Ah, I can only give 5/5; not more than that. The best customer service I ever had in my whole life. Let me tell my experience.I started to play tennis since last year. I rented demo Tennis rackets (a 4-week program) in last September 2019. I played for 2 weeks and when I returned the rackets, I told them that I am not going to renew renting until I play again. Winter came and then pandemic; no tennis.Finally, I have resumed playing since this June. I wondered if they had me in their database and even if they had, will they let me utilize the remaining 2 weeks of my demo program. To my surprise, they did and I rented the rackets.Finally, at the end of my demo program, I have decided to buy a racket and bought one there. They offered the best price among all online/retail sellers. They have also let me subtract the demo programs cost on the rackets cost.I had the best and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them. The sales guys are fine gentlemen!! Very much satisfied.

They also have great outerwear and accessories from the likes of Patagonia and The North Face. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking, aisles, and restrooms.

I havent been skiing in about 10 years. My old boots had a white powdery film all over them so I knew it was time for a new pair.I ordered a new version of my same brand of boots on line and had one pressure point on the left foot.The guys at Ski and Tennis were awesome. They measured my feet, custom fit a sole and sent me on my way with a brand new pair that fit!I took them to Snowshoe a few days later and was able to ski all day with no discomfort. I cant wait to go skiing again!!I will need new shaped skis too and look forward to taking my business back to them.Russell

My racket strings had gotten messed up somehow shortly after I got my racket restrung and I reached out to Ski and Tennis and they welcomed me back and fixed the problem with no charge. Everyone there is absolutely amazing and they are super helpful!

Please dont waste your money with getting fitted for ski boots here. The staff has no clue what they are doing when it comes to this. Im sure this place is fine if you are into buying North Face jackets at retail but otherwise stay away.

I went in Saturday right at closing time to look at a pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses. The Staff was very knowledgeable about the Costa Del Mars and helpful, which is not always the case at other places. They actually showed me a pair that I liked better than the pair I was looking for. I actually bought those glasses and I am very glad I did because I absolutely love them.

Been coming to the shop since I was in middle school, always super friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection and if they didnt have it they always found a way to get it for me. Always my first stop for snowboarding or wakeboarding needs. Great selection of Patagonia clothes and gear as well

Over the last 4 years I have bought all my sons tennis apparel, racquets, and shoes here. However, I doubt I return again. The last two times have not been good in terms of customer service and availability of stock. My last visit was on January 14, 2017. There was only one other customer in the store and 5 sales associates. Not one person offered to help us. i had to walk to the counter and ask for help. Instead of walking with me to the shoes, they said all shoes were out. Not good! I wont be back.

I brought my snowboard in to have it tuned (waxed & edges sharped). Ive been tuning my board since I was 14yo but wanted it done because I didnt have time and dont have any supplies at the moment. I dropped the board off on Tuesday to pick it up on Friday. Paid $40.00 and noticed that nothing was done. The manager attempted to tell me it had been tuned. The boards edges were still rusty and the scrapes from a rock were still present. The manager saw that I wasnt happy and said theyd tune it again. I came back after another week and the edges look as though they ran them once. The board was still not waxed and scrapped. WORST TUNE EVER! I will never take any of my equipment to them again and I will make sure ALL my winter sport enthusiast friends know what a terrible and dishonest shop they are running.

Kelly was wonderful. I called this morning asking if they hard 2xl womens ski pants and jacket. She said they had some. When I came in Kelly remember talking to me on the phone and already had stuff pulled out for me to try. How awesome is that? Tried on 2 pair of pants and 3 jackets and I was set. They fit me perfect with everything I need. I was in and out within 40mins with everything I needed fitting perfectly. Im excited to be comfortable on the slopes and tear up the mountain. This shop has dealt with me dishonestly regarding racquet stringing twice. Once last year they put on a different (and cheaper) string than I asked for and didnt tell me. When I went back to complain the staff member initially denied it and then just apologized. Recently I went in for a restring and asked for a new overgrip, and the staff member just took off my old overgrip and gave the racquet back to me with the bare stock grip, but charged me for a pack of grips. I wont go there again, despite how much I like the shop. Dishonest.
