Awesome store!!!There was an unpleasant smell after vacuuming with my Miele Maverick. So I took it there for a tune up. It was dropped there on Tuesday. I asked if I can get it back on Friday so that I can use it on Saturday. They showed me there were lots of vacuums there waiting for a tune up. And Dan who does the tune up was out sick. So it would be Tuesday for me to pick up mine.To my surprise, I got informed on Friday that my vacuum is ready for pickup!I used it on Saturday and It worked excellently!!!I am so thankful for their great customer service!!!Dan, Heidi and Jann are awesome!!! They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!!!

I was very sad when I arrived at Oreck Vac Store on Hanes Mall Blvd because my Oreck Vac XL had died after 13 years of wonderful use.....the motor locked up. But what a wonderful treat I was in for! Not only did I get a wonderful deal on the latest light weight Oreck with great suction power, but they are replacing the motor in the old vac as it is still under warranty so I get it repaired free and get it back. I love the durability of the Oreck and cant beat their warranty. And the husband and wife team were so honest and so pleasant to do business with and gave us such good information on cleaning carpet, upholstery, tile, and hardwood floors I have to say it was a wonderful experience for me. Not many places offer that kind of service anymore.

Fantastic Store!!!! Went in needing a vacuum for my floors (we just pulled out our old carpet and put in new hardwoods!). They showed me a great vac called Miele, that I had never even heard of before. This thing is awesome! I have pets, kids and a husband and this vacuum has made my life 10x easier! People at the store were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They even carried the product outside for me and put it in my car. They also have an awesome 90-Day Return Policy on all their Oreck and Miele products. Just wanted to let you guys know what a great experience we had and keep up good work!

One of the worst, unethical businesses I have dealt with in a long time. The store associate (I believe her name was Karen) said the Oreck heater had a 7 day return policy, when in fact, Oreck corporate clearly states it has a 30 day return policy on all items it sells. I bought a heater from this store, which absolutely fried my wall sockets in 2 months of using it. I was over the 30 day return policy, and wanted to talk with the store owner (called and emailed him), and never heard from him. I didnt get my money back even though they sold me a broken and dangerous product. Long story short, they only care about your money, nothing more. If you need to buy an Oreck product, go online, unless you want to be treated like a number, and not a person. WORST STORE EVER!!!!
