The delivery guy and the office people were great! Of course. the price is way to high!! $1.19ish higher than this time last year. I dont think we can blame this one on the pandemic.

Ordered from this company 2 weeks ago and received good service. However, then had my furnace serviced and found that it has to be replaced...which I cannot afford at the moment. I am planning on replacing with heat pump so I cant use the oil. Was told Id have to pay $299 plus $1 per gallon and get nothing for the $800 worth of oil. Ordered from them for years...never again.

Our company spends $4000+ every month at the local Quality Mart stores on fuel and various other items. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Quality Mart is a great company to do business with and we are very happy with their services.

The refill scheduling went fast and easy and only 2 days wait time. The oil tank refill was delivered fast and on time, the driver was polite and was nice to respond all of our questions on refill practices (we are new to using this type of fuel since we bought this house recently) and the payment methods are flexible.

I called to get a propane account and after delivering me oil which I already had I was not offered an apology or anything. I called back to set up propane being delivered and never received a receipt like I did for the oil. I was then told it could have flown away but how and it was placed in the screen door on the day prior. I’m not sure where my money went to because the communication sucks and the customer service is not that great. We just purchased this house and I hope to get better service in the future.

We have used Quality Oil for years and have always been very satisfied with the service we received. Last week, I ran out of gas which I think was due to the colder weather and being home all the time. I noticed my tank was empty about 7:00PM. I called them at 8:00AM and the truck was here and filled my tank before 10:30AM that same day. I really appreciated it.

I have been a customer of Quality Oil for over 30 years and always been completely satisfied at every turn. Last year, I discovered that I had an unknown oil tank buried in the concrete slab of a basement of a rental home I owned that was full of oil from being abandoned over 20 years ago. The supply lines were crimped but still held a small amount of oil in the lines. They carefully pumped the oil out of the tank and supervised our work to neutralize the lines and fill the empty tank to render it harmless to environment and the homesite. I would say it was very easy to call to order the heat oil and deliver. Once you set up your account, whenever you call next time they just pull up your name and address that it. The price is pretty good the customer service was good too. Very happy about it.

We have relied on Quality Oil for our rental property for 3 years now and are quite happy with their service. It’s easy to request an oil delivery online, and they promptly deliver within a day or 2. They also called to let us know what day they would arrive. Their “phone staff” are personable, knowledgeable. I’ve not had any issues and am glad to have this great company servicing our property!

Even though we(wife and I) are on automatic keep-fill list, due to our more than usual use of our gas fireplace( partly due to covid and staying home), it ran out of propane a few days prior to our automatic fill date. It was quite cold, so I called Quality Oil Company that morning, hoping that I would be fortunate enough to get someone out to our house hopefully within a day or two. I was told that they were quite busy, but was told to hold on, and maybe something could be worked out to get someone out to my house that day. Sure enough, that happened. In fact, a propane truck arrived at our house within about four hours and filled the tank. I was quite appreciative and surprised that we would be able to use the gas logs that evening. The staff are always helpful over the phone, and the delivery of heating oil is always fast and easy! I understand that heating oil is expensive so I dont have a problem with the prices either.

I’m a small grading, excavation and septic business that uses a decent amount of diesel fuel and was trying to get set up to have some fuel brought out to my shop to fuel trucks and equipment from a 250 gallon tank.When I spoke with the salesman I felt Like I basically got blown off because I don’t use over 1,000 gallons a month and he priced it 30c higher than what I pay at the pump.They only care about you if your a big company that buys a ungodly amount of fuel a month.That’s ok though, when my company grows bigger, I will remember who worked with me when I was smaller company.
