We received the most comprehensive, detailed and professional inspection report for our 15 year old sons first car a 1999 Lexus LX 470. Victoria is professional, friendly, and a pleasure to speak with. Andrew was exceptional in reviewing each line-item providing detail and answering questions regarding the SUV that will be carrying our precious gift from God. This comprehensive report provides us with the development of a road map for the things that need to be done vs items that can be done over time. Victoria (receptionist) and Andrew (mechanic) were absolutely great by taking the time to answer my questions and concerns via text/call/email. I got an inspection on my car and Andrew provided a typed out detailed notes for me to review. And this is helpful to have as record. If you have a new or aging car, this is definitely the place to bring it over. They have quirt fair and just prices and they’re not trying to screw you over with outrageous markups.

I highly recommend Andrew Marinelli for all your service needs. I have 3 autos 14 years or older that he has kept on the road for me. I have been going to his shop since he first opened I think over 5 years ago. Andrew takes time to diagnosis the issue determine the most effective way to solve the problem. I never have to take the car back because the issue wasnt addressed. I just completed a 2000 trip in 3 days towing a trailer with my 06 Honda with almost 180,000 miles on it. Everyone thought I was crazy for attempting this with such an old car. I had no question in my mind because Andrew has it running in top condition.

They genuinely care about ensuring that any issues with your car are safely rectified at the lowest possible cost. They quoted me a price, and when their labor went over expectations, they applied a discount to get the price down to their quote.I am a repeat customer, and they never exceed their quoted price.

Save your time and money and DONT go here. I came in with a spare tire on my vehicle and vibration noise. They couldnt patch the punctured tire, which is fair. But, without even looking at my vehicle and investigating where the noise was coming from, they suggested I buy 4 brand new tires for $1200+ and pay for an alignment. Only then would they test to see if the noise was gone. They then suggested that I needed to replace my transfer case, a $3000 job, even though it had already been replaced. I went to pick up my car and they charged me $65 for not even looking at my car. I went to a different shop, replaced the spare with a used tire, and found out that the vibration noise was coming from a worn tie rod end, a $200 job. Theyre clueless. I would never give them my business again.

I dont really give reviews on places, but I definitely wanted to for them.I have a pretty monstrously big clunker of a car. I took it to them not knowing what to expect and they fixed it up, and it truly seems to run better than I can ever recall.Theyre really nice, and attentive. You genuinely wont find a better auto service in Central Florida. Theyre fantastic.

I typically anticipate showing up to pay and getting hit with more charges than initially quoted, but it was in fact less. I feel very well taken care of, a unique experience in the repair world! I have taken two cars to several other mechanics in Orlando and none come close to measuring up to the quality, care, and service Andrew and Beth provide. I have learned so much about my car, and about how to care for my car better in the process to prevent future mishaps. The Marinellis are just good people, and they provide outstanding service.

My wife and I went to Marinelli Auto Service to have my Kia Optima fixed. Optima Prime was making some noises, her wheel column was shaking, and she had an engine light on (it was a good month for our family).I have been to shops before that try to fix something you doesnt need to be fixed while the real problems persist. I have always been turned off by the pushy environment and lack of desire to explain things. I was so delighted to find out it was not the case at Marinellis Auto Service.It was like being at a family doctor that has known your family for years. Just like a family doctor, he kept me informed with everything going on during the process. If there was something I didnt understand about the repair process or the recommended maintenance for my car, he patiently sat there and explained it all. All the recommended maintenance was always communicated as an option with a clear explanation of possible consequences. I never felt like he was selling me something and I was completely satisfied with the work and service!I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a fair price and wants it done right the first time.

The quality of work and customer service here is un-matched. I moved from lake buena vista to east Orlando and needed a new mechanic and my room mate suggested I go here. As a young 20 something I dont know much about cars and it can be daunting navagating the auto world. I feel safe here that I am not being taken advantage of. The first time I came in was just for an oil change- Andrew was honest and told me they would charge a little more here than a quick value 5 min oil change place but that they tend to use higher quality oil and make sure they are using what is most recommended for my cars make and model.Since then Ive been back many times the most recent being to fix some broken tail lights. That was done about 2 months ago and I just found out my left tail light is out again- Andrew had me come in and they fixed it no charge.These are the most honest people that do the highest quality of work and care about their customers and business. I recommend 100%

Before when I take my care for something as simple as an oil change Ive had oil in my Anifreeze, or mechanics not letting me know my car was ready, so that it made me wonder if I really got the work done or they just said it was done. dont feel that stress any more when I take my car to Marinelli Auto. I get an explanation of whats being done.And I think his prices are reasonable compare to the quality and trust I get at this shop.
