Great selection of items and the guy working was very helpful. Also they can price match with sale prices on their website which helped a lot! I will be going back here whenever I am searching for vitamins or supplements! They also have an awesome clearance section thats worth checking out when you go too!

Unclear whether a friend of Covid or not. Staff is masked (though sometimes only mouth), but most customers are not. In short, Vitamin Shoppe seems not to want to offend its friends of Covid customers.

Don’t say no thank you when they ask if you want a receipt! Even if they have your transaction on file with being a member and using a card, they only do returns. Not posted on any sign at store front, receipt, or register. Asked to speak to a manager for clarification, no manager.

This store has the outright worst customer service I have seen. If you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, as the state mandate allows, go somewhere else. I just witnessed as customer leave the store upset saying he was denied service. He stated when he told the clerk he had a medical condition the staffer did not care and said the company will not allow them to serve him. This is highly unacceptable. I will not be shopping at a store that does not value ALL of their customers regardlessof their medical conditions. Ill just take my business back to GNC.

Location itself is fine. Usually well stocked and helpful staff.However it loses stars with my experience with their new auto-delivery service. My wife signed me up to receive a multivitamin and B complex since she was told we would save 10% and get free shipping. Please note per the website the free shipping is only if your item is over $25 after the 10%. Also the $25 is per item since, per my experience, every item was a separate order. That was contrary to what my wife was quoted by the store representative.Today I noticed I was charged for two of the more expensive multi-vitamins and the B-Complex was not ordered. I checked the online account and I did not have two multi-vitamins setup for auto-delivery. Finally the FAQ states that no order can be cancelled one submitted. Now I have to wait to either dispute the transaction with my bank or return the second multi-vitamin to the store when it arrives.

There was a young girl very able to help and guide me,so I found what I looked.

Good products. More health and wellness items and vitamins than GNC. I like to do my research first before going for products and $. Staff are usually pretty knowledgeable. Check their website, they honor their online price if cheaper and you can sign up for spark online services for an extra discount. Good points rewards system.

The vitamin shoppe is located in the same area as the Hanes Mall shopping center. this is a very small vitamin shoppe mostly for the health-conscious person it has a variety of vitamins, nutrients, protein drinks and community support. The store cuz always been clean every time my wife and I visited, one major problem I says I do not have a public bathroom oh, I know its a small store but I think every public business should have a public bathroom just in case.In most cases, most of the staff is fairly knowledgeable about vitamins that if you ask for something specific say you want zinc in a specific form, they will often pick up one that has a blend of sink x with zinc why but not of the one you may be looking for but is x for instance.Thats the biggest issue that I have seen these people are supposed to be a lot more knowledgeable about vitamins and things like that even to the point of having a degree, but they dont seem to understand there is a clear difference between one ingredient being 100% and one mixed with another one thats a similar form but not quite.Overall, I like the store bit they are expensive unless you catch them on sale.

Great customer service. After a few visits my wife and I are acknowledged accordingly. I shop here even though online buying is a connivence. The prices are fair, no sticker shock so to speak. The VS brand of products rates well on quality of product. Ample selection of vitamins and supplements on the shelf. The VS is my go to store.

I love how knowledgeable the staff is here so I am not combing the aisles trying to find things when Im running errands. The Plnt vegetable based protein powder, womens multivitamins, and the Iwon honey mustard puffs suggested to me by Aliyah are all amazing products.

So if you have the opportunity to buy one and get the 2nd at half price at this store and they dont have it in stock youre S out of luck because the female customer service person doesnt give 23 Fs about helping ... basically made me fell like she was thinking Oh the F well, were out of it ... avoid her, and if you can this store, like the plague worst attitude and worst customer service ive had at any of the many places Ive been to.

Good selection but a bit pricey

The staff here are very friendly. They carry a variety of herbal items from supplements and medicine. Of course they also cater to body builders with their supplements that I cannot imagine as herbal, organic or even healthy, must cater to wide range of customers. The store is in the Haines mall vicinity but not in the mall. Parking is plenty and store can be easily seen from Haines mall Blvd.

I came here to stock up on Vitamin C while in Winston Salem for business. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable

I like the products they have thats for sure but there customer service is awful. I wanted a hair, skin, and nail vitamin. I found two that I liked but they also had all the vitamins of a multi vitamin so I asked the sales associate does he think this would be sufficient to take in place of my multi. He basically had no clue and when I asked for more clarification he got an attitude like people get when they dont know the answer. And this is not the first time this has happened. It was the same way at the Greensboro location off wendover. I think thats what separates GNC from vitamin shopped, the people at GNC really know their products. I still like vitamin shoppe because of the thins they carry. I guess just do your research before going in store because the sales associate cant help you.

This was a pleasant experience..i had to call on the ladies working there to find what i wanted......and was treated like a friend rather than like an interruption..these were nice folks who answered my probably dumb questions without making me feel dumb!

Good location and they typically have any supplement Im looking for. Sometimes can be a little expensive though.
