If I could give zero stars, I would. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I never even got to the point of getting my boat service here but I’m sure that would have also been a nightmare. I called two days ago to confirm store hours. VERY SPECIFICALLY, I confirmed that they were open to 8 pm on Thursdays. Not only that, their google website confirms these as well. This was incredibly helpful, as I work until 6, about an hour away, but also still had to get home, hook up my boat, then make a mad dash just to get there in time. I made it to the shop at 740 with plenty of time to spare, and guess what. CLOSED. After multiple confirmations, CLOSED. Absolutely horrible miscommunication and customer service. WILL NEVER USE WILSON MARINE FOR ANYTHING!!
