I was a Miracle Ear customer for 30 years. Due to changes in my hearing & insurance, I went to an Audiologist associated with the Otolaryngologist. I gifted my Miracle Ear hearing aids. I contacted ME because they needed a hearing test and fitting for his hearing ability. I was told there would just be a small nominal fee...today I amended my original review because Dwight at Miracle Ear called me and offered to do my sons hearing test and fitting to his hearing at no cost! Because I have been their customer, in good standing for 30 years. Thank you Dwight and Emily for all you have done for me over these many years! Blessed!

I’ve been bringing my Mother here for the past five years after becoming frustrated with her inability to hear even with hearing aids from another office. It is now a joy to have conversations with her on the phone and to which her interact and respond correctly to her grandchildren. Dwight thank you for giving us our Mother back the changess in her hearing have been amazing. Also to Emily the receptionists who is always friendly and seems to genuinely care about my Mothers well being. Very grateful to have run across this office.

I love Miracle Ear hearing aids. They are a great help in so many situations including church, social events, and at home watching television with my family. The service at the Winston-Salem cinic has always been wonderful. They have been kind, accommodating, and honest in all of the dealings that we have had. Emily at the front desk is so sweet and the two big guys always keep a positive attitude. Whenever I ask them a question they give me a straight answer, but most importantly, they do what they say that they are going to do. Honesty and transparancy is very improatant to me.

Got free hearing test for me and my wife. The person that did the test was a little upset that we didnt spend thousands of dollars on hearing aids.
