My first time in the shop very nice owner Robert I believe was his name Ill be doing my gold and silver buying from M&M LTD glad I found this shop

My family has made multiple purchases from this establishment. You always have to stay on top of them to get your jewelry back on time. But this is the last time I will do any business here. They have had my single stud earring for over 1 year. At first the excuse was it takes time to go to shows and match the stone. Understandable. But after 9 months of that I asked if I could just get my earring back. They couldn’t give it back since it was finally at another jewelers being made. They said they would call in 2 weeks. Never got a phone call. I’ve gone in person numerous times. Each time the earrings are packed away and aren’t accessible at this time. Meanwhile everyone in the store is just sitting there (showing no attempt to unpack any boxes). And each time I’m told, “come back in 1 week” or “let me call you in a week.” I just want my earring back. The worst customer service. Strongly recommend not doing business with this establishment. Ever.

The owner(s)/workers were very kind and honest. I would definitely do business with them again. I highly recommend them!

Great honest people who give and ask a fair price. They just want to make a living and not a fortune. Something that doesnt exist in most jewelry and coin shops.
