Working with the staff of SmartStart was an absolute pleasure. Everyone was kind and efficient and no questions went unanswered, I left feeling confident and had a good understanding on product info rules and regulations. I would definitely refer SmartStart to anyone who is in need. Also their prices are definitely feasible.

Having an interlock device is nothing to look forward to. However, James made the experience a pleasure. This man deserves a raise and promotion. I have 12 months left of monitoring and so far I’ve experienced above and beyond excellent customer service!

Not bad, even though I have to use it
Every time I had it calibrated my speedometer would stop working I mentioned this only to be told it was a bad sensor well today i had it removed and guess what works? But now the brake light wont quit beeping. Having a speedometer is very important

Of course my day could be way better than going here, or anyones for that matter, but it is not their fault by any means. I was nervous and worried about what I would go through when I walked through the door. However, the employee, who I believe is James (?), was super helpful. I wasnt looking forward to coming to this place, but I felt more comfortable about the situation after I left. Very understanding, very responsive, and great service. Thank you :)
Having to do this sucks but if you have to you might as well go to a decent guy, these guys are far more friendly and easier to deal with than Rick and Rockys in Canton
