I truly enjoy shopping here. It is a large open space with friendly and helpful employees. I have been a member for about 20 years. The products are always of the highest quality and the value is much better than I can find in most other places. I also like that it is a warehouse store that sells things in consumer friendly sizes. In other words, it does not just cater to restaurant or those making large meals. Returns are also quite easy.

Costco is another Great place to shop. You can find items here that other places dont have as well. I like finding New foods and trying them. Im a nutrition information and ingredient searching person kind of person. See I like getting facts, but I also like food to have Flavor. So I cant recommend something I dont or wont try myself. Costco shopping is bundle items or large quantity. Frozen veggies are in larger bags than stores like Food Lion. As well as coffee, spices and rice to name a few. I have no complaints about the place and the customer service is very good. You have to purchase a membership to enter. Check online to see if they have an offer for new customers and check them out. Ive been to a lot of Costcos and for some reason this one has something against putting my groceries in a box. Every other Costco I have gone to asks would you like a box? To which I cheerily say yes please. No one asks that here and when I ask for one its usually met with an attitude of inconvenience. Ive been doing this regularly now and getting the same response but today I politely asked for a box, the person loading my cart grabbed one and kept loading... Then I got my cart pushed towards me after paying and THERE WAS NO BOX! They had just showed me the box and set it back down. Id like to think this was just a mistake, but seriously why cant I just get a box. I have a steep driveway, I just want to take fewer trips to the car. Lazy? Maybe. But the other Costcos have conditioned me to think its a fairly normal request.

A lot of nice things on sale! Security cameras, car power bank/jump starter, quilted mens vests, all 32 Heat clothes.

Costco continues to thrill our family. We love shopping here and the difficult to buy items, are sold here. They always feature unique groceries that you can barely find elsewhere. Great prices for bulk foods continues to be the go to place for families,small or big. Great Customer service is also available in bulk.

First time. Employees very friendly. Willing to help - stopping what ever they were doing. Place was remarkbly clean especially bathroom. Check out was very quick. Brand name products more numerous than other club store.

Excellent merchandise. Cashier and helper trained to be fast but mistreated the merchandise in order to speed up the check-out. If kindness doesnt come accompanied with care and thoughtfulness, customer service fails.

Got new phones and service, Brian and Tyler were exceptional, from transferring old phone numbers and data to our new phones to walking us through the new service. Excellent customer service. Ill will highly recommend them to friends and family. Thanks guys for all your help

Google wants me to review Costco? Well, its the impulse buy capital of the world. Its the only place locally that I can buy Cafe Don Pablo signature blend (best coffee ever). The lines have been pretty short since they installed self checkouts, where a few employees are always waiting to pretty much be your cashier. They always have much better gas prices than other stations anywhere nearby. Not only all that, but Costco has the best riding shopping carts ever! There ya go.

Only one register open. The rest were self checkout. Costco does not pay me to check myself out. The cashier on the open register had a problem and walked away leaving no one working the register. Others just stood around while we all waited in line. Front end management was very lacking. Costco is usually better than this.

Well stocked. Rotisserie area under construction. Missed my chicken! Next time! 😆

I love Costco. I use them for lots of services like vision and cell phone. You can get great deals on toys and clothes.

I love Costco especially for their take and bake dinners. Their meat is somewhat higher and less quality than Sams Club, but I have dual membership, so no biggie.

Thank you so much for having patient informative courteous attendance at the gas pumps to help us seniors that may have disabilities and pumping gas. That’s why I keep my Costco membership up-to-date the service that I get from James is always on point even if I have to wait for him to finish another customer I will wait as long as it takes. I don’t know what other kind of recognition I could give him but I had I found this and to let you know that he is greatly appreciate it by the community there are some that follow in his footsteps and there are some that are not as forthcoming but thank you for having this gentleman James in this area. Check the expiration dates. Unfortunately bought some expired goods. :(They do NOT accept American Express. Surprised such a large company doesnt take them but luckily we had an alternate.They are clean and organized. A lot of their stuff seems to have excess packing though, lots of waste. We got a box essential oils which turned out to be a box within a case within a box.Also wish they had a more diverse selection of items but I suppose it just depends on what day of the week you go in. Today there were only 2 brands of kitty litter, neither of which we use. And they sold zucchini and squash together, but not separately.Customer service is pretty good. There was a bit of a line at membership/returns. They should more clearly differentiate between the two since the line of people was mostly confused (ourselves included.) Maybe each needs its own separate counter or something. On the plus side, if you need to renew you can just do it at the checkout register instead of customer service since if youre shopping anyway it will be quicker.They were crazy busy and only had 3 registers open while self-checkout was packed. Our cashier was spot on with his packaging of our items; very careful with bread and kept cold stuff together. Dont always get that at regular grocery stores so it was nice.Overall, decent store.

Usually very quick to help with check out. Sometimes returns counter could use help. Most often return process is way tooooo slow!

Its Costco. One thing you can count on is that theyre all consistent from one store to the next. They know how to run a business.

The gentlemen who RUN you out of costcos when it closes SHOULD be much more polite. and the store closing times could be announced over the store speakers I spend thousand of dollars here literally and was treated with utter shame today if it was not for your wanderful pharmacy I would not be back. I needed LED 4 FT TUBES at the best price and so I ordered from Costco.com an they came 5 days earlier than expected. I ordered 2 cases of 12 ea.

The Costco Wholesale Experience (Wine Edition 🍷)... I am all about food, and most of my reviews relate to my food and restaurant encounter experiences. I had to take the time to show how Costco showed the 19 Crimes Brand Snoop Doggs Cali Red edition love ❣. If you are a lover of this wine, you know it is either sold out at many places or given the smallest platform or marked substantially higher than the other 19 Crimes wines. Costcos display of Snoops Cali Red at a reasonable price shows me they are aware of the demand while not targeting specific populations with higher inflated prices over others. I am a lover of Costco and shop there frequently. I am even more in love with them now with this display ❤💕.

Not near as good as it once was. I used to go there for there meats and great selection of cheeses. The price of their meat keeps rising (could be covid or just inflation) but today I just refused to pay the price for meat that just didnt look that good. I guess Ill just stick to paper towels, coffee and rotisserie chicken. Ive also noticed a change in some of the associates attitudes. Oh well nothing lasts forever.

Nice people. Clean store. Needed help recently with shopping their laptops. The person I dealt with was very helpful and able to answer the questions I had. This was not the case at other electronic stores in the area. Plus youre able to get everything else you need for at home here as well.

Managers & employees need to review the mask mandate. There is an exemption section in the mandate for a reason. The governor states that if you meet any or all of the 11 items listed you dont have to wear a mask. It also states that a person doesnt have to show proof theyre exempt. It says that you are to go on the honor system, however the manager refused to look at my doctors note. He was extremely rude & said I could not shop in the store. This was probably the last time I go into that store & corporate offices will be called. I am not only medically exempt from wearing a mask Im also immune compromised. This has been the only place of business that has had any problem with me going into their store with & without my doctors note. I have never been treated in a store, even before the virus, as horribly as I was today. After I call corporate or even before I will be calling the BBB. Today was totally uncalled for.

It gets extraordinarily busy during peak times. Best to go in the morning when they first open.

Jordana and Lisa has unacceptable customer service. Please avoid these ladies when you go. Alvin the manager was somewhat helpful but probably didnt solve the issue. I will not shop at this warehouse again if I have to experience poor customer service and disrespect.

Unclear whether a friend of Covid or not. Staff is masked, but most customers are not. Offers Covid vaccines, but without fanfare. In short, Costco seems not to want to offend its friends of Covid customers.

Cancelling our membership and never going back. My first trip to grocery shop with my husband and 2 week old daughter. My daughter was strapped to my chest and we’ve been battling colic. I took my mask off because I couldn’t see her and calm her with it on. And I have had high blood pressure since prior to delivery. Medically, I’m not required to wear a mask as I recover from delivery issues.An associate came up and told me I had to wear a mask. I told her I can’t for medical reasons, as I continued to calm my daughter. She continued to say it’s the policy. I told her legally, I don’t need to wear one due to my condition. She said fine she’ll get the manager. At this time another associate, I assume, came up and reinforced what she said. Again I said legally I don’t need to wear one due to my medical condition. They said it her policy and I need one on. As a man named Alfredo walked up, I looked to my husband and said let’s just leave. I overheard him saying to the associate, oh good they’re leaving.I’m 2 weeks post partum and recovering from medical complications. My early term 2 week daughter was strapped to my chest and fussy. All we wanted was to get our groceries and leave. The way the associates handled this was an absolute embarrassment. As a manager of retail, I’d NEVER embarrass a mother like this and KNOW the proper response to someone with a medical condition is “thank you for letting us know. For the safety of yourself and others, please help us by social distancing” which we were doing.Clearly American right to freedom of choice is not how Costco handles their business. They choose to make an already stressful situation on a new mother even worse and embarrassing. Will never go back, will cancel membership, and Costco should be severely disappointed in themselves. What a disgrace.

Typical Costco. Good service. The one thing they need to do is add a cart cage somewhere in the northwest section of the parking lot.

Every Costco I have ever been in is well run. The employees are helpful and nice. The stores clean. They can be busy but they move you through the registers quickly.

Shopping at Costco really is a bit of a family adventure for us. You never know what you’re going to discover. Some products are priced better than others (groceries? Meh. Clothes? Wow.).This has been one place that we’ve been comfortable shopping inside during the pandemic due to the wide aisles and strict mask enforcement. Thanks Costco!

Went to check this place out but was turned away at the door. I used to travel 45 mins to BJs, then I switched to Sams club. Cant even enter this place without a $60 membership. Was not trying to get scammed like sams club. Terrible experience. Dont gamble here

Well worth the investment for membership. Great value and many items are store branded at prices well below retail. As well, Costco offers high quality specials, but limited availability- it may not be there next week, or even tomorrow.My adult children are all Costco members; we certainly recommend them.

BOGO or buy two get three free (especially) at Harris Teeter.Kirkland brand boxed Cabernet Sauvignon is a decent tasting inexpensive wine. Kirkland vodka is pretty good as well though sadly we cannot get it in NC.Kirkland brand pecorino romano has a pleasant texture, but the flavor is not quite nutty enough for me and there is no rind. Still a good value though.The shredded chicken from the butcher area has an overly processed texture and taste. Not good.The store is always clean and the staff are pleasant and helpful.I do enjoy shopping at Costco.Costcos mask policy is spot on! No matter what one may believe about this latest virus it does absolutely no harm to wear a mask. I shop more at Costco now because of their policy and its enforcement.

Very busy sunday night, seemed like the food court area was extremely behind and understaffed. Waited 30 minutes for pizza slice and chicken bake, the worker was very nice and apologized for the wait.Gas is the cheapest in the area but also long lines. About 20 cents per gallon less than anywhere else.

I bought this cheese there at Costco, I do not recommend it at all, its taste is bitter, I prepared it in different ways thinking that it would fix after cooking and no, it is still bitter.

Thank goodness for Costco and GoodRx Gold. I get my prescriptions here and it saves me a lot of money. Thank you!!!

I would be surprised if most Costco stores dont get 5 stars.I have been to a total of 10 and can say that this store and its employees are pretty amazing, super friendly, and very helpful.Gas station have a 5-10min wait at peak hours, and weekend crowdedness is a disaster, but thats par for the course.

I dont usually visit the Winston-Salem store. Disappointed in the person when leaving the store i had six items and the guy literally picked up each one and counted them a shirt, strawberries. taquitos, a bag of cuties, pack of Gatorades bag of wings..it took him several counts to be assured of what was in the cart.. Surprised the lady behind me had about 30 items he marked a line through her ticket and told her to have a nice day.. Not Surprised at all!!!!!

Given wrong info from Customer Service Rep on Membership Cost, spoke with evening Manager who informed me I was correct in calling him, however the person in question was on the A.M. shift and he would have that shift manager call me the following morning. Have yet to receive a call.....

I love Costco, and always will, but on Monday June the 14, I was in the milk cooler and I was graving eggs, when I turn around i felt this horrible pain in the back of my leg, I couldn’t move, I was screaming for help,the sad part was, there were two people in room and did nothing, I asked the lady: call my husband, he’s out side, but thank God he was coming already, my daughter when to the pharmacy for a wheelchair, was send to the front for one, but I want to say thanks to the pharmacy lady that came to look for me even though didn’t find me I was in the front already heading the emergencia room, by the way I’m Hispanic, and thanks to those 2 people that never helped me🙏

Used the pharmacy. Great price. Staff extremely courteous, helpful, and efficient.Not a member, but dont understand why it was necessary to wait to be scored from the front door to the pharmacy. After the transaction, there was no restriction to strolling around the store to look at the selection and pricing.

The staff at the counter who does credit card application is not really professional. One of them is chatting and laughing with some other people when they did the credit card and membership application for me.....and they made my name on the credit card wrong....so that I need to do so many additional process to correct my name on file of the credit card.

Great prices, quality products and very courteous staff. Only disappoinment was realizing they didnt accept our Discover card there, which was a letdown since Discover offers 5% cashback at wholesale stores for a quarter of the year. They only accept visa and mastercard now apparently.

Stopped by for a couple of things, but they were serving samples. Ate my lunch worth of free samples. Ended up getting a couple of other things, spent $20. They have really good people working there and great prices on a lot of things, but you have to be aware that everything in the store isnt a great deal. Store is always clean and tidy.

I like the Winston Salem Costco, much better than the Greensboro location. Greensboro Costco is a nightmare to get in and out of during peak hours. In addition I have found the Winston Salem store more friendly and conservative, which I appreciate.
