Found this place because of some google reviews of another welding/gas company here in Winston (very negative reviews). Someone there mentioned to come see the guys at Arc3. I searched them out on right here on google and the positive reviews sealed the deal! They were oh, so nice to my son and I even though we got there not long before closing. They had what we needed, were nice, and the prices seemed reasonable. Ill be back the next time we need welding supplies!

Arc3 of Winston Salem, NC has been with us from the start of our business, two years ago. Not only do they have what we need, but also they helped us get our feet wet. I love that I or my husband(the welder) can walk in and they know our account. Weve only visited them a few times, but they know who we are and what were after. As promised, they have our business cards out for their other customers and recommend us. We couldnt ask for better service or care.

A friend referred me here. So I went there on a customer referral. Also, an extra 15 minutes of driving in terrible traffic away from where I could have went that was 5 minutes from me. But when I got there I didnt know where to go or who to talk to. The guy on the forklift ignored me until I got out of my truck and walked up to him. Then told me to park by the deck and go to the office. I parked, went in, stood there for a minute until the guy told me to go inside. Mind you, I have NO idea where to go or who to see. Nothing is marked or defined. So I went into the counter inside of the double doors. Nobody acknowledged me or looked at me for a solid minute. And there were 4 guys just standing there looking at everything but the customer, me, that just came into the place of business needing a service they provided, which was NOT the case. I asked for them to swap my argon bottle and he sent me to Airgas because, he couldnt touch my bottle. Which after doing my own research of why, is understandable. But it could have been handled a LOT better.In a nutshell, they need some customer service training, clearly marked locations, organization and and people who are more willing to help me out and not tell me to go to the competition for something they could CLEARLY help me out with. The experience makes me not want to go there again. The website makes it seem like the easiest and quickest place to go with the most knowledgeable people.Not the case.
