Check in process was a little slow...but straight to a door..right after...did not start loading till right at loading time ..1500...but they did load within the hour..not too bad...restrooms were available in shipping lobhy..HOWEVER..there soda machine was completely sold out..bummer..lots of room to back and get into dock ..overnight parking available

We purchased 2 sets of toilet seat bars a number of years ago and when we went to use one last week, it was missing a part. I emailed the manufacturer Liberty Hardware and they sent me out a replacement part for the Delta toilet bars within a week at no charge to us, even though we purchased them years ago.I cant say enough good things about the speed and quality and generosity of their help for us. Yes it was not an expensive part, but as we are a non profit any savings is appreciated. But even more appreciated is how helpful and quick they were.

Very professional,polite and got me in and out in around 30-45 min.

I have been informed of how nasty they treat their employees various times.I would not suggest having anything to do with them.

Great customer service. I needed replacement brackets for my towel bar and couldn’t find them in retail stores. I emailed the company and they sent me them out at no charge. They will be my go to place for hardware needs now.

Every time Ive been here Ive got loaded quickly. A couple times Ive got loaded and left before my appointment time. Plenty of room to maneuver and can take 10 break here if needed. Office personnel are very nice and friendly.

Got an appointment? Doesnt matter.Only truck in the dock think youll be loaded fast?NOPEavoid this place

Slow, 4 hours and they loaded drops in wrong sequence even after the shipping clerk explained to warehouse worker 3 times. They is something said for understanding the dominant language in a country. A geography lesson might help or post a map!

Excellent place to get loaded. The staff actually treated me like a human being, and they were quick to start loading me. Theres a good bit of room to back up, too.

I bought two delta assist bars at home depot. After opening at home, I discovered that wall anchors for the six three-inch screws were not included. I hope that liberty and home company mascot enjoy the 12 cents profit they made by not including them. I will never use a liberty or masco product again

Absolutely the worst place to come as a driver. Been here since 7:45 this morning and my light still flashing red at 2:45. 14hr clock shot!

I was early for my appointment and was put in a door right away! The staff is very friendly! There is overnight parking on the property! Its a nice and quiet place to relax if u have to take your break here!

Ridiculous ! 9 hours and still not loaded. 1600 appt time and I got here at 1540. Avoid if possible.

No replacement parts for their items. If a package is short mounting brackets or screws or any other items you have no recourse, not happy with purchase, cant return & cant find replacements.
