I have always been pleased with Home Depot. The store is clean and well organized. The condition of the bathrooms, to me, reflects the attitude of the employees; especially management. There will be times because of customer volume, shift changes,... that something might not be exactly so. Yet, I am happy to report that this is very unlikely at this store. The bathroom has always been presentable, which to me, means management has a good attitude and trickles down to the employees. It is a delight to have sincere people ask if they can help you, instead of run from you. Folks at Home Depot, keep up the good work.

This is a great home Depot location. The staff go above and beyond to be helpful and find the parts, appliances, 🔧🔩 tools, and 🪵 supplies you might need for your next project. They constantly have good sales happening to find the best deals and a decent credit card with no interest on certain purchases. They also have ♿ handicap accessible aisles, parking, and 🚻restrooms. Also dont sleep on the home and 🌷❇️garden section.

Awesome choice of plants!All plants grouped into full sun/part sun/shade. Annuals/Perennials. Trees/shrubs. It was much easier to find exact plants for my area here in comparison with Lowes. Prices are good too.

Always a great experience at this store, knowledgeable and friendly employees and everything is easy to find. Their main competitor is closer to me, but every time I go there nothing is where its supposed to be and I cant find any help. I have learned to drive a couple extra miles for good service and a great experience.

Anhellica the customer service representative at the University location needs to be fired!! She is very unprofessional and rude!! Long time customer at Home Depot but dealing with employees like her makes you want to shop elsewhere!! Simply called to inquire about a pressure washer that I purchased over a week ago that was suppose to be available for pickup on Friday the 22nd. And when I called her attitude was awful as if I was bothering her for calling to inquire about MY pressure washer. Home Depot do better on who you decide to hire because hiring the wrong employees can make you loose great customers !!

Ive worked merchandising at a home improvement store and it is non-stop. We went in on a Tuesday night just to price some items for a project. We were greeted, we were asked if we needed help, every employee I saw was actively working and there were plenty of staff on hand. The store was neat and clean despite all of the work. I was impressed.

I came in yesterday Oct 9th looking for several items throughout the store and could not get any assistance from any employee until I went to the garden center and met a young lady named Moon. She assisted me with all my needs and even took the time to walk me through the store to help me find each item that I needed. I rate this store a 5 star on customer service all thanks to Moon.

All staff pleasant, helpful and knew their job. Went out of their to assist us. The young man that searched for the air conditioning unit we were looking for was kind enough to load it for us. Great experience.

Not the biggest store in town, doesnt always have everything in stock that the Hanes mill store does, check online for specialty items and countertops. But overall not a bad store. Not too crazy and busy, and overall a good experience.

I rented their flat bed truck @ $19 for 75 min to bring a kitchen cabinet to my home 2.5 miles away from the store. When I asked if I needed to put gas in the truck for such a short run and was told by the clerk to just make sure the gas gauge showed the same when I returned as when I left. The gauge showed just under a half tank when I left. 20 minutes later After having unloaded the cabinet at home I stopped for gas on my way back to the store. I put in a half gallon . The gauge never moved during my trip and was exactly in the same spot I found it after adding the gas. When the clerk went to check the truck on my return she told me that The gas reading showed I had not replaced the gas I used and that when I left the reading she made showed a complete half a tank and now it was below half a tank. I told her the gauge was below half a tank when I got in the truck. I showed the gas receipt. I explained my trip was only 5 miles. None of that made any difference. The manager who knows how to be rude in his politeness said the store does not track odometers and has no idea what kind of mileage their trucks get preferring to listen to a clerk who thinks the gas meter was at half. They charged me $15 for gas for a 5 mile trip and lost a customer with their indifferent uncaring and dismissive attitude. Here the customer is flat out wrong all the time.

Drove there to pick-up fence panel that internet shows 8 in stock at that location. They had 0 and still havent corrected their inventory even though they confirmed 0 in stock. They didnt attempt order any and I cant order it because its shown as in stock.

They have been so helpful with my online orders and picking up curbside. Everyone has been just great. Thank you for your customer service.

Had hard time getting a milwaukee circular saw because couldnt get a key to unlock the caged door from a associate. I went to the side they sale the wood on to get a associate with a key to unlock door than she sent me to the front cashier on the only side then she said to wait on a tool associate she couldnt get a hold of and told me to wait so I waited like 10 minutes then I got frustrated so I left. I was a frequent home depot shopper until now. I will be finding a new hardware store after this experience.

Today I give it a 1 star. Went in to return an item that was delivered to me with missing pieces to see if I could exchange it and I waited in the department for almost an hour and no one showed up to assist me. Even after she ersl calls over the intercom by bvb the service desk. No assistance so I left.

My go to store. Staff are more helpful than the other store.

We just bought a new fridge, everything went fairly well when we purchased the fridge other than a very long wait, though the attendent was very apologetic about it.However, the delivery guys left the door wide open when they left and my dog got out. Definitely a heart attack moment.

Normal Home depot, good selection, good prices, sometimes they have fantastic sales or exlusive sets of tools that really are neat to find. Would have been 4 stars if not for Paul. Paul at the self checkouts needs to be moved somewhere he doesnt interact with customers. Apparently anyone approaching him to ask a question is an annoyance held just rather not deal with. Maybe he just didnt like me or was having a bad day but I dont ever think Ive gotten such a poor reception from a total stranger.

Can always find help. Have a great selection of brands. Friendly customer service.

The majority of the time you cant find no body or knowledgeable personnel to help you, every time we go there it seems that they work with a skeleton crew.

Patty and Arthur in appliances went that extra mile with me helping me look for a dryer. Although I decided to cancel mid transaction because of various reason that were out of there hands. Shipping would have been a month long and I needed a dryer asap. I really appreciate all there hp.

Tons of signage and rules and tags about wearing a mask and keeping safe distance due to Covid. Yet, in the ten minutes I was in the store I saw several employees wearing chin straps, not covering their noses at all.Of course, more than one employee walked past and looked my way as I searched for a part but didnt offer assistance. That I expect. But I would prefer to know that the managers are at least trying to enforce policies that might save a life. If they arent showing that level of concern, what else are they not doing?

Terrible experience purchasing items online that where showing “in stock”. They weren’t.The store then left me a voicemail that they were canceling most of my order and sending one item. It created problems that could only be resolved by my driving 40-min to the store. Took forever, was a pain to fix, and I don’t think i got all of my money back. A portion of the payment was on a gift card, and HD’s records at the store conflicted with my online order.

Always great to shop at a home depot, wish we had one in my home town of Mount Airy, NC.

We have always loved this store. The staff are very nice people. They try to help but are not overbearing. But if you need some help they are not hard to find. The products they have are great. I just wish there was one closer to home!!

We bought our appliances here and the associate helping us with them was very friendly and made the process simple and quick. When we were walking through the store trying to locate other items on our list a few other associates asked us if we needed help finding anything. Definitely recommend this location over the other ones.

The shopping experience was great. The new kiosk checkout work flawless. In and out very quickly. Ill be back for more of the same at a later time.

This store has come a long way over the years. I use to avoid going in there and would go down the street to the competition. My Son and DIL are both HD employees out in AZ. I shop at HD to support them and their jobs!

Lots of products for your home and garden. The store is very large and spread out finding some help can be somewhat difficult. That being said, they have a very large selection of items and would be hard to not find what you need . The prices can be alot higher than they are at other stores on some of the items . The check out line can be quite long as they usually only have 1 open at a time so it is better to use self check out.

I was waiting 20+ minutes on a bathroom design while the specialist was finishing up another customer and another person walked up and said it would be quick. Then the specialist started a whole new rework for the walk up person. I will not be back anymore at this location because my money is good in other stores.

Help is busy filling contractor orders, carts are used to fill telephone orders, remaining carts are in parking lot. Prices are high and unreasonable.

Covid staffing which mean you need to know where its at there are orange best but they more interested in talking to each other,than patrons.

This place needs more of the electric carts for handicapped. So often you go there and the last cart available has barely enough charge for ten minutes.

I purchased a washer and dryer almost two months ago and I am still waiting to receive it. This store uses a delivery service, not their own delivery crew. After initially waiting a month for the items to come into stock, I received a call about a delivery during the middle of the day. I explained that I work during the day and would need an evening delivery. They DO NOT OFFER ANY EVENING DELIVERIES. This was not explained to me at the time of purchase. I assumed they would, because Lowe’s does and I’ve never had any issues with their appliance delivery. I was told that I could have the washer and dryer delivered on a Saturday. But it would be another week and a half before they had availability. I explained that is what I wanted. When the next week came I had not heard anything, so I called the delivery service to verify. They did not have me on the schedule and told me I would have to wait another week and half, again. I explained that I wanted my delivery on the first Saturday that I had agreed to, I was put on hold and then hung up on. I called the store to speak with a manager. He apologized, told me he would check the next day during the delivery service business hours and call me back. I have not received a call back from the store manager. Bottom line, worst customer service possible. Once they receive your money they don’t care if you ever get your product. I will be shopping elsewhere for all my future home improvement needs. I suggest you do as well.

The Winston Salem NC store is very helpful. I was able to exchange carpet I bought without a problem. I explained the carpet was not gonna work for me and with gave them the reciept. I am glad there was no issue, as some places do not allow refunds with reciepts.

I like this store because it is well organized and I am able to find everything that I need.

Purchased the Kleer Drain instant drain opener. It worked great and cleared our main drain line. The drain line was causing our toilet and tub to backup. So I did not have to call a plumber which was also great!

Its a clean store & usually not crowded. Its the only place Ill buy my paint. However, I think its more for contractors rather than us donut yourselfers.

There is nothing more fun than a trip to a hardware store. Their staff is always easy to find and knowledgeable. The lady at the paint department helped me match a mystery paint that matched so so so much better than the match that Lowe’s gave me. This store is always blazing hot though. A lot of the seasonal stuff is overpriced but that’s pretty much anywhere. Dogs are allowed in this store.
