Cannot recommend this store and its staff enough! My husband and I came in to buy a recumbent bicycle and found exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Rich was our salesperson and he was kind, informative about the equipment and ready to help us make the best decision for us. It was a real pleasure then to have him and Theo deliver it to our home and help us get the equipment set up. Exceptional service by exceptional employees! Terrible experience, I brought in a very nice golf bag and very nice shoes that I bought brand new for over 160 dollars and he offered 14 dollars out the door for both combined, pitiful offer. I DO NO recommend selling anything in this store. They will for sure rip you off big time. And not to mention they would have sold the bag alone for 80 dollars most likely and the shoes for over 60. Absolutely poor store.

Called prior to stopping by to see if they had some used clubs. Awesome service. I know nothing about golf but wanted to get some affordable clubs to start playing. They helped me out and got me setup appropriately. I’d highly recommend this play it again sports anytime.

Great customer service. I bought a brand new elliptical from them and it had an issue (manufacturing defect) that occurred after 1 week. They came out and switched it with another new elliptical. Great business and service. I will be back again for exercise equipment.

Absolutely incredible experience! My boyfriend and I went in to buy frisbee golf discs, and CJ was fantastic. He stayed with us for over 30 min giving us recommendations and expoing how the difference between flight patterns, weight, plastics, stability, etc. Thanks to CJ we now have almost 10 new discs!!! 10/10 employee. I was helped by an employee, Cj, he was very helpful and told me which products were best and the best prices I could get for them. Pretty rude owner/manager. Did not care to respect asthmatic/allergy exemptions provided by mask mandate. Did not care about health limitations. We went there to support them...they were not doing us any favors considering that they are priced kind of high for used equipment. God enlighten them.

I have used Play it Again Sports for several quick trips to pick up last min sports needs over the past several years and always impressed with the selection and service. Its also a great place to browse for a wide variety of sporting equipment in great or new condition for great prices.

Went looking to purchase a treadmill employee was not helpful at all. He was useless. I will never come back to this store again.

Questionable ethics. I spent over $500 under their 5 Points rewards program. I went to redeem the points and was told they had no record of me having any points or credit. Poor record keeping and/or ethics; either way, best to avoid this business.

The guys who work there were very helpful. The store is clean, the equipment is a reasonable price, and I appreciated the options for equipment that I had a hard time finding elsewhere.

If you ever need any kind of athletic gear, go here first. They’re amazing and kind. The staff is really knowledgeable. You can call them and ask for what you need. They’re very helpful over the phone. The owner works at this location and he is incredibly nice. Before going to Dick’s or any other sports store, come here. You’ll struggle to beat their prices. They have workout equipment, almost every sport gear, cleats, and clothing.

About as overpriced a second hand store as you will ever find. Brought a regular rubber football for almost $30 and the equipment, if new, is even worse.

Great place to get all kinds of new and used sports equipment. Staff was very nice and helpful. We have been looking for a wet suit for my husband,. And they just happened to have one. So thankful, due to my husbands lung cancer and all of his weight loss he cant stand the water but he loves it, and he wants to be able to get in the water with the grandkids when we go to the beach. Everywhere we have looked over $100 got a wet suit there for $25. Cant wait for are up coming beach trip. Thanks again Play It Again Sports.

Great deals, Helpful Staff. Took my 84 year old father in to get a recumbant bike or treadmill. They let him try out to see which equipment he was most comfortable with and prices low enough to walk away with both and stay in budget.

As a Personal Trainer, Play It Again Sports has always been my first stop for equipment; it has never failed me. The customer service has always been good but, today, thanks to Rich, it was excellent. Rich went above and beyond the call of duty.

Worse visit ever my wife brought me to this store today Sunday at 5:50 pm and I had a few items to sell and purchase some items for my sons football team as well had a 200 to spend but I will go to a academy sports to get help this person working there with the long shaggy hair was coming in the store smelling like cigarettes. he was outside stopped me at the door and said there closed I replied it’s only 5:50 he then said we shut down at 5:30 to me its bs he is a lier he act like a racist I’m black with dreads so guess I wasn’t good enough to get service sad case me and my son go there often but we will find a new store to spend our money.

If u plan on selling any used and New sports equipment/gear to this buisness plan on giving it away to someone that will use it and appreiciate it! You will feel alot better knowing you did some good rather than getting pennies on the dollar. and feeling like u have been done wrong! You think it being a Sports Buisness, they would atleast have the Value of Fairness! Im a former Martial Arts School owner and had left over bairly used sets of sparring gear, and alot of like New TaeKwonDo training equipment. To much stuff to list but really do wish i would have donated it to a local Martial Arts School...If i could do over i would!!! Very Disappointed ....

They had USED Pendlay Econ V2 Bumper Plates here that they were charging 1.5 times the price they cost NEW on the Pendlay website and when I asked the sales staff if this was an error, they looked at me like like I was stupid and told me I was wrong. I showed the employee the MANUFACTURERS website and he still didnt make any effort to satisfy this customer. Will not shop here again. Would not recommend.

Purchased a new 2014 schwinn recumbent bicycle earlier this week... and after assembly at home.... found there was no power to the controller. spent considerable time double checking the assembly (to make sure the plug connections were all made correctly). called the winston salem store with A LOT of frustration and some despair. talked with store manager greg and he says... just bring it back.... and well make it right... no questions no hassles. i did so.... and so did they.V E R Y happy with the customer service... 5 stars/ A+++many thx to: greg, cole and allen (top notch guys)
