What was a great app. Is now junk. Wont work correctly and cant get anyone on phone. Cant get my bill paid . It was never a problem till you changed it. Not liking anything about it.Teresa Roberson
I called on March 29th and stated I needed the power at an address to be put into my name on April 1st. I had power up until sometime tonight and when I called to report an outage they stated they couldn’t find my account. Mind you, I paid the $250.00 on March 29th and it was authorized on that same day. The woman somehow found my account and even read my account number to me. She stated she can’t figure out any reason as to why my power was not working. After being on the phone for 32 minutes she stated she was sending it over to the repair department and that my power would be restored sometime tonight.WELL WELL WELLAfter I hung up the phone my husband drove down the road and guess what he found...A TREE DOWN ON WIRES. So...I called back to report it and now this other woman cannot find my account and here I am on hold twiddling my thumbs because people are INCOMPETENT. She can’t put in the report until she finds my account.
If I could rate this company less than zero I would. Unfortunately, if you are in NC, you dont have much of a choice but to deal with awful company. Duke energy lied on multiple occasions about my initial connection and billing. I had to speak with customer service for hours until a resolution was only half provided. Just the worst of the worst!
This building doesn’t exist. It’s an empty lot. Representatives won’t tell me a proper address.
Very poor tec support and customer service isridiculous. Takes for hours to get someone on thephone and then they hang up on you.
These guys suck. The customer service people are mindless drones who cant think for themselves and actually sound happy when they cant help you.
I love being on hold for 30 minutes to have a young lady answer the phone, with her kids screaming in the background just to have her hang up on me. Keep up the great customer service!
Was on hold for 47 minutes and then a young lady answered and then hung up. Im at 30 minutes on hold for the 2nd time and Im only trying to find if you supply power where Im moving. Might have to go solar if no one answers soon.
