2nd my Fiance and I went and loved it

I like this place to have a good time and enjoy delicious ice creams. I think we all like it and I mean young and old.

Disgusting, messy, and cups unfilled. This is the worst SweetFrogs Ive ever been in. Will never go back. Do owners ever even go there. Kids working there were doing there best. Hot fudge and other syrups did not work or empty. Toppings were all over and a total mess. Hopefully someone else will takeover and bring back a true store.

Excellent place to eat a yogurt. It has an area to consume inside and outside the place.

Employee was not very friendly or helpful. I definitely didnt feel welcomed or as a valued customer. Not sure Ill be back.

TERRIBLE. they did not have the THREEE main flavors. CHOCOLATE, VANILLA, AND STRAWBERRY. and when I asked, the lady said. “It’s not working” without helping at all. LIKE HOW IS THE ICE CREAM MACHINE NOT WORKING AT A ICE CREAM PLACE. (Frozen yogurt).

Yogurt is very good, fruit is always fresh and the counters always clean. (And hey, they have tart plain, which is getting increasingly hard to find at frozen yogurt places) Could do without the constant religious music being piped in, but thats this chains schtick, I suppose. 🤷‍♀️

Very good choice for a desert/snack. Run out of flavors on occasion.

This place just coming out of right now 12/13 8:23pm, employee had mask not covering his nose and had no gloves, can’t talk about customers who had no masks if you don’t mandate them but the employee to hand me the spoons with no gloves or even to try and give them to me with a napkin or a method that just shows care. I ain’t coming back to this place where I definitely didn’t feel safe.

The frozen yogurt was good. The dining room was very clean and not the cleanest it could be. They seem to only have one worker in the entire establishment which is an a problem except for the fact that they were in the back room the entire time. The seating arrangement could be upgraded and made more comfortable for the customers. The staff was punctual and assisted us in our purchase.

If youve been to a self-serve sweets store, youve been to them all. Nothing special. Its decently clean despite the children that frequent the place. If youre looking for Ice Cream the way you want it, this is definitely the spot.

Great service, good yogurt and a good variety. The store always feels clean and the bathrooms are stocked. There are several options for yogurt and then 9n to the toppings. First the fruity flavors, then candy, then fine toppings. Then add chocolate, caramel or various others syrups. The only down side is it can get expensive.

I love this place! The flavors of the frozen yogurts are so tasty and they have a lot of flavors that you can premix into a swirl. I love the cake batter and cookies and cream swirl. You can always add flavors together but I love that combination. The toppings are really fun too. Try the fruity pebbles ! They are soooo good.

Good frozen yogurt place with a fantastic variety of toppings. I find the overly Christian theme and loud Christian music a little off-putting. Religion and good dessert have very little to do with one another.

We love this company and their delicious frozen yogurt. Its the kids favorite place to go for a treat! This location has a lot of seating, and always has a full flavor selection (unlike some other locations that have one or two machines turned off). The one thing that prevents this location from being five stars is that its not uncommon to have to wait a while for staff to come out of the back in order to pay for your treat. Ive seen people wait for 3 minutes at the register with no employees in sight...

June/15/19 at 10:45 pm I went to sweet frog and I did what I normally do and go ahead and get ice cream there were three teenage girls working well not working being on their phones and I got my ice cream and when I went to get toppings they informed me that they were only accepting cash after I had already gotten my things they were very rude and didn’t seem to care about anything other than their phones I will Never ever go back to sweet frog again!

As a lover of fro-yo, I was honestly very disappointed in this place. The two Hispanics working here last Sunday were not paying too much attention to their duties. When you walked in, the place smelled awful... mostly like urine.The children that were there were also not being watched (of course this is not the fault of the facility or the employees) by their parents and were very rude to all the other customers there and made my visit displeasing.Otherwise, the place had a great selection of fro-yo and toppings to choose from.

Really bad yogurt. The chocolate brownie flavor has an imitation flavoring after taste like an imitation vanilla flavoring. Almost like an alcohol base. My daughter got 3 different flavors, none of which tasted like the claimed flavor. None of the yogurt was soothe and creamy but rather gritty. Will not come here again.

Great flavor choices, and hands down the best topping selection in the area. You can get fat, or stay on the healthy side. Always enjoy snacking here.

Wow biggest variety of everything I have ever seen

Place is big with lots of seating. Decent selection of flavors and lots of toppings. Its pretty expensive; I was trying to get the shake special and they wanted me to weight it and pay $7. After asking about the sign I got it for $4.99 so that was all good. They have a text club you can sign up for discounts.

Always the Best. . . I believe this store has more flavors and toppings then the Clemmons store. . . They are always willing to work with Church groups. . . And dont be afraid to turn up the K-LOVE. . . Christian Store. . . Family Values. . .

I would give a zero star. My family and I arrived Sunday 9/9 around one. Young lady working was sitting in her car in the parking lot on the phone. After family and I got our yogurt, we sat inside to eat. My husband hit my arm and said look. The worker was using her fingers and eating out of the bowls. Two minutes later she went back to the bar and started picking those tiny cheese cake squares out of the cups, some out of each cup (I guess to keep all even) and eating them. Needless to say I made my family throw away their yogurt and we walked out. GROSS!!

We have tried to visit your location twice. The bleach is so strong we cant go in. We use to go when we came to Winston but the smell of bleach is awful. My husband ask why they used it instead of waiting til closing. The guy at the counter had no clue what he was talking about. Its bad when your yogurt tastes like bleach

You get an AARP discount but other than that its standard yogurt ice cream they actually buy their supplies from Sams and charge way too much for them bike there toppings and sauces

They have a positive attitude, someone always says hello when you walk in. They have coupons! I get them via text message. They have a lot of options for yogurt and toppings
