Went for a hoco dress employees where rude horrible shopping environment the dresses are cute but bad quality they got glitter falling off the dress like crazy

Rude staff. One employee re-hanging clothes slamming them on the racks. Never offered assistance. Acted as if it was an inconvenience to get a dressing room
Fast fashion with an emphasis on romantic glamor. Lots of formal and semi-formal wear. Shoes, jewelry, masks with bling, purses. There are dressing rooms available.They also offer other casual clothes like shorts, trendy tanks and midriff showing blouses. There are high-low tops and dresses. Waist cinchers, soft bras and some full body shapers are available. The price points here are low. You can get a formal dress for under $100. The clientele skewed towards teens and young adults.
My daughter prom is this month and we we’re last minutes shopping for dresses and the late night staff was extremely helpfully. Especially Moe. (Short one with black and brown hair) She gave us over seven pairs of shoes to decide from to go with the dress and help us with over twelve dresses!! Very warming and welcoming environment. Will be back soon.
If I could, I would give 0 or even -1 star. They have very beautiful clothing for great prices, but recently my three friends and I were shopping for prom dresses, and BOTH of the so-called “managers” were very rude to us. Before I left, without purchasing anything I might add, I gave them a piece of my mind. I will not be shopping here ever again because of what I experienced. I don’t work in customer service so I don’t know what they have to deal with, but there is no excuse to act the way that these two women did towards a customer or customers.
Absolutely the rudest sales associates I have ever came in contact with. Alexis does not want to do her job and is very rude. Cute clothes but the store is a mess, if you work there you should know where items are located and offer to help customers instead of a smirk or eye roll when I ask for help. I was Insulted 3 times by the same associate before I left. We do not have to shop your store. Windsor you have plenty of competition with much better customer service. Never in my life have given a bad review but today was unacceptable. If a 0 was an option that’s what I would rate them.
Store manager very rude, explained to her that I have a medical condition and cannot wear a face mask, Store policy requires me to put on a mask. None of the other 15 stores I went in in Hanes Mall required me to wear a mask with a medical condition. Where do we live people?🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
The Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem needs to be shut down.
Rude and stank attitudes !!! They act as if they dnt want to help didnt hardly speak. Wont be going back there.

I gave 1 star because we did find a few dresses, however the associates had the worst personalities and were very rude. Every. Single. One. Found a dress but didnt buy it because I had no desire to interact with any of those rude girls.
Great store for younger, trendy women that like keeping up w/ fashion. Friendly staff.
I was not impressed with how I was treated when I took my teenage daughter last year. Very rude sales people, not professional at all...
I can always find cute dresses for my special events here!!
I also rate the service a 1 star because I was mistreated. And they don’t diserve to work here because I was offended by the way they mistreated me.

Me and my friends went and looked at their prom dresses. Both of the managers were very rude. They have very bad attitudes. They didnt even help us with the dresses. Never going there again.
