Bo Bourret is amazing. Not only was he able to help my father.....he has now helped me! My Dad has 100% hearing loss in his left ear and 96% loss in his right ear. Bo was able to set him up with a hearing aid that works with a small microphone.....and my Dad can now hear us! Recently, I realize that I was not hearing everything well so I visited Bo and was tested. I was shocked to learn I needed TWO hearing aids! But, I sure can hear now!! Thank you, Bo & Nu-EAR for all you have done for my Dad and me!

No one has been more concerned about my hearing than my wife, she finally talked me into going to NuEar Operated by Bo and Coutrney Bourret. They work together and have to be the best, which in my opinion they are. I have had several visits where Bo has fine tuned my new ears. I recommend them because they are great, not only the function of my hearing aids, but are first class in all aspects of hearing health.

Im still trying to recoup $ 300. He kept of my money, siteing restocking fees. That would have been exceptable if I had received new hearing aids that I ordered, and if I had them for the 45 days allotted me. I started doing business with him in September and now its December, 2018 I still dont have my money nor will he contact me concerning this matter after all, I only had some used hearing aids he pushed off on me for 2 weeks. I have pictures and proof they were used. BEWARE of this person representing this company..

My name is Juanita Bryan not Tori Bryan. This is my story and review about Nuear Hearing Center of Winston-Salem, NC. Bo Bourret. I had my first appointment with him on August 15, 2018. I had my hearing test and he showed me three different types of hearing aids and I decided on a small over the ear one. I was to pick them up the next wk. I went to my next appointment very excited about me getting my new hearing aids. Bo slid across the desk some hearing aids that were slightly bigger than what I picked out. I voiced my concern with him at that time. Bo convinced me to try them for 1 wk. After all, these are 2018 model and have Bluetooth. Reluctantly, I agreed. In a matter of hrs. after arriving home, the Bluetooth begin to go in and out, I called Bo to report this. The next wk. he gave me another pair, saying these were last yrs model what I ordered, they looked similar but not what I ordered, they barely worked. I returned them the next week and asked for my money back. He wrote me a check for $ 1,698. out of $ 1,998. he kept $ 300.00 for restocking fee. Remember, I only had hearing aids for two weeks, and never got what I ordered. Be very careful when dealing with this company. I feel that the hearing aids were used. I have pictures and other proof that they were used. I didnt say Bo wasnt nice and the office was nice and comfortable. I WAS SCAMMED. BEWARE OF BO BOURRET at NuEar. I deserve all of my money paid.
