Very Dissapointed! Ive been a customer of this store for MANY Year and recently went in to place a printing order. Mark, the manager, asked when I needed it and I did say as soon as possible so when he said well there is a same day surcharge I immediately said, then anytime tomorrow as I dont need until Friday. When I went to pick up the young man working behind the checknout took the brunt when I was told that my fee would be $1,126.71. Thats purposterous, how could that be? After his recounting the double sided, color, bla bla bla he said, you know if you had printed this online your price would have been much much less. Thats when I really lost it, as I had told Mark, the manager, that the only reason I did t print online was due to the size and quantity of the files. He then said well do you want me to contact the online commercial printing team and see if they could reduce your price? How long will that take? A couple of days he said. Bit I need to pick up my printing today? Well I cant release the printing until we finalize the pricing. Why did Mark, the manager, not help me with this from the beginning as he knew what I was printing, and when my actual time frame was? Instead I paid $1,126.71 for a 550 colored double side prints, yep thats $2.05 per page. Bottom Line is that FedEx Office has lost my, my companies and anyone I can convince business over a lack of care and concern for a long term customer. Thanks FedEx!

With my business I use shipping services very frequently. Mark the Center Manager makes me want to not use Fedex ever again. Every time I come to this location which is very close to my house, Mark makes me feel unwelcome and a burden. the other employees always assist me with no issue.

Every time that I have gone into this store to drop off a package to be shipped, I have been met with professional & efficient employees. During my last visit, Rich assisted me. He was very courteous & provided helpful info regarding the packaging of my shipment.

Best FedEx experience ever. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name at the desk (wore a ravens mask) but he was extremely friendly and helpful. Helped me get my return squared away quickly and with a smile. The world needs more people like him! Thanks FedEx!

I just went in a few days before Christmas to ship way too many gifts to my nieces and nephews. The gentleman at the front happily took my gifts, packed them, and got me sent on my way quickly. The staff was so joyful and pleasant, singing and joking. I will never go to the post office again. Thank you for making my day!

Today I had to drop off a Christmas tree. Something that is pretty large and bulky. From the time I walked into the store I was helped by Rich. He was so helpful and even taped up the box for me. With the stress of the holidays at nice to get a warm smile and help. Thanks!

I go to this location in the evening usually. Everytime Ive been there they have gone above and beyond for me. Ive not had one issue that the customer representatives have been unable to fix politely. I am a loyal customer at this store for life. Ive always left with a smile on my face and confident my packages were safe and would arrive as expected and promised.THANKS WINTER SPRINGS FEDEX FOR ALWAYS GIVING 110% TO THIS CUSTOMER. I read the reviews online prior to coming to this location. And I have to say, the majority of the reviews that I saw were negative. All I was doing was going to this location to drop off a fedex packets that already had a shipper attached. I was literally in the building for no more than 10 seconds. In that span of 10 seconds, I with treated rudely and I was spoken to sarcastically. What was even more fascinating was that I never even spoke a word to the employees! Their rudeness and sarcasm was their spoken expression to me based on the simple fact that I was visibly looking for the Dropbox. Prior to my visit here, today, I would have told you that 10 seconds is not nearly sufficient amount of time to be treated in such a manner. I was incorrect.

Went to this store to have an exercise chart enlarged. The guy behind the counter proceeded to lecture me about copyrighting. I knew he was incorrect but wasnt interested in debating it in front of a customer. I left the FedEx store, called the fitness company and addressed the issue with them. The customer service representative ask me some questions then put me on hold so he could discuss this with management. About ten minutes later he came back on the line with the following: 1. According to the fitness company, the guy at this FedEx store gave incorrect information. 2. Someone in his position should have known what he was saying was incorrect. The fitness company also sent me an email with the copyright clarification in case I wanted to take it to the guy at the FedEx store. I do not recommend going to this store.

I sent a shipment to my friend in Canada for his birthday. My friend gets a charge from FedEx that was meant to be paid here in the US. When I go to the counter and explain my situation they cant help me and barely even try. Im disappointed because their demeanor was very poor. Theygor someone on the phone but I had to insist for help before they even attempted to do it. In short they didnt want to help. Check their ratings before using their services.

Dont attempt to drop off a package with a prepaid label; the girl behind the counter will insist you buy new packaging, regardless if the box you are returning is the same one the item was shipped to you in. (I.e. Wayfair items). FYI, I called Fed Ex, and they said this is not corporate policy.Go to the UPS Store in the Winter Springs Town Center, the manager is amazing, and he is very helpful when you have to ship multiple items.

Very Friendly staff and they are always helpful. I had an issue with one of my prepaid labels through ebay and the women behind the counter helped me get it squared away and she even taped up my package as the tape was coming off. Thanks guys!

I went there to get some documents printed. The terminal connected to the printer was not working and kept popping up an error message. When I asked for assistance, they could not figure it out either. So they printed the document for me and charged me the rate for manual printing, as if it was my fault that the machine was not working. And then they blamed my document. The employees were rude, flippant, not knowledgeable and still charged me a higher price for using the service which I had to use just because their machine did not work. FedEx is allegedly known for their customer service, but this particular branch does not cut it.

Just left the Fedex Redbug office. I asked several time for assistance because the web site was giving me an error. The only assistance i got from the girls there was i font know. It is Fedex website. Excuse me isnt that where you work? The girl kept telling me the reason i was getting the error message was that the problem was my credit card. We finally left and called the 800# and she explained i needed to open a fedex account for what i wanted to do and that the Fedex office should have been able to assist me. So upset.
