Stopped in to look at wedding rings. They have surprisingly great prices and payment plans. Patty was so welcoming and found something beautiful within our budget. I love the lifetime warranty of their products. We didnt know for sure that we would buy anything yet when its time we know for sure we will come back here and speak to Patty.
Consumers beware!! After purchasing diamond earrings my 2 year old daughter after the sale pitch being if 1 earing is lost they will pay for half as long as you have the other earing to hand in, Well after I go to them this time they just happened to suddenly change it and will not honor what was agreed upon when purchasing diamonds. Moral of the story is whatever they promise you is a bold face lie and if you do decide to purchase anything from here make sure you get it written down on your receipt. Terrible experience would not recommend this place to my worst enemies!!!
Kay Jewelers have a wonderful selection of jewelry at great prices. The Levian Collection is beautiful and unique. The sales associates are always patient, pleasant, professional and very helpful. Will definitely continue shopping at Kays for all my jewelry needs.
Absolute worst experience Ive had with any type of jeweler.My fiance(now wife) and I went and chose wedding bands Mid-March. We were happy with their selection and the representative that was helping us was very nice. We picked out our rings and explained our excitement on getting married. The rep. shared in our enthusiasm and told us she would put in an expedite for our rings and expect them by the end of the month. This was a bit unrealistic but I was hopeful. I paid in full that day.I called back April 6th asking on an update on our rings to allow them a little more time. When I called they were very short, disheveled and could not find my purchase. After taking 20 minutes just to find my order they had finally found it and told me that they were both delayed. When I asked why I was not notified the lady was appalled Id ask such a question. Yeah, we dont do that. We both sat in silence as I was waiting for a follow up. I asked for the next time frame they had on file. They said April 29th is next expected date.Finally April 29th came around. I got ahold of a gentleman this time around. After waiting the 20 minutes for them to find my order again he finally advised me that both rings were ready for pickup. I was a little frustrated I didnt recieve a call, but maybe thats just me expecting too much from a mall realtor. Once we got to the location they could not find my ring. My wife got hers so at least there was that. While we were waiting for him to find it another rep started yelling at the him saying she needed help now. He then yelled back at her that he was busy. Extremely unprofessional on both accounts. He had to get the manager to finally find my order and said it wasnt ready yet. After we had gotten confirmation over the phone they were BOTH ready. Needless to say we were very frustrated. We were scheduled to get married on May 10th.After leaving the store we reached out to their corporate to ask if they could light a fire under the local store or at the very least get them to show some kind of resolution. Our solution was the manager would keep her eyes on this one going forward. May 10th came and gone we ended up using her ring and I have a plastic ring just so we could go through the ceremony. We are now happily married.Finally June 7th we called them again asking about my ring. She stated that it was still not ready and no scheduled date for it to be finished. I called Capital One and explained to them my situation. They assured me that they would follow up with Kays and verify the situation. I got a letter in the mail from Capital One over this past weekend. Kays jewelry corporate office had told Capital One that March 24th I had gone into the store and gotten a cash refund for me ring and gave a false document to corroborate that lie.So they are trying to tell me that I got a refund after spending months of pestering them, and then finally using a rubber ring for my marriage???? Absolutely unconceivable. I have no idea what kind of shady things are going on at this store and I have no idea why they take zero responsibility for their own negligence. I would NEVER recommend this store. After this whole experience I will never shop with Kays either for that matter. If you at all take your engagement, promise, wedding rings seriously I would steer clear from Kay Jewelers within the Hanes Mall.
Patty is always so friendly and helpful. Theres no pushy salesperson trying to hurry you along to buy something. All the staff have been nice. You will be happy with your purchase. They will make sure you are satisfied before you leave.

It could have been better had one associate just look at never asked if we needed help and started helping someone else. We stood there for 15min waiting before finally we were asked if we wanted to look something, was rushing and rude
Letting someone stand in your doorway for 30 minutes without anyone speaking to them is unacceptable. And when he finally does get a clue he walks over to tell me it’s only his 2nd day. I hope he’s not commission because he won’t last long if he’s afield to speak to anyone. “Hello, we will be right with you goes along way.”I’ll take my money somewhere else.
Had to fix a bracelet I got for my wife less than 2 months ago. They had everything in place to have it fixed and I didnt have to wait long to be seen. Good experience
Had the best customer service experience ever in a jewelry store. I was given time to browse and didnt have to wait to be helped.
Purchased jewelry; paid cash went the next day to return them because it’s not what I wanted and they wouldn’t give my money back because they “didn’t have cash” nor would they do anything to get my cash. I was told I had to keep checking on my own. Yet, they had no issue accepting my money I don’t see how or why they wouldn’t be prepared to handle a cash transaction in case of returns.

I wanted to take the time to leave a comment for Michael at the Hanes Mall location in Winston-Salem, NC! HE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have never and I mean NEVER had such great customer service in this particular location. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude. He’s the type of person that you come back and request to work with again. He honestly may have earned my business back. I have had some very terrible experiences in this particular location and was very skeptical about going in there today (this was the closet location that had the watch I needed to purchase). However, Michael took GREAT care of me and I appreciate it because that type of customer service is hard to find now-a-days. THANK YOU MICHAEL!!!!!!
My experience was awesome. It was like visiting family. Jacob was great from the time i called and spoke with him until the when I arrived. All of my questions were answered and concerns putcto rest. Sent a ring off for repair last day of august. Was told it would be back in 2 weeks.It is now October 15, 2019 and still no ring.Received an email on October 2, 2019 saying my ring made it to the repair center. Over a MONTH to get to a repair center???Wow..not happy at all! I bet if I was a high paying customer it would have been different.Done with Kays. Had to fight to use my warranty as well because they didnt keep paperwork updated. Email they sent said I would get ring today. Guess what? No ring!
Do NOT design jewelry if you ever want it in a timely manner. My boyfriend/fiancé was designing a ring with them and loved the first consultation but once they got his deposit they stopped caring. 8-10 weeks has now turned into 15 weeks... just to get the design as the first one was so far out of left field from what they had sketched out. Hes now having to start from scratch and find another company he can trust and do the work in a timely fashion. :,(

The sales girl was amazing. My issue is that my husband bought me a $500 watch for a wedding gift on 4/14/2017. I dont wear the watch every day and I noticed about a month ago that it was not working. The closest Zales or Kay is 25-30 minutes away so it took until this weekend to get out there to get it looked at. I thought something was wrong with the watch and it would need to be sent off. I suggested checking the battery before sending it off and the battery was dead within 5 months of purchase! She charged me $26 for the lifetime battery warranty. I feel the battery shouldve been replaced at no charge since the watch was just purchased and is valued at $500!

They have a great selection of jewelry and the local service is wonderful however the Customer Care Center is automated and the billing center, Genesis is HORRIBLE! Check your bill because you maybe paying more than you should!!! They are separate from Kay but as of yet nothing has been done to fix my over payments.

I shop at this kay often. Tyler is great I normally wait for him because he is who I always deal with. But everyone is very nice and they always remembers me. I have never had a problem at this kay and I have been shopping at it for over 7 years. I have bought plenty of jewelry there and they always go above and beyond. I saw some reviews for this location and I dont understand them at all because I have always been treated amazingly at this kay. Also it is the best one around in my opinion because it has a larger selection than others and the service is amazing.

Just went to Kay,s in Winston Salem NC today to return a bracelet that my gal wanted for mothers day and a week or so later it broke so upon returning the bracelet I was informed that I had occurred a 400 dollar reward from buying a ring and necklace at Christmas so my gal wanted a ring instead for 575.00 bucks and when all was said and done my final cost was only 248.00 bucks very cool and best of all the salemen remember Ed that I had purchased the ring and necklace and did his do dillagence and gave us a 100.00 rewards off the final price of the new ring. In doing so cements any future sales at the same jeweler a very pleasant experience indeed 5 stars to the Kay,s jewelery store in the Haines mall shopping center in Winston Salem NC. Well done.

I have called 6 different times today to check on my ring that was sent out over 3 weeks ago to get a new stone put in and no one has answered the phone. I also work in retail and as painful as it is to work on a Sunday you still answer the phone for your paying customers.

The customer service is very unprofessional, and I will be writing a letter to the manager as well. I have worked in customer service for all of my professional career, and the service here is lacking profusely! When I called into the store to get some information the woman who answered the phone was snappy, interruptive, and spoke to me condescendingly.
