Got this Steelers ice cream cake for my husband’s Birthday two weeks ago and omg it is delicious Oreo ice cream with white cake and cool creamy butter cream frosting on the outside!! So bomb the service was Aight! But I’m rating this Cake all fives it’s so good!! Only cost me $43.00 after taxes. Also you have to Order 24-48hrs ahead

Despite the apparent lack of customer service and care the staff can tend to display, they do have so many flavors of 🍦 ice cream, 🥛 milkshakes, and ice cream 🎂 cakes that you cant find anywhere else. Use the drive through to stay away from the less than clean inside. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking, entrances, and restrooms.

Their smoothie is really good. Strawberry banana is the best. The other one mango banana is good in the beginning but gets old faster. The other one I didnt try yet...

Definitely take cash here, or your credit card will end up with a mysterious $300 charges from Baskin-Robbins at 1am, like mine did....

I am extremely disappointed that all the Dunkin donuts near me have stopped selling the plant based sandwiches Lenoir, Statesville and Winston Salem

Google said they close at 9, came at 815, sat at the speaker for 5 minutes, no one said anything so I walked inside. They said they decided to close at 8 and just laughed. Worst customer service ever.

Multiple occasions can never get them to answer the phone and then goes to vm. One time, wouldnt answer and then took off hook!

They take long to serve you. I wonder, whats that about. Donut is the worst I have ever eaten..Worst customer service we ever, they dont even acknowledge u when u come in..my money is not good enough for this place, so I will take my business else where.

Went 15 mins before closing drive thru open sign on and they still wouldnt respond. girls just laughing at register. refused to serve or speak to us.

The shake on the right is what I ordered, but the one on the left is what I got. This was as it turns out prepared by the shift leader. I asked her how she made it and she said the correct way, this in spite of the fact that over her shoulder was a picture of the product as it was supposed to be. She had refused to give me a receipt too. At first I was going to let the appearance go but the taste was that of Oreos. It seems she was trying to pass one of her other mistakes off on me. The fact she would not even admit that the appearance was wrong was the give away. Theyve always been rude in there as another mentioned they usually ignore a customer who first walks in, but the products been good once you got it, but this is the last time Ill go into any Baskins Robbins, or Dunkin Donuts, which shares the location, for that matter the corporate office nor anyone else there cares about the piss poor all round service. Its no wonder these locations are usually empty on a hot summer day, when they used to be packed. Theyve made me go away too.

Wow, we were in line and they suddenly decided to close without telling anyone in line. The online hours say they are open till 10 pm and there were 8 other cars in line and they didn’t even bother to tell us that they were closed! We waited at the speakers for 10 whole minutes and finally rolled up to the window only to have a small paper sign posted saying thay they closed at 9 (and at the moment it was 9:10). The employees saw us but were so rude and didn’t even say anything to us and kept ignoring us and going along their business. If you don’t have the courtesy to fix your hours online at least have a message at the drive through or say something to everyone waiting! It’s common courtesy.

Nothing but young rude kids at 7:11pm they were more worried about playing in the work place rather than take my order or try to atleast put the ice-cream in a cup properly i had ice-cream all over the outside of my cup. First and last time at this location.

We come here all the time for ice cream. This time they gave me about half the ice cream that they usually do. We are not happy. The manager said she was sorry. That’s it.

We ordered a cookie dough scoop and the cup smelled like poop!! Terrible!! We returned it and we got a new one, but very disappointing experience. We also ordered a milkshake that took them for ever to give us... all that without mentioning that we waited more than 15 mins in the line.

Unfortunately the manager refuses a very popular flavor this year. Baseball nut has been there for several years as a seasonal flavor, yet it is not offered this season. I contacted corporate to find out that its up to the franchisees. What a shame! Also, there are not enough teens that represent all people in the community.

The Butter Pecan was well made with good pieces of pecan in every bite. However the drive thru was terribly slow and they were out of chocolate how does an ice cream shop not have chocolate?

Wonderful pumpkin cheesecake icecream! Friendly service. Only complaint is the parking lot needs to be better lit for night time munchies.

This franchise overall just needs to close. If you cant read an online order and make it correctly youve got no business being in business. I just ordered two coffees the exact same way and one of them is practically black and the other one looks like its nothing but cream.

I stopped to get a coffee and a donut while traveling on I-40. Young lady that waited on me was just not very friendly to the guy before me or me. I was very very polite. She didnt say thank you. I got my coffee and then she just walked off. I had to get their attention so I could get the donut I already paid for. Just a little friendly customer service can make a difference in business.

I wasn’t impressed at all. Asked for a banana split, lady gave me a hard time and had an attitude about it because she didn’t know how to make one and had to get another lady to teach her. Then a homeless man sat right next to me and started speaking literal gibberish and wouldn’t leave me and my father alone. And the restrooms were also disgusting. The ice cream was alright but it wasn’t worth the money, could have made one at home for cheaper. Don’t waste your time.

Wasnt clear they were open. Dining room closed with no sign on door. No list of ice cream flavors or available donuts in drivethru. Speaker is ancient and hard to understand. Ice cream was freezer burnt

Good service in store, but if you call they act like nothing is available. I called in for a ice cream cake and they said they had none, and couldnt sell them through the drive thru. After speaking with her for a while, she finally told me what she had in inventory. Bad customer service I would say. It was my moms birthday and they didnt care!

Ordered a Birthday Cake that should have had 2 balloons on it with the words Love and Hope on them and Happy Birthday ________ The next day went and picked it up and there were some very tiny balloons but no words on them. The balloons would have been too small anyway. The cake part had no flavor and the ice cream part tasted like it was had freezer burn. But they did get the Happy Birthday part correct!?!? I called the corporate office 2 times and left a message and still have not heard anything from them. It has been 3 days now.

Aug,13,2017, Horrible experience, I watched as they greeted the customer in front of me with a smile. They handed me my order with no level of customer courtesy, I was not asked if Id like a bag or a napkin. This is basic customer service smile and express appreciation for my service just like you do for the white people who order from your location. This experience was discriminatory and I wont be going back, I wouldnt advise anyone to eat here or order from this place the people are rude and unhospitable.

Ordered birthday cake online. Cake was not ready at pick up time so had to wait for them to decorate a cake for me--not a happy camper since I had an order confirmation and a pick up time! That said, my biggest complaint about this particular store is and always will be the lack of doughnuts!! Ever time I go in for doughnuts, Where Are The Doughnuts I Ask? Always out. NO Variety!! On top of that, the size of the doughnuts have shrunk. Add insult to injury. What is it with this location??? The owners/management must be asleep at the wheel or just dont care? Its been like this for quite some time. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a scoop of choc almond ice cream and it had freezer burn! Come on people.

They allowed myself and 6 other vehicles to wait in line at the drive thru without stating they were closed. They were very rude when asked about their closing protocol. We were in line before 9:00pm. The sign was still on.

Bought 2 scoops x 2 cups the total cost $8.90 the scoops were hollow and i could have gotten 2 gallons at the store cheep ass service will never go to another baskin robbins anywhere ever. Im still pissed.

Ugh. No Dr. Pepper and I had to wait that long for a bagel. Its pretty simple, they come already sliced, so all they had to do was spread some veggie spread on it and drop it in a bag .... It wasnt even toasted; that shouldnt take ten minutes. I think the manager wakes up in the morning and makes a decision to hire the slowest, most incompetent people he can find, that day.... And then put them on the drive-thru window.
