Good service, maybe the employee could have done it better

Google shows you close at 9 and we were at your door at 8 and the person working comes out and rudely says “we don’t control the hours Google puts and shuts the door” update your hours then!! We drove 30 minutes to you to find out you’re closed

Dont use the service desk. The risk free TekDry service led to me getting gaslit and accused of trying to get out of paying when my phone didnt work after getting dried out. The phone didnt connect to data or wifi, but an employee told me he considered it to be working because it charged and turned on, and that what another employee told me about only paying if it worked was wrong. They seemed really annoyed that I stayed at the counter testing the phone before paying. They blamed the network and they insinuated that the phone was broken before I dropped it in water. Data and wifi didnt work after drying it out, and I dont consider that a working phone. If this is actually the policy risk free is not what they should call it. The whole experience was jarring because the TekDry website is very clear about only paying if it works, and all I expected was for that to happen. I didnt end up paying, but at the price of feeling totally humiliated and disrespected. Nate, in particular, shouldnt work with people.

No one is willing to help you in this store. They just point and continue unpacking boxes. Very unfriendly. Didn’t buy a thing I walked out and went to Best Buy instead.

She was professional, kind, quick and knowledgeable. I dont experience that type of customer service on a day to day basis and I want to make sure it was recognized.

Just awful. They promise me one hour pick up and it was all a lie. They were awful. And after I am in the store they told me that I have to call customer service. Me? They are the ones who did kept their promises.

I needed a print done and the lady in the printing department was so rude. She did not want to make my print due to the image not being a blueprint but it has been done before and I prefer the paper material for my project. I explained to her my reason for wanting that paper material. She was not willing to work with me so I had to tell her I would go to another store instead. All she had to say was “ok”. No value in customer service.*UPDATE*FedEx did the print for me, no hassle at all!

I went here with my grandfather and let me tell you....It was not a good experience he went to go and get a computer and then we had to wait about 10 minutes for something to download no biggie.BUT we had to wait 10 minutes just to get 1 box. wait a minute don’t you sell boxes? anyways at checkout a guy cut the box and then a few seconds later he said let me have the computer the guy replied with your being disrespectful or something like that later when we got in the car we had to go back and get the power plug (for some reason they forgot it) we went back and my grandfather asked for the power plug and the guy that called my granddad rude THREW the plug on the counter and he had to call the MANGER from all the way in the back now let’s go back a bit he was calling my grandfather rude but he just threw the plug on the counter. I won’t be coming back ANYTIME soon.

Guy name Luis very arrogant and noisy. Please learn better customer service and don’t try to micromanage the store, let other employees do their job without you trying to be in top of each employees.Thank you for letting me walk out of the store and leaving $600 plus in items thanks to you that got me upset... your staff was doing just fine until you showed up not minding your business mr. I know everything.

I went in right before close and got everything i needed done thanks to the help is Alicia. she was so patient and really helped me out!!

Copy and Print was so helpful in getting a large format banner for me. they could not do it in store but had another location that could contact me immediately. We are very happy with the attention our business received and Staples really went above and beyond for us!

I have never been to Staples before but I went in to print some items and Dillon at the printing center helped me out. He was AMAZING! Super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that everything I needed was perfect! I will come back for all of my supply needs just because of his amazing customer service

I had to print an important document from their email copy center. Someone helped me right away and even stood with me in the self service area! Very impressed with the personalized service.

I came in to get a few items and I asked an employee to help me find something and she made a joke they some may find offensive. She helped me find the items, and I overheard some employees talking about how they really wanted to go home and didn’t want to work. Another employee helped me find one last thing and was helpful. But then when I went to checkout the cashier started trying to advertise and sell me another product. I said I didn’t need it right now and he asked would you maybe want to buy it in the future.Almost like he was taking a survey or required to sell this. While they had everything I need it was not a very pleasant experience.

Over the top incredible customer service! In the past I have been impressed overall but today was amazing! When shopping last night our daughter left behind a very small pink bunny. Of all the ones she could have lost of course it was the HANDMADE bunny from a precious family member! (Lesson learned, no stuffies come out of the car) I called this morning and they kindly looked for it with no luck. We came in and tried to find it ourselves with no luck. Tammy at the register was very understanding and sympathetic and took my number and promised to call if they found it. The employees went out of their way to search the store and found it! Tammy called me personally and was so encouraging to my daughter when we came to get it. So major shout out to everyone at Staples for going WAY out of their way to help my family and save the day today. You are THE best!

Machine screwed up a scan and technician scanned two documents to my email on his computer. Found out later he saved them as a PDF file which I discovered I cannot copy, convert to a Word doc or edit. Phoned store and two tech employees said it is not possible to convert or edit the document. Idiots and I should have been told at the scanning. Documents are of no use to me if I can’t edit.

Ali Ladak provided excellent customer service. My luck with Staples has been up-and-down, but he went out of his way to really help me out. Makes me want to use Staples more often!!

Wow. Do I ever wish that there was a “no star” rating!Don’t waste your time coming here if you need something printed. I came at noon on a Thursday. No one in store, no one at print counter. I needed a single print. One. Just one.I was told that it would be thirty minutes. For one print. Cashier was totally annoyed that I even asked to wait for it, like a customer was a total inconvenience for her to “deal with”. Staples, I realize the print counter is only a small portion of your business but I spend thousands of dollars a year on prints and the business that could have been very loyally yours will now go elsewhere. I’ve even referred my customers around the country to go to staples. I’m shocked at the rudeness and total lack of customer service.If you need prints, go to Office Depot!!!! I have never had to wait for prints like that, especially at this time of day.

My order was supposed to be ready at the same day, 04/02. It was not. As I live far from the store, I requested the manager to send it by mail. I showed my ID and the employee note a wrong address, so I did not received the package on the next day. I updated my address on the UPS site but it was friday. UPS scheduled my order to be delivered on monday at 10:30am... As they came earlier the scheduled time I was not at home at this time and did not received it yet. I HOPE to receive it tomorrow on 04/09. The incompetence makes it!

Too expensive, staff helpful expect one person that was nasty and disrespectful. Not to many selections. Should drop prices compared to Amazon.

Bought a display item and the associates stated they didnt have any tools to remove the display. We asked how they screwed it down, they said they used an allen wrench. (Last time I checked an allen wrench was a tool.) Which was obviously a lie since so I walked out to my vehicle to get a phillips screwdriver to remove the screws so I could remove the display they already agreed to sell to me. What lazy employees, and poor customer service. Will drive across town to shop at a different Staples next time.

Worst Place to go to get office supplies. Staff wasnt helpful. I had boxes of printer paper sealed with Staples Logo on them. They were bought long time ago so I lost the receipt. We used one and had to return 2 boxes and Manager told me that there is no proof that you bought it from us. They refunded me half price. I told him what bigger proof he wants that boxes are sealed in Staples boxes. He cared less.

I ordered prints to be picked up in an hour, as advertised. When I went in they said they wouldnt be ready until the next day. Since it was only six pages I asked if they could just print them really quick and the woman flat out REFUSED. I was shocked how rude she was and will never go back.

Went in today to buy a shopping list of items which included a box of 5 packets of quality laser paper, a two hole punch, a set of numbered dividers, card stock and other items.Needless to say they didnt have a single one of those items on the shelves and in fact most of shelves were fairly empty. There were no staff to help either which begs the question are they ramping down to close the shop.What a waste of my time and energy.

I purchase what was displayed as a brand new Apple Magic Mouse ($70) after getting home I discovered it had been previously synced to another device. I called and spoke to the manager ALEX and he told me he could give me 10% off... He told me thats what the price should have been for a returned item... I was deceived to think it was a new item and now I have to go back and get the refund for $7... The manager was very unhelpful and basically made me feel like it was my problem and I should have known the product was already used. It was the store that tried to sneak and put a used item back on the shelf and sell it for full price. He felt that 10% was a deal since the itme was retuned( from the previous buyer) within 14 days... Who knows what could have happened to the item in that time (dropped, gotten wet, etc) Horrible customer service! He never even asked my name or tried to rectify the situation... I will not be returning to this location again...

This staples claims that you have to have files on a flash drive to print, even though every other staples Ive ever been to allows you to email the file to have them print (on specialty paper) this one claims that at all staples you cant email the file in, you always have to have a flash drive. That is just wrong and cost me half a work day. AVOID THIS LYING LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

I had a very rude cashier named Iris. Usually I get great service but not today.
