I showed up last minute without an appointment and she welcomed me in and made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. I was looking for my dress as a bride in hopes for the perfect dress. I was looking at dresses that were cute,simple,pretty. Little did I know how much attention she gives and watches as you pick out what u like and what u dont. She immediately went into the back and pulled out a dress this is gunna be the one its perfect from the moment I saw the dress to the moment I put it on I fell in love!!! Im extremely happy with the results and the dress I got! On top of all of that she did the fitting adjustments for free for me ☺☺ .I highly recommend her shes very talented, friendly, and such a hard worker!I Said Yes To The Dress 🥰💜

The owners were so professional, kind and had a quick turnaround with my wedding dress. She helped me find the perfect dress on Saturday, she did a few alterations and my dress was ready on Monday. This place is filled with drama I swear. They seem butt hurt over losing their business to the ladies that used to rent from them. Constantly claiming they were scammed by them even if you were scammed, why air that you were stupid enough to be scammed to begin with?? Why not take the blow to your ego with quiet Grace? Stop embarrassing yourself. The thing is, they seem to have a lot to say when the other place hasn’t publicly bad mouthed this business, that says a lot for me.Get over it.There can be two bridal shops in one town, stop acting jealous. This place just has the worst parking I’ve ever seen as well. They are probably jealous that the other place has a better location with tons of parking. They also don’t seem very knowledgeable of their dresses. Their dresses are beautiful though, I’ll give them that.

I Have used Vesna for years & she is a Master Seamstress! She can create anything & completely recreate the look of a dress!! It is truly amazing, And in record time! Vesna is amazing! I just needed measurements for a wedding I’m in this fall in Panama City. I called her and she said “of course - come right in and I’ll measure you for free no problem!” The outside of the building is very deceptive as it’s a smaller place, once you walk in the beautiful gowns and open, clean space are so welcoming and lovely! If you’re looking for a private space to shop for your wedding dress or formal event - you will love this place!

My bestfriend & her fiancé decided to get married within a week. Scrambling ensued!! I couldnt find a bridesmaids dress anywhere that was the perfect color & size. Having a wedding within a week doesnt leave you a lot of time for alterations, lol. We Googled all of the local bridal shops and found the prettiest dress here, a mere 24 hrs before the wedding. I was heartbroken when, yet again, they didnt have my size. The owner did not let that deter her. She took my measurements and assured me I would have my perfect dress by the next morning. I came from Tampa to visit this location. Out of all the places i have been to to find a dress, this place BY FAR was the best experience i had. I was not rushed at all. The experience was truly a great experience. You can tell that the Owner has been in this field for a VERY long time. She has BEAUTIFUL dresses, and the best part, they were all within my budget. I did not see a dress there I could not afford to pay cash for. The owner was SO cute. Like, the nicest lady ever. She was very welcoming, she even got my angles on my photos HAHA. My wedding is still a bit away, so i was not ready to purchase a dress yet, but regardless of where I purchase it, my alterations would be done here. DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE ONE STARS, my experience here was NOTHING like that. Quite the opposite actually. WE EVEN GOT TO TAKE HOME SUPER CUTE MASKS :) Please take the time to check this place out, you will not regret it. Support your small business owners during these difficult times.

Called them and scheduled an appointment for today at 11am. The shop was not open. I called their number and no-one answered. I continued to call periodically through the next 2 hours and no luck. Shop was completely closed with no indication of opening. Our out of town bride will have to go home without a dress or the experience of sharing it with her family. No other shops had last minute dress appointments.

I came to this shop when I was in high school for my senior homecoming and prom dresses. They were so beautiful to me. So when I became a bride to be, that was my first stop! I was met by two women I did not recognize, but treated me so much better! I went back to find out they were not there and the property owner posed as the seamstress????

I went to About Love Bridal today during my lunch break. I had contacted the owner Vesna beforehand regarding if I could come by and just look around for a dress within my budget. I walked in and it was just a nice quiet setting and definitely something any bride to be needs during such a hectic time. Ms. Vesna was super sweet and so accommodating and listened to the things I knew I didn’t want. I had no inspiration board or picture for her to go off of but she knew exactly what I was looking for. After looking around for a couple minutes I was going to leave and make an appt to try on dresses. Ms. Vesna said she had time and to not worry about me intruding without an appt. She showed me a beautiful champagne dress with beading on it and even though it was beautiful it wasn’t for me. She brought two other dresses out also and had me try all three on. The first one I tried on I absolutely LOVED. It was off white with some beading on the upper part of it and it has a halter like feel to it. It was just all around perfect and I just knew it was meant for me.I have never had that moment before until today. I’m so excited to say I have found the perfect dress for my wedding reception and am so excited to wear it in November. Thank you so much for your kindness and for your help today. I definitely would recommend to anyone who needs a nice dress if any form.

I ended uo not getting my dress altered because it couldnt be changed the way that I wanted. But.... that being said the mother daughter team here is wonderful. They are so nice but not overly, to where it seems fake. They are genuine and make the entire experience of trying their dresses on pleasant. I cant say enough about how honest and sweet they were. They werent pushy about me buying a new dress either they were honest about what to expect from alterations and I appreciated it so much !

This bridal shop staff is wonderful! They really care about their clients. I bought my dress (unfortunately) at another shop, but they did all my alterations at this shop. This is my second time purchasing from about love bridal. I absolutely love manmi!(this is a cutsey nick name I give her) Each and every time she goes above and beyond not only are the dresses affordable but her attention to detail and customization exceeds any other dress maker I have encountered. You can truly tell when someone loves what they do and manmi loves what she does. Not only is she patient but she makes sure that you leave her shop 100% happy not 99.9 but 100% happy i’m saying this because I had a dress in mind and got fitted for it and even put down a down payment, at one of the fittings, manmi looked at me and said “you’re not smiling and I feel as if you are not truly happy with the dress I do not want you wearing something you are not happy with I will not let you wear this dress” and proceeded to contact every vendor of hers until she found a dress that was in my price range and that I loved. Her customer service makes you feel as if you know her on a personal level. She constantly checked in with me and kept me updated with photos of my maid of honor dress. The day of the event I looked lovely and the compliments in addition to questions were so overwhelming as everyone wanted to know who customized my maid of honor dress. If you are in the market for a dress, this is who I’d recommend. I can’t complement the shop and the owner enough she is truly the best and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. Excuse any mistakes as English is not my first language.

Visiting Florida for a wedding and was looking for a dress as a guest, took my my GF to this store and she walked and walked out in less than 5 mins. Professionalism in any industry is of the utmost importance, whether or not you can assist in finding her a dress. Dismissive, rudeness, and inappropriate behaviors such as eye rolling is uncalled for just because she asked if you had dresses other than wedding or prom dresses on site.

They have an amazing and diverse assortment of eveningwear for the formal events that we go to at times and I always can choose from several options because there are so many choices and they have all of the accessories to go along with your dress including the jewelry and the shoes, etc. and the great thing is they are right here in Winter Haven so you do not have to drive out of town and deal with heavy traffic and they are conveniently located across from Winter Haven High School!!! I drove 2 hours today to my alterations appointment at 12pm. When I arrived I was told the seamstress was not there and that the lady who was there did not know how to do alterations at all, but she would give the seamstress a call. 10 minutes later she called back and said she wouldn’t be coming in at all to help me. I told them the bust was too big and it needed bustles. The seamstress then told the lady over the phone to have me try the dress on and “just clamp the sides” and leave it there so when she came in she could work on it.... like I would leave my wedding dress in the hands of someone who didn’t know what they’re doing and then give it to someone who has never seen me in the dress. 10/10 do NOT recommend this place.

Vesna and the rest of the staff is very friendly. I had two visits, two wonderful experiences trying gorgeous dresses. I was not feeling rushed at all, I was able to try many lovely dresses and get pictures of them, the advices I got were very helpful and resulted in lots of smiles. I purchased one ball gown so far, I am definitely coming back for more. Definitely recommended.

Very disappointed in the outcome of my daughters prom dress. We ordered almost 2 months in advance and it wasn’t ready until 2 days before her prom. She picked it up and alterations still had to be made at that time, after it was completed it was handed to her in a bag. When she put it on for prom the problem still wasn’t corrected and dress still didn’t fit properly, but she has no choice but to wear it. I will never waste my money with them again.

Despite the need for a rush dress, About Love was able to give my granddaughter a wonderful bridal gown experience so she could say YES to the dress. We walked out delighted with the experience.

I am a professional wedding photographer and I have known Vesna Stewart for years. I have always recommended all my beautiful brides to her. They have always been wonderfully happy with Vesna and her personal touch and attention to detail. On a more personal note, she is an amazing seamstress. When my now high school age daughter was in elementary school, she needed a dress for a Medieval function. I didnt want it to look like a costume, I wanted an actual period dress. I drew a picture of what I wanted and Vesna made it from what I described. It was amazing! My daughter gets all her special occasion dresses there and they are unique and beautiful. I highly recommend Royal Designs and owner Vesna Stewart. She consistently exceeds my expectations!

I absolutely would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE! Vesna Stewart, the owner, is the most unprofessional individual I’ve ever met. We took her a wedding gown (that needed very little alterations made) and ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses (with very little alterations to be made as well). When we called to make an appointment, she ensured us that she is ALWAYS there “sometimes till 3am.” WRONG! After driving an hour to see her, she wasn’t there and was on a cruise. Upon our 2nd trip, to which she was there, she told us that our dresses were not finished and that we would have to come back. Her reasoning is that while she was on her cruise, her daughter’s boyfriend cheated on her, and she had to move her daughter. At our 3rd trip, again not by appointment, Vesna’s husband informs us that she’s on her way. He would not tell us what time she would be in. When she’s “always there,” but showed up an hour late and still had not finished the bride’s gown. We stayed for her to finish the bride’s gown and retrieved one of the bridesmaid’s dresses. The 2nd bridesmaid dress was picked up a week later. The 3rd bridesmaid’s dress was a DISASTER! The sides had not been taken in, the shoulder straps had not been fixed correctly (and would have been easily torn completely), and the hem at the bottom of the dress was completely slanted. Vesna had over 5 months to prepare accordingly, and now 2 days before the wedding, we’re scrambling to find someone to fix a bridesmaid dress. Vesna’s lack of professionalism and her careless mistakes are deplorable and inexcusable. PLEASE DO NOT USE HER!
