Dang, you are missing out if you havent been here before. And if you have make sure to go again. I have the plant based burger (never had one of those before). It was different of course but it wad very yummy. Im glad I stepped out of my box once again and tried something new. My friend had the chilly dog. They split open the hot dog, so that is different. We also had a large order of onion rings. So yummy and surprised how big it was. They have a few tvs you can watch and lots of seating also. It a little loud for my taste but that is just the kinda place is it.

It was really busy this weekend and I have friends who do not have vehicles to go get food. I went in to pick up a friends order and was greeted with a big smile and a lot of friendliness. The smell of burgers cooking oh my goodness. My friend would not share what I got for her and I can tell why so I guess Ill have to go back and try their food. My friend said its excellent!

Went for the $10 Burger & Fries deal and it was super good! Fresh and hot & juicy! Was surprised it was dbl cheeseburgers for that price! Got a chocolate shake too!

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and served me one tasty burger! The Burgerfi sauce was real good, gonna try again next time on another burger, because Ill definitely be back.

Restaurant was roomy and room temperature was cool... really nice for eating (IMHO). Waygu ( from Australian beef brisket) double burger was very flavorful and filling. Green style was delicious all wrapped in a big chunk of lettuce instead of a bun. Oreo shake was super super thick and creamy. Yeah, I had a great time. Staff were very friendly and service was fast. Fast food that doesnt taste like fast food at all. Nice. Not cheap, at over $17 for their most expensive burger + a 20 ounce shake, but very good quality.

Im not that into burgers but the whole place was good. Came for a lunch with coworkers and they have more than just burgers. They were very friendly. Most of all I liked the atmosphere of the place. Great place.

Food was good. I ordered SWAG burger and Cry&Fries with 2 different sauces on Ubereat, but got 1 Fi sauce only.

Fresh crispy chicken sandwich with added bacon lettuce and tomato. Side of fries 🤤🤤. Always so satisfied when I get food from here. Youll fork out a few more dollars per meal/item, but it is SO worth it. Fresh ingredients, made to order, never messed up an order before. Two thumbs up always!

First time here. Got the CEO burger. This is a cool place. Loved the fact that they grill stamp their name on top of every bun. Reminds me of being on a cattle ranch. Nice touch. Burger Nice and juicy, but not greasy. The Candied bacon and tomato jam was a welcomed changed from the norm. And afterwards, I didnt get that food coma feeling I usually get after eating a burger. Id definitely go there again. And the lemonade was nice and tart. Very good.

Routinely good service. Burgers taste great. Important to me, they are made from beef raised without steroids or antibiotics and grass fed. Hey what your meat eats is what you eat. Ordering online is easy and I rarely have to wait... hot and ready when I arrive.

Came in during a rush. Our food took about 15 min. The burgers are ok. Honestly I thought they tasted like Wendys. The fries were burnt. And the onion rings were greasy. Would have much rather give across the street. The cleanliness was par. But could use a good deep cleaning.

Got to be the best Burger joint in town!100% recommend. Food is well prepared and neat. Meat and fried food isnt swimming in grease, just flavor! Facility is clean and themed very well!

I choose the lettuce wrapped burger, but I prefer the beef, because the chicken had a rubbery texture. Anyway, their samples taste great though. One star off because of the chicken.

Horrible Mushy buns soaked in a gallon of ketchup absolutely disgusting. Couldn’t even taste the beef or bacon. Just ketchup bread mush. The drinks were flat and watered down. Onions rings tasted like old oil. Better off at the dollar menu at McDonald’s. save your money.

I cannot describe how amazing this place is. We were in Alaska on a work trip and this place is just the place we all agreed to go. Best decision ever made. I chose to get The Ceo- ingredients in picture. It is the best burger I have had in my entire life, not joking either. The waygu and brisket blended pattie was super juicy and just melts in your mouth after each bite. All of the ingredient put together makes the burger though. Thank you BurgerFi for such an amazing burger!

BUNS HUN! I honestly don’t like restaurant burgers but the way they make them here are like no other! The burgers literally melt in your mouth! DELICIOUS! On top of great burgers, they also have awesome shakes that excite your pallet with rich yummy flavors! You should totally give this place a try!

Prices are a little expensive, staff could be a little friendlier but other than that a great place to eat.

I know someone who worked here for over a year. The owner is very concerned with profit. Used spoiled ingredients regularly instead of throwing them out. Will definitely get someone sick or possibly worse eventually. Cares about money over proper food handling, avoid this place.

I asked for no tomato and ended up with a burger whos only topping was lettuce. Also I did not receive the stamp on the burger bun. Complete disappointment.

The food is absolutely amazing here. The tables are set up with social distancing being a priority. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Staff was kind and attentive.

Delicious burgers ! I had the lettuce wrapped VeggieFi quinoa burger. Really good. Hubby ordered the lettuce wrapped burger, loaded with all the fixings, really good. We ordered a small fries for the two of us, we couldn’t finish them. They were so good, almost made me think of homemade fries moms used to make. Friendly service. Yummy frozen custard for dessert!

Great food, a little on the pricey side. The menu was not very clear with whats on the burgers. And the person taking orders was unsure. There seems to be a disconnect between the people putting in the orders and those people cooking the food. The food was excellent, and the place is clean. I will definitely try the place again. I sampled my familys order from hotdogs, wagu burger, chicken sandwich, and fries. I would order all again. The fries were excellent.

Enjoyed a burger and HUGE plate of fries! The 4 of us shared a family size. Good food, reasonably priced, fast service, fun atmosphere, very clean.

Heard that the food was pretty good. Service was okay. The urban fries was okay. Wait times were longer than I expected. Burger was kind of cold, and meat was raw. For $40 we probably wont return.

My burger was good the fries are not my style but the desserts are what they should lead with . The service was ok although mine and my friends orders were served up wrong even with the cashier repeating our orders back correctly first. Id still eat here if I wanted a good burger.

Honestly a really, really good burger. The prices aren’t too bad and the portions are fair. The onion rings are massive! Get the “cry and fry” onion ring and French fry combo. Also props for having several vegetarian / vegan options that don’t suck.

I was told I could pay for my add on outside at the curb when I pulled up. My order was supposedly done at 1247 and was told at 115 that I had to come in and get my food and pay for add on all my food was cold not hot. Had to heat up fries in microwave and burger was not hot from the wait and communication problem

This time I had the double bacon burger and a large fries. A large order of fries is really a small bucket full of hand cut goodness.We had our order to go and only waited about 10 minutes for my name to be called. We fed 4 people with two beverages for $63.00. I enjoyed my meal and felt the quality of the food was a fair price for the amount of people being fed.

It was great to actually sit down and eat our fantastic burger in the restaurant.

So I want to shout out to Dexter B who works at the midtown location! He remembered us from our previous visit and remembered about my intolerance to red/pink meat. Our previous visit I had to have it remade because it was still pink and he was very apologetic. And this visit today he made sure it was well done with no pink and apologized again for our previous visit and offer us a free ice cream for the previous inconvenience. I didn’t even have to ask for my burger to be made well done or even have explain again about my intolerance. He’s very observant, kind, very customer service oriented. He definitely deserves a raise and promotion for caring about the customers he serves!

I popped in and had a jr. Burger fi burger and it was good, service was friendly as well...The prices are a lil high but the burgers are definitely quality from the burger patty to the bun and tomatoes, ect..

Burgers just melt in your mouth. A bit pricey but worth it.

Oh my gosh these burgers were so good we were visiting from Texas. You sure do know how to make a really good burger. And oh my gosh you get so many french fries I absolutely love them.

I have been in Anchorage for three summers in a row. Both previous summers BurgerFi was an amazing experience. The burgers were big and juicy, the onion rings awesome, and if so inclined the custard was also great. After visiting today, I would only go back for the onion rings or the custard. The burgers this year were noticeably smaller. The toppings on the burgers were also noticeably less abundant. And, the past two summers, kids ate free on Tuesdays, which when a kids meal is close to 10 dollars was a great deal. Given that the prices are more on par with a sit down restaurant, that significantly decreases the eating experience. Next time I want a good burger, I will definitely go elsewhere.

I have 4 kids and EVERY employee we encountered was very courteous and helpful. It’s clean, food hot and fresh. This was my first visit there and was pleased. I was impressed at how great this place is.Tried to tip the cashier for every one and she said they aren’t allowed to except tips, now that is integrity at its finest.

Ordered via Grubhub and I was shorted food. When I called to speak with the manager, he was rude and said the cashier double checked our order before leaving. He wouldn’t let me explain that I paid for three burgers and one order of fries and only got two burgers. I was charged $56 for two burgers and was not offered a refund or the right order.

Food was not that well made, fries were more like a side of greece with some potato flakes. The lady at the counter was very nice and did a great job.

Staff was great and very helpful. Especially since I couldnt use my right arm.

The staff here is amazing! Emma greeted us with a huge smile and made us very welcome. Dwayne not only helped this exhausted mom order the right thing but also was willing to go get a pencil from his binder so my daughter could work on homework while she ate and he told her to keep it (which made my little 8 year old feel very special). Great pop and 80s music was the perfect background to our family meal and homework session. AND the burgers and cheap wine were delicious!!! A total hit. My picky eater ate everything including the fries. All for less than $20. Made my day. Thanks Emma and Dwayne : you rock!

Food was tasty, but value versus price was was off! Fries are good, paid for salt and vinegar topping and it was barely there. Burgers all were very small but the meat was flavorful. The dressing were messy, I had a CEO burger it was expensive and was literally the size of a McDonalds cheeseburger.

A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The burgers are always top-notch, and I adore their fries. Not only are the fries great, but they give you a lot of them.

Have enjoyed burget fi on many occasions, this time our bacon cheeseburgers had no lettuce tomato or sauce on them, the fries were disgusting - very oily.

Quality has EVAPORATED over the past few weeks. Just paid $7 for an American Wagyu dog. Also got a burger. Pretty common order for me, maybe once a week since covid started. Hot dog used to be premium quality, snap to it when you bit in, was a good size and flavorful. My last two orders I got cheap, tiny grocery store hot dogs. The buns were stale on both and the sauerkraut was grey. The burgers havent been much better. Attention to detail has suffered as well. We ordered a 10 pc chicken tenders and 5 sauces, one of each. They just threw two mayo cups in with the smallest chicken strips Ive ever seen. Really disappointed at the decline. They were very good a few months ago.

I havent wanted to eat Burgerfi but fiance got for me. Gimmicky, overpriced, bland food like I suspected. 12.38 for a burger? Just the burger, not even usual topping. Double bacon, more a bacon slice cut in half. Processed American cheese, too much of it for size of burger patties/bun ratio. Even if quality meat I would still expect seasoning. I received soggy onion rings instead of the basically 12 fries. I couldnt even try one. You could squeeze the damn grease out. Save your money unless you were that picky kid growing up, didnt like food touching and never expanded your palate.

I took my wife and daughter to a late lunch to celebrate an award my daughter was given at school. We chose BugerFi based on rumors of how good it was. Bad choice. After spending $50 we discovered that the food was very bland, and not very tasty and very over priced. The onion rings, cool novelty were under cooked and tasted like batter. Fries, overcooked. The wifes. Burger was pink in the middle, while the bacon could have been used to to build a high-rise building as it was like steel. Not to mention that we watched one of the workers wiping tables with a rag that could have been used to clean a grease hood. And to top it off she stored the rag on the side of the trash can.I would not recommend this place.

Came for the burger - stayed for the service.My 13 yr old loves this place. TBH i do too. The CEO burger is my fave. The best part of the visit though is the service. Friendly, polite, helpful. Everyone in the service industry should try to try to achieve this level of customer service. They obviously attract and retain high-quality people.

Not really that good.Another thing is with them selling premium meat, they still slap American (fake) cheese on the burgers... weird.Positive is that the meats are highest quality to be found, veggie burger is outstanding, and their shakes are amazing.Ill keep coming back. I just had the best experience at the midtown Burger fi restaurant. Despite all that is going on in the world I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable service. Zanazejah helped me out and made my day with her positivity and engagement. Didn’t seem like she just “worked there” but actually cared about what I might want to order. Thanks Zanazejah! You rock. The food was delicious and just what I was hoping for. Also, thank you to Emma who made sure that the whole burger fi team was on point facilitation my experience. Very clean place and professional team members. Even the Awesome gentleman who was sweeping asked me how I’m holding up with Covid. Wow!People are usually so wrapped up in themselves it was a very refreshing experience and visit to the now “best burger place in town” as far as I’m concerned. Thanks Team!

The food wasnt bad it tasted good if a little greasy. However my sister ordered a regular cheeseburger and she got food poisoning. I thought the hotdogs were delicious, its like a kielbasa dog.

Clean industrial setting, fast friendly service, Rons bacon burger was tasty as were the onion rings that were as big as my head (we ordered the combo onions and fries, onions fried perfectly but the oil for the fries needed to be changed). Great price on beer, watched part of a baseball game - all in all, pleasant experience. We visited mid-afternoon on a weekday and it wasnt too busy. I have walked by after 5p and observed the place is crowded.
