Ive gone here multiple times for piercings. I got my cartilage pierced, my boyfriend got his ear lobe pierced, my mom got her lobes done and sister got her navel pierced. The piercer Avery has been super professional, extremely nice and does an amazing job at making sure that you are not nervous or scared. She is always ready to answer any questions or concerns. I 100% recommend this place.

I came in for a tattoo but I had a tragus piercing I got done somewhere else sink into my cartilage and the skin close over it. James took a look at it and he was able to get the old jewelry out and even put in new jewelry so that I could keep the piercing. 10/10 would recommend James for tattoos and piercings, hes competent and professional every time I see him.

The lady who did my piercing was amazing!! It was my first piercing and I obviously felt a little scared. But she was extremely compassionate and aware of my needs. I felt sick after the piercing and she took good care without me even asking. Really recommend this place!

I got a nose piercing with Avery and i have to tell that she was very professional with the process. Everything is clean, she is organized and respectful. I got my first tattoo done by James. I was super nervous and he took his time with me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. He explained the process and gave me his input. He was even able to do a piercing I wanted right after. The whole process took about 45 minutes and it came out amazing. He is very skilled and the best person you could have for your first time. He even started drawing my tattoo before my appointment time. Sarah is my tattoo artist. She gave me the confidence to wear tank tops again because she did a masterpiece cover up.I love flamingos, tropical plants & flowers and she nailed it. Sarah, who is my tattoo artist at the shop, is extremely friendly and understanding, and you can tell by her efforts and professionalism that she wants you to have not only the best quality tattoo, but also the most optimum experience. She takes a lot of pride in her work, and I would not want to go to anyone else. The rest of the staff there is also extremely welcoming, in particular James and Avery (these are the main ones I have interacted with in my time spent, there). Prices are also very fair. You’ll regret it if you don’t go here!

Went in to get a helix piercing downsized, she did not downsize it, only changed out the jewelry.Didnt think anything of it, went home and the jewelry fell out completely on its own later the same day.Called the place and told her, she said I could come in the next day to have it fixed, she was very nice.Went in next day, she was not there, Rueben ended up fixing it; didnt seem friendly, and I was confused and uncomfortable.I just feel like this place is lacking when it comes to professionalism and information regarding your appointment.

The woman who changed out my jewelry is the nicest person ever! I got nauseous when she was doing it and she gave me a bunch of options of candy in order to make my sugar high! She is patient and kind. You will feel safe when going to her! If you are scared to get a piercing or have anxiety this is the place to go! You also cant beat their prices ;)!

Called and spoke to the nicest lady and asked if I could walk in today for a tat, she told me a time and told me to call her back to confirm. I called 2 minutes later and a gentleman answered, explaining who I just talked to he responds with, “I don’t think so, maybe if you email it to us we can see if we can even do it” confused why I was being told two different things, he rudely hung up on me. Never ever going here, worst service ever, getting a tattoo shouldn’t be stressful and shouldn’t be such a horrible experience!!!

Emailed a Very detailed description of the tattoos we wanted including pictures and a written description of ink color, placement etc. and was very specific. We had originally wanted a different artist but was told James was one of the best and had an opening. So we figured no problem. He was friendly and all but I dont think he even read our email. Did not have the colors we wanted and were told he could make the one a bit darker but didnt have the time to be mixing ink...we had an appointment, how do you not have time? We were told the placement we wanted we wouldnt be happy with so that got changed as well. We were also quoted 70 each and it ended up being 80 each no really a big deal except he tried to convince us not to fill in as well but we stood firm on that, we should have stood firm on all of it. What was the problem if we gave such a detailed description of what We wanted in actually giving us what we asked for instead of what you thought was best! We were so excited to finally get our family tattoo but with where its placed I cant even see it without bending my arm up and again its not what we had said we wanted, what we put thought into.

In my research to find a good place to get a tattoo in Orlando, Beyond Ink kept coming up and ranked in the top ten places in Orlando. Then the accountant in me saw comments about reasonable prices so I went and checked them out. I have now gotten 2 tattoos in 2 weeks. Ruben did both of mine and they are amazing! One of the tattoos is an old fashioned key and the people that have seen it says that it looks so really, like they could reach out and pick it up. Both of my tattoos have far exceeded my expectations. On top of all of that, everyone there has been really friendly and easy to chat with while getting your work done.

Came by and asked how much it would be to add an ONE INCH balloon to a tattoo behind my ear. The guy had this attitude about him that was not welcoming at all. He said it would be $100!!! My mom got a tattoo there that was about 3x2 inches and had five different colors for $150 at the same place. It was ridiculous so I went to Boricuas tattoo right down the road. They touched up the two balloons that were already there and added the other one for only $50 and it looks great! I definitely don’t recommend this place. they’ll try to pull a fast one on ya.

I am not sure about the name but I think is Avery. Very well done getting my ears re-pierce after many years without them. Very professional and knowledgeable. A very good job. I recommend.

Had a friend recommend this shop to me and Im very glad she did- the place is great, all of the artists are super talented and friendly with diverse portfolios so you can get pretty much whatever style youre looking for. All of my tattoos though have been done by Sarah, and if you dont have a dedicated artist yet you should totally check her out. Shes an amazing artist and a very precise tattoo-er, shes got a perfectionist streak that you kinda want in someone working with a permanent medium but still really efficient and considerate. Her original work is badass and if you have an image you want already she will absolutely nail it. Ive gotten 4 tattoos from her so far and shes exceeded my expectations every time, as long as shes still there Ill never go to another shop in Orlando.

This was my very first tattoo and I was extremely nervous, but Ruben assured me that it wasnt as bad as I thought. He did such an amazing job and I am forever in love. We walked in and had an appointment with Ruben over 1 month in advance. Sent the art in advance. He had no idea he had an appointment or what we wanted...was not friendly from the get go. We asked him to do a small (six lines total) tattoo for 3 sisters and add water color inside one of the small hearts. 3 inch by 1 inch. He said to do watercolor would be $20 more because it was more work. Okay...three lines later and some ombre we were done. He was EXTREMELY heavy handed. Like...could cause scarring. He blew out my tattoo. I have to get it fixed. I had an additional tattoo on my hip and it was the most excruciating pain because he was using so much pressure. I mean...you already have a needle, you dont need to add extreme force. We tried speaking to him and making small talk and nothing. Super bad experience. I wanted to let people know he is VERY heavy handed and uses a lot of pressure. Beware since your tattoos may get blown out ink and you will end up needing to get it fixed just like me. Also, we asked for water color and he did not give us water color. He gave us ombre.If you want something small and detailed, he will refuse and force you to get it bigger. My sister wanted a small watercolor owl and he said it was Impossible to do and she would need to get it twice as big. She ended up not doing it with him because he said it could not be done the size she wanted, even though the picture she provided was from someone with the tattoo in the size she wanted.Go elsewhere. My tattoo has completely healed and it is horrid. I have to have someone else fix it now. Unreal. Soot sprite has thicker lines on one side than the other. Both blown out.

I’ve been tattooed three times in this shop and have had a wonderful experience every time. Once I had work done by James (jktat2 on Instagram) and twice I’ve had work done by Sarah (_doeadear_ on Instagram) and am so happy with the final product. Sarah most recently worked with me in putting together a custom piece that turned out so much better than I could have imagined. Wonderful shop, wonderful artists, highly highly recommend.

I debated leaving this review for almost a week now. Didnt want to do it at first but I feel like I have to. I went in on Friday, 9/21/18 to get a second lobe piercing. I had a lady named Butters do my piercing. Now I would have to say that my initial impression of her was that she was nice. She was polite and answered all my questions. Once we got to the piercing part, she talked me through it and we got started. The end result unfortunately, was not good. One ear was fine the other was far too close to my first piercing. I did mention it and ask about it and the reasons she gave didnt really make much sense to me, to the point that when I left, I actually came back to ask her what we could do to correct it. I know Im not a professional at this but there didnt seem like a good reason as to why my right ear piercing was done so close to my first lobe piercing. She did offer to redo them if I was unhappy with them but she said they would still be uneven no matter what. I left unhappy with the money I spent on the job that was done. The next day I went to two different shops for a second and third opinion and both people at two different shops asked me who did it before I could even get out what my problem was and said the piercing looks worse in person than in the actual photo I took. They both said there was no reason for the way it was done and that they would gladly fix it for me once I allowed them to heal/close... Ill be going to the shop that was referred to me by a friend to have them done again. Its unfortunate that I have to leave this review because Butters seemed nice enough but the job that was done was poor to say the least... Sorry.

I was so happy when I discovered Ruben and Beyond Ink. I have gotten tattoos from multiple Orlando shops in the past but Beyond Ink is seriously the best! They have good prices, great customer service, and excellent work! Ruben and the rest of the staff are always so much fun to be around. James pierced my belly for me. Due to the COVID situation I had to make an appointment and he made it very easy. When I got there, I was welcomed with a smile and immediately customer serviced. We got to talking and he’s very down to earth, asked me what kind of jewelry I wanted and made me feel comfortable. He reassured me of his experience when I told him I had my belly pierced previously and had surgery so I had scar tissue. He was professional and definitely knew what he was doing. It was a painless, quick experience and I will definitely be going back to him in the future.

Got my septum and both sides of my nose pierced. He pierced my sides of my nose with 2 different size gauges and the jewelry is totally a different size and it’s crooked. The worse part, I got my septum pierced and now i have to take it out because it was pierced in the wrong spot and it’s on the edge of my septum. Very crooked too, one side looks fine but the other side of my septum is hanging off the edge of my nose. Since it was pierced in such a bad spot my jewelry started to migrate and had to take it out.

Clean and calm. Full of great artists and love to go back!

Beyond Ink has been amazing both times I went in. I got my nose piercing by James in 2019 and just recently went back to see him for a double nipple piercing. I was super nervous about it but james was so professional and explained everything to me and went out of his way to make sure i was as comfortable as possible.Nfn, I was also really glad to see everyone wearing their face masks in the shop (even though its not the most comfortable to get a piercing in a mask).I will absolutely be back here the next time I feel the need to poke holes in my body.

I had an excellent experience here to get my cartilage. At first I was hesitant because of the looks of the plaza, but the employees here know what they are doing. It’s been years since my last piercing so I was extremely anxious, but Pam, who pierced me, was educated and did it fast where I didn’t have time to process the pain. I love my new piercing!

I put my trust in her, and I was rewarded with a jaw-dropping tattoo that constantly draws compliments and praise from others on a regular basis.Sarah, just like the last time I was tattooed by her, was extremely easy to communicate with. She also truly cares about you as the client and shows a great deal of compassion for her clients as a whole. After sitting for 11 hours, I came to the realization that she is an incredibly dedicated artist, taking minimal breaks and just powering through this lengthy session. I got a nose piercing and I have a low pain-tolerance 😂 I felt slightly lightheaded afterwards and the piercer sat me down and made sure that I was completely okay! Amazing shop with amazing workers! I love my piercing ❤️

If I could give more stars, I would. The shop is very clean and full of great people. As soon as you walk in they make you feel welcome. Butters did an amazing job on my tattoo; I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you guys so much for a great atmosphere and an amazing time! Will definitely be back!

I had a half sleeve done with Ruben and it was the most amazing tattoo experience I’ve had. My tattoo is gorgeous and is definitely a confidence booster. Everyone was so friendly and Ruben made the most out of my experience there. We had a very long session and he put his all into his work. You can truly tell that there is a lot of passion in the work of the artist at Beyond Ink. I have found my tattoo home and can’t wait to go back for more!

I got my ears pierced here and it was quick, they use a needle instead of a gun, clean, and cheap! They dont charge extra for putting a stud in your ear. Highly recommend if youre getting your ears pierced!

I was greeted with an attitude by someone who was in the middle of tattooing a client. I told him I was looking to get my nose pierced and he said well you cant just walk in & get it. Youre gonna have to make an appointment. So I just walked out. Went down the street to a small tattoo shop called Boricua Tattoo. Super friendly and got my nose pierced within 15 mins

Sarah Doe has done my only two tattoos (so far) and she has done an amazing job beautiful work and she’s very friendly. Would recommend 10/10

Went here for my first facial piercing (nostril) not only were they quick to answer the phone and any questions I had, once I got there Ruben was friendly and helpful. When I had arrived he was busy working on a tattoo but was still plenty helpful and professional. He ended up being the one to pierce me and did a wonderful job.
