I work with Armstrongs restoration on their reconstruction team and we had recently used carpet source to supply and install carpeting for one of our jobs. From the moment we started using them it was an all-around great experience from the carpet selection all the way to the installation very smooth and good process. Dana Escalone what is the person that assisted Us in the process she was very helpful and customer service oriented and we would be definitely using them again for our future jobs. They have good selection of hardwood floors and their price is really good. Elvis is great. He even brought samples to our house. Customer service is top notch and the other employees at the store are very welcoming too. We ended up hiring someone else to do the job because I am a micro manager freak. Long story short, we really wish we had Carpet Source do the work instead. They didnt get my business this time but they will the next time around.

I have worked with Carpet Source for the last 20 years for most of my design projects. Lou and his team have always provided excellent customer service, quality products, and have taken care of issues on the rare occasion that they arose. I highly recommend this company.

I went to the store the people were very unprofessional I ordered some items they said well come in a couple of days the guy was just trying to make a sale he made me wait an extra two weeks and didnt let me know. when I wanted to cancel my order they said I couldnt because the order was already purchased the young guy and the front desk very unprofessional I will never purchase nothing from the store again they just seem like theyre very money hungry they dont care about their customers I rather buy a rug from Walmart then shop here. I think Walmart gives better customer service

Beware of this company- If you are dissatisfied with the work- they will not make it right.They were hired to install a gym flooring that I had bought from a gym equipment supplier. My property manager checked on them before they were done the install and noticed they had installed the Tile upside-down, so they had to redo it and flip the tile. When I inspected the install the following day, I was not happy. They had left gaps between the tile in some places almost 1/4 inch making the wood color plywood sub flooring extremely noticeable between the black rubber gym floor tile. When I told them I was not happy with the install they told me it was my fault it was not done correctly because I failed to provide them with an installation manual for the tile. They told me they would charge me to have them re-install the tile. I went to the manufacturers website, ECORE, and immediately found the install manual. I called the manufacture and they assured me there were not suppose to be gaps between the tile. ECORE did tell me their Thick UltraTile Gym flooring is not perfectly square, which is why they describe in detail in the installation manual how to work with this small variations in tile to not have gaps.I dont know how they are with Carpet, but I know they are not good at installing other flooring. My biggest concern with this company was they had no dedication to make the job right and research how to install the product. I was shocked how unprofessional they were on the phone when they decided to blame me for their inability to complete my project.Disappointed

They got floors covered
