Update: I’m happy to report that the company came out today and proposed a solution that will work. The windows are really nice so I’m glad that a solution could be worked out for both of us without an additional charges.We ordered windows from this company for our outdoor bar. They did not use our architectural drawings and didn’t even come to the job site until after they ordered the windows. The windows are way too big and intrude into our ADA egress. They blamed the “miscommunication” on an employee that no longer works there and told us we’re stuck with it.

This company is hands down the worst Ive ever dealt with. Sold us specialty custom sliding doors in June 2019, and we also contracted with them for installation costing $2,250. When doors arrived, Mansion unexpectedly informed us that we had to have someone build a frame for the doors BEFORE they could install. Although this came as an unpleasant surprise (what was the $2,250 for?), we asked them for a referral to someone who could build this, but they could not! It was like we were the first people ever to buy these doors. Neil, the unhelpful, terribly rude and unprofessional owner, simply gave us a rudimentary hand drawn sketch that was absolutely worthless. It has now been a year, and these doors are still sitting outside our house while we continue searching for someone experienced to build the frame and do the install. Still in shock that a door vendor was unable to either do the total install work themselves or refer us to someone who could. This was truly a first, and I urge people to avoid them at all costs unless youre a carpenter. In any event, be sure to press them on exactly what is included in installation service or only buy the most basic product.UPDATE: Still waiting for the assistance you promised below. To clarify, Mansion 100% knew this was NOT new construction; it was a replacement job. How else would you have been able to quote the job and take appropriate measurements? We have all the plans and instructions; we need someone who can actually do the work that you cant to get these (currently worthless) doors installed. We have met with numerous contractors, all of whom say the job is impossible based on the existing configuration and want no part of it.

I highly recommend Mansion! They are reliable, trustworthy and offer fair pricing. Every member of their team is responsive and pleasant to work with. I have used them for projects on my home as well as investment properties. I consider Mansion a partner in my renovation projects and look forward to working with their team again in the future.

Working with the team from Mansion Windows was a breath of fresh air. Ryan and David were awesome. The installation team was AMAZING too! We had 2 other conversations with providers in the Central Fl area that were totally sub-par. One company was very pushy and never followed up, the second salesman came out and measured the windows in question, provided a bid and never followed up.

We had a wonderful experience with the whole team and Mansion WD, including our sales rep, Ryan. We ordered new windows for our entire home and new accordion doors that replaced large windows in the back. The windows and doors arrived ahead of schedule and they graciously stored our products while we waited on our contractor to install. When we had trouble with our outside contractor, Bryan and his team did the install for our doors and did a wonderful job. We are currently doing a master addition and have ordered 14 additional windows from Mansion WD. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new or replacement windows and doors.

I had gone in for a consult with them, and the sales rep was really nice and took his time to go over options with me.However, once we got done, I never heard back from him despite multiple calls and emails.If they arent interested, Im not either, and someone else is more deserving of my hard earned money.

In response to request for additional details: I requested a quote for a very small job/order from Mansion, your sales rep very graciously came out to my home. After a week of not hearing anything, I called and the sales rep said he would turn around a quote that day. Another two weeks and I had still heard nothing, so I followed up again, but got hung up on.My last name is often misspelt, but realistically, it doesnt surprise me that I am not in your records.

When I confronted you about that, you said you really didnt want the job anyway. I saved all my prior messages as documentation. And if you wish to credit me for the sloppy work, as you stated, you have my address and I believe $500.00 will be appropriate. I will follow up with another review.

This is hands down the absolute best place to shop for your windows and doors. Whether its retro fitting an existing structure or brand new construction, nowhere in town will you find the expertise and experience that comes with Mansion. You will not regret it, thats a promise.

I would highly recommend Mansion Windows and Doors for your next dream window/door project. We decided to replace our old, poorly insulted sliding glass doors with Mansions French doors. We are so happy with our choice and they did an incredible job with measuring, giving us door and placement options, pricing and installation/clean up. Extremely professional and we’re very happy with their service. We can’t wait to work with them again on replacing all our windows.

The flow of communication was marginal to poor. It took 6 months from the time the contract was signed, to the windows being completely and correctly installed...with 6 separate trips to the house (It should have been a few months, 1-2 vsitis).

Terrible customer service. 3 days before scheduled install received a call from our sales rep Ryan that the product was delayed by the manufacture. I had to constantly check-in to receive an updates as sales person went missing. 3 weeks later they finally arrived and after taking the day off of work to be their for the install received a call at 9 AM day of that the install would not happen. The install guys were great but would never use this company again.

I never thought I would leave this company a 1 star review when we first started dealing with them.We were building a custom home and we found them on google selling the kind of doors we wanted for our home.I figured it’s a local owner owned company, might as well support them and bring business to the area.We made an appointment and met with our sales rep Ryan.He was amazing, took the time to show us what we needed to do.We spent 30-40 minutes with him and decided on a selection of 6 French doors from them (10 doors in total) and spent just under $35k with them.Pricey but figured why not..That’s when the issues started, our sales rep Ryan stopped responding to us a couple weeks later.We used to email him and leave him voicemails to get updates on our order, and no responses from him.We used to call the main office line and Ryan was never in whenever we gave our names, and no one else could help us but Ryan, and he would call us back.This happened 5-6 times over the span of 2-3 weeks, and no call back.I figured screw it, I would leave them a negative review, file a chargeback with my cc company, and be done with them.However before I could, Casey, the president, ended up calling me and I spoke to him, earnestly asking him why everyone was jerking us around.He gave me some reasons and I went along with it and decided to continue with them..Couple months later they went ahead and installed the doors, immediately asked for the remaining balance and I thought that was the end of it.We finally moved in a few weeks ago and our builder told us we had to call mansion doors and windows to get all the keys from them and do an orientation on how the doors work etc etcI got a small knot in my stomach at the very thought of just dealing with them, but I figured it was the very end and we were almost there..I called the office line, praying Ryan didn’t pick up the phone.A lady pulled up my order, got my details, and told me a support specialist would be in contact with me, but I took a phone number down just in case.No one called me for 3-4 days, so I called the number up. (Last 4 digits ‘2681’)Guy on the other line was nice, friendly and we set up a date and time to get this done.He didn’t show up the first time and didn’t give me any warning. I texted him and scheduled a second day and time, and he didn’t show then either.No reply, no response or no apology for not making it twice..I texted him again today, and I have attached the screenshot here of his response.Too many mistakes, too many errors and no remorse from them.Please take your hard earned money and business elsewhere, these guys aren’t worth it..
