Plenty shopping available. Produce area was well stocked.I needed distilled water in gallon jug & store was completely out. Stocking going on and store was crowded making it a little slow getting around. Did self check-out and plenty of open registers with no wait.

The grocery pick up used to be amazing. Lately, theyre hours late with my order, Im always missing at least 3 things in every order. Its absolutely unacceptable and if its too much then they shouldnt be doing grocery pick up at all. I will no longer shop at this Walmart as I am so incredibly tired of them constantly wasting my time and money.

One good thing - EXCELLENT manager. However, he needs to get rid of his bullfrog girls, thats everyone of them and lazy boys, thats almost all of them. Theres one tall, skinny older guy who is good. WM needs to fire all the little people and install all self checkout. Hire 6 people to run the entire store on a good salary. There. I gave you the answer. You owe me.

Walmart grocery pick up USED TO BE GREAT. I discovered it during the pandemic and used it all the time. I could order from home and I’d get a text telling me it was ready and when I arrived they would quickly put it in my car. This saved time, kept me safe from Covid and made me a loyal shopper who told everyone to try it out.Those days are gone unfortunately. Now after many weeks of the same bad experience I have to throw in the towel. The app says “my order is “ready “, I drive to the store and I sit in my parking spot for 45 minutes sometimes an hour.Where’s the convince I’m this?

Had to run to Walmart to get something for me, and a friend that lives a couple of houses up from me.Everything is always well stocked, they always have enough check outs open, staff is always kind and friendly. I was in and out in 7 minutes.

It was pretty good. What I dont like is that my husband has a Walmart money card and they claim that they will cash/deposits any check up to $1000.00. Well that isnt so. He has cancer and has cancer insurance. Any check they mail him and he deposit under $500.00 is fine, but the 2 that he had gotten that were for $1000.00 they would not. We have had to drive to Greensboro at a check cashing place to cash it. If they cash/deposit the others then they should cash/deposit the ones for $1000.00 like they claim they would.

Every time I find myself in a Walmart, Im blessed with more than enough time to question the life choices that brought me there as Im waiting for service.

This store is a little out of my way but I like it. Not crowded and well stocked

I wish this Wal-Mart had another couple of cashiers around 5pm; after work hours. There should have more actual cashiers at 5:30 on a weekday. But, you can usually check yourself out quickly and theyre fairly well stocked. Ive gotten good markdowns on deli and meat. Ample parking. Ive tried their pick up service - at this location it was a hassle.

Nice grocery store in a perfect location to get food at low prices. Low prices on non perishable items, baby food,formula and toiletries you may need. Gift cards, cleaning goods and pharmacy too. They also have surprisingly good 🥕🍅🍌🍎 fruits and vegetables. They also have ♿ handicap accessible restrooms, parking, and ramps.

I was a little disappointed by the service, cleanliness, and general atmosphere of this grocery store. It was pretty well stocked however, so thats one positive attribute. I dont think I would enjoy shopping there on a regular basis.

The is a good store to pickup a few groceries. Out 5 employees I met up with 1 yelled at me for not taking the first cart (it was broken), 2 total ignored me and were buried in hand held devices, and 2 were very courteous. So that was a good day at my neighborhood Walmart.

Decently selection of things. Not super crowded when I go. But the checkout lines can be long.

Ive beenbti this store several time and have always been impressed with it, however today I was disappointed. It seems that the manager and his team are letting things go. The biggest problem is that they are not sending orders to have item brought to refill the shelves. Also I guess discontinuing products .very disappointed today.

Had a little trouble lately getting someone to load cases of water in my car in the handicap space in front of store seems as though the men think it the womens job and not in their job description, is what I was told and shown on more than one occation.

Stopped to get food, and snacks for super Bowl Sunday. They were stocked up on everything, as it seemed everyone was getting food, fruits, and veggies for the big day.

They are always nice and very convenient. Great prices.

Very good got everything that i needed in and out fast.

We found most of what we needed at a good price.

I always like going here. The pharmacy is awesome and everyone who works in the pharmacy is so nice. Store is always clean and everyone is so nice. I wish all Wal-Mart stores were as great as this one

I used the pickup online order. The service was good and the employee who assisted me was excellent.

Its convenient. The selection of items was somewhat limited. Not sure if that was due to Coronavirus panic buying or if they simply dont carry much. Id compare it to Dollar General in form and function.

Standard stuff... cashiers still need to be trained on proper bagging. i.e. raw meats in with non cook items.

For the 3rd time, items that I ordered through pick up & delivery were not put in my car! The pick up & delivery manager said that his corporate office could not find someone to bring me ALL of the frozen items that I ordered, which are still there at the store, in the freezer. A manager who knew anything about customer service would have put my things in HIS car, or heck, an Uber, and brought them to my home! But instead, I have to drive back to the store and get the items! Totally unacceptable! Terrible customer service! *Add on: I called the store when I was 10 minutes out, so I wouldnt have to wait when I got there. NO ONE answered the phone! I had to call corporate AGAIN to get them to call the store! This place is pitiful!

What can be said about Walmart that hasnt been said before. Its walmart. Just close your eyes and pretend youre at publix.

They are great as usual, however I wish they could have more personal Pepsis for a dollar. Like at other Walmart Centers.

The only check out lanes that were open were self check out and they were charge card only due to the change shortage therefore, forcing me to use a credit card for my purchase.This was 8:00 am on a Monday morning so Im not sure how they could be low on change so early in the day unless they only receive change once a week. What about the person in financial distress that does not have credit cards!!??

I really like this Walmart Neighbor Store! I use to go to the one off of University but they were never helpful and there was always stockers with attitudes when you went down the isles. Not this place though. Matt (I believe was his name) and Michelle were so nice. This store is proactive with the Covid-19. The store is clean, staff is helpful and really made me and my daughters experience great. Especially during a time where it’s not safe to go outside of your home yet groceries are extremely essential and needed. Big thanks to the entire staff!!

I love the fact that this Walmart is conveniently located, off Stratford Road. The customer service is great, and the parking lot is well-lit and clean. The associates are friendly and are quite knowledgeable of the store. I dont shop at this neighborhood Walmart regularly, but I still, however, love its convenience when I am in the vicinity and when I need to purchase items on my way home. So glad that this Walmart and shopping center is located here. Hope that the associates are being well-paid because they certainly deserve it to the fullest. I dont know if the company executives read the reviews, but they definitely need to because they need to be aware of the wonderful and professional associates who work for this company. They DESERVE to be recognized if they have exemplified excellent customer service!!!! They work extremely hard. Please know that if I experience awful customer service, I would inform your company as well. But to date, I am 100 percent satisfied. Please let your workers who exhibit excellent customer service that they are appreciated!!!!

It was a store. Just got what needed

An easy in and out place if you are on your lunch break. I never have a long wait to get my purchases checked out. They keep the grocery carts well-stocked and the bearings are taken care of. My only qualm is sometimes specific items I am looking for are not kept in stock- tampons, soap, and oral hygiene products to be exact. I wouldn’t even mention it, but it’s happened multiple times. Everyone who works there is very nice and the stockers are always working diligently.

I love the neighborhood markets so much more than the supercenters. This one is not one of the better ones because of the clientele.

This was one of the cleanest Walmart mini markets that I have ever been in and I like these better because they have less people its less crowded especially with the whole Corona thing going on I would highly reccomend shopping at these instead of the overly crowded regular walmarts

Be careful buying meat from this location. I bought a few packages of ribs on the 17th of February and took them home, upon cutting the first one open I was greeted with the foulest stench you could imagine. They had an expiration date of February 09! Now the store did refund my money and give me two racks for free but that doesn’t justify the lackadaisical attitude they show on making sure customers get fresh food, what if I had a stopped up nose and cooked and ate that or fed it to my children? It would not have ended well for sure, missed work, doctor bills etc. just beware of this and check the dates before you checkout.

Many employees not wearing masks which is agaisnt their OWN POLICY but the manager just gave excuses. Not great for someone who is immune compromised and needs groceries. Im calling corporate since they cant follow guidelines during a pandemic

Prices here seem to be more expensive than the regular Walmart just a couple miles away. Sure, its easier to get in and out, but in these trying economic times its disappointing that the cheap of the cheap decided to raise pricing simply becsuse they put neighborhood market in the title. 🙄

Nice staff everytime I go... someone went out without paying...while that was popping off, I made my way to the back of the store...THAT WAS NONE OF MY BUSINESS...I needed to be where I can make a quick run for it because Im not getting hurt over a loaf of bread OR whatever the man took.

I love this store. I walk every other day at Hanes Mall in the mornings. You can stop by here and pick up everything you can get at the University Walmart. They are very quick and always Super Nice!!

The layout is a pharmacy on the right produce on the left layout, which is just fine for me. The staff is always friendly in the morning before the workday, and throughout the work week as well. Prices are what youd expect from Walmart: consistent with their other stores. Nothing but good stuff to say about going here.

I can find so many things here like items for my fruit and veggie shakes as well, as basic items for dinner!

I am not really the biggest Walmart fan, but this store has changed that perspective. I still would rather avoid Walmart superstores, but this friendly filled space with plenty of self-checkouts and a nice selection of produce and the every day pantry needs serves me needs very well. I appreciate the open spaces and allows me to get in and out, which is what most grocery store shoppers want to do. Thank you to this neighborhood Walmart for your smiles, helpfulness and cleanliness that puts faith back in the Walmart brand.

Not a bad place to shop...prices much lower than other grocery stores..nice and clean environment...havent had any bad experiences with the service. Went to the pharmacy last year for flu shot...The Pharmacist did a great job. Only thing is they run out of Calcium Chews..have to go some place else...lol!

Excellent selection. A little less variety than a super center but generally better prices than the super centers. They have everything with slightly less variety in band names. Great customer service!

This was my first time visiting this store. I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of the produce. Much better than I have found in standard big box Walmarts. Also I was very impressed by the variety of gluten free products. We found crackers, vanilla wafer, frozen and shelf breads, bagels, and frozen meals that we have never seen in a grocery store or had to go to 3-4 specialty store to find just one of these. We frequent this part of Winston so will add this to places to go.

It is a clean store with a clean well lit vegetable section.

All the stores have something different than the other . They are all laid out differently as well.

Its a great convenience store if you need two or three items. They have eight self check out lines. Four main check out lines and there never open. You will have to find someone to check you out if youre actually shopping for the family. Never a wait for self check out. I dont shop that way very much so the store is not designed for grocery shopping. Go to the big Walmart for family shopping.

Good place for a quick shopping visit. I usually pass it on my way to other places. More user-friendly self checkout than other stores. Most grocery items available at Walmart supercenters can be purchased here, but the store isnt so huge.
