the Meijer parking lot. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. They completed my oil change and did a check up, suggesting service that I need to have done soon, without pressuring me. I did not give a 5 star rating for 2 reasons: 1. I said I needed a tire rotation, but I apparently wasnt clear since I did not get one. And 2. My pre-scheduled appointment took an hour and a half, with my car sitting in the lot for the 1st half hour.I will definitely be going back though, because I believe I got quality work at a reasonable price. I just need to plan for the extra time.

I made an appointment and it was cancelled, so I called (never received a call from shop as promised), found it was an issue with that particular service (alignment) that mechanic is not available after 5, but they were completely open the next day, and it should take 45min to 1-1/2hrs. I rebooked online for another day, in the morning, specifying that I would be waiting in-store during service. I took time off from work, showed up at the shop on-time, as was told it could be 3-4 hours before I could get in. The rep checked in back, and again said it could take several hours to get it in. I left and had the service done promptly by another shop on the way home. Shop was very busy, lot was full, but poor planning if they let you make appointments and do not honor them. Waiting area seemed clean.
