I cant believe this guy is still in business. As I was looking for TCM I came across this place and remembered how awful I was treated there. I went to Boyd and had a couple of acupuncture sessions. From there he suggested I just do the herbal formulas and not acupuncture. He had me fill out some forms which I did and returned them to him. He said my formula would be ready in about a week. I never heard from him so I emailed and called. He never responded, he never made my herbal formula, he just blew me off. It was one of the most disheartening experiences Ive had with someone who is in the business of helping people. Very strange thing to do. I wonder if hes done that to others. Not an ethical man, I would not recommend.

Knowledgeable...but the very last time I went, I was given attitude and talked down to because I was 10 minutes late. I was caught in an accident and not my fault. I respect peoples time and obviously you should keep to a schedule BUT its a good way to lose customers (and Im a lost customer). I have very little time so for me to drive across town and not only not receive service but to be talked down to, did NOT make me happy. Also, I took my time and filled out an extensive form to get a special herbal remedy and nothing ever happened with that either. I received some relief for my issues and felt that the practitioner spent plenty of time with me. However, arrogance and ego are never an attractive quality in a healing arts practitioner. Proceed with caution. Ive heard the 4 Branches is professional and good...try them!
